Si le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi fonctionnait \u2019normalement\u2019, chaque employeur et chaque travailleur trouverait un interlocuteur qui correspond (plus ou moins) \u00e0 ses attentes et \u00e0 ses besoins. L\u2019inad\u00e9quation entre les comp\u00e9tences requises et les comp\u00e9tences disponibles est pass\u00e9e par l\u00e0. Cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 va-t-elle s\u2019am\u00e9liorer prochainement? Aucune chance, \u00e0 moins que\u2026<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ce constat affligeant dure depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, sans que nous ne parvenions ensemble \u00e0 montrer que la situation n\u2019est pas une fatalit\u00e9. Nous pouvons agir, tant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelon individuel que dans le cadre d\u2019une d\u00e9marche soci\u00e9tale et forc\u00e9ment collective. Comment?<\/p>\n<p>1. En d\u00e9veloppant <strong><em>une meilleure anticipation des recrutements et en pr\u00e9voyant une phase de formation<\/em><\/strong> plus longue et plus intensive que celle que nous pouvons nous permettre aujourd\u2019hui. But de l\u2019op\u00e9ration? S\u2019offrir le temps de travailler sur les comp\u00e9tences et de donner de vraies chances de r\u00e9ussir aux collaborateurs qui rejoignent l\u2019entreprise ou qui rel\u00e8vent de nouveaux d\u00e9fis. Il s\u2019agit donc d\u2019int\u00e9grer chaque jour davantage recrutement et formation dans une approche unique. Bien s\u00fbr, le risque de \u2018perdre\u2019 les talents en formation en cours de route existe toujours. Ce qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 voir partir en fum\u00e9e des investissements importants lorsqu\u2019un nouveau venu abandonne le navire juste avant d\u2019entrer vraiment en service. Rien ne remplace toutefois la satisfaction de voir s\u2019\u00e9panouir un coll\u00e8gue dans un nouveau r\u00f4le. De facto, l\u2019approche consistant \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir le recrutement et la formation dans le temps long et de fa\u00e7on int\u00e9gr\u00e9e nous permet d\u2019accueillir des diamants bruts, parfois difficiles \u00e0 polir, pour lesquels la possibilit\u00e9 de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une post-formation puissante pr\u00e9sente une belle valeur.<\/p>\n<p>2. En cultivant \u00e0 tous les \u00e9tages <strong><em>l&rsquo;ouverture aux profils diff\u00e9rents.<\/em><\/strong> Il faut prendre des risques. Et cela passe entre autres par une intensification de la lutte contre les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s. Ouvrons nos proc\u00e9dures aux profils atypiques. En soi, cela signifie que nous devons lutter pour soutenir la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion en tant que facteur d\u00e9terminant dans le processus de recrutement et de s\u00e9lection. C\u2019est en acceptant de choisir des profils diff\u00e9rents (tant sur base des crit\u00e8res socio-d\u00e9mographiques que sur base de situations socio-\u00e9conomques compliqu\u00e9es) que nous pourrons r\u00e9sorber pas \u00e0 pas les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s qui se creusent et plongent des travailleurs potentiels dans l\u2019impasse. Prenons des risques donc\u2026 Sortir du cadre reste la meilleure solution pour cr\u00e9er des changements et progr\u00e8s significatifs \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de nos proposes organisations.<\/p>\n<p>3. En s\u2019investissant dans une <strong><em>d\u00e9marche collective autour de l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du monde du travail<\/em><\/strong> en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et de chaque entreprise en particulier.<br \/>\nOui, nous devons travailler sur la r\u00e9paration de la relation employeur\/employ\u00e9, d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9e par les crises successives et par les imp\u00e9ratifs de flexibilit\u00e9 souvent per\u00e7us comme des modifications de contrat impos\u00e9es, sans compensation r\u00e9elle. Que cela soit vrai ou pas, peu importe. Seule la perception compte in fine. Et celle-ci nous semble indiquer aujourd\u2019hui que la r\u00e9partition des efforts entrepris pour faire face \u00e0 la crise n\u2019est pas vraiment \u00e9quitable. Il y a un travail important \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser en mati\u00e8re de restauration de la confiance, c\u2019est \u00e9vident.<\/p>\n<p>De l\u00e0 \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 r\u00e9enchanter le quotidien dans l\u2019entreprise\u2026 Voil\u00e0 sans doute une ambition d\u00e9mesur\u00e9e dans le contexte actuel.
