Il est toujours bon de se poser la question car c\u2019est au final le principal barom\u00e8tre quant \u00e0 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019action RH dans l\u2019entreprise. La raison pour laquelle nous la posons aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est que le constat auquel les dirigeants nous confrontent le plus souvent est le suivant : les \u00ab\u00a0gens\u00a0\u00bb ne sont jamais contents. Et pourtant, il faut continuer&#8230; Faire avec, comme on dit dans nos contr\u00e9es. Il faut avoir la foi pour travailler l\u2019humain au quotidien. \u00catre solidement accroch\u00e9 \u00e0 des convictions fortes, \u00e0 commencer par l\u2019empathie.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dans la liste des FAQ non admises, nous devrions toutes et tous retrouver la ligne suivante: mais pourquoi donc nos collaborateurs passent-ils le plus clair de leur temps \u00e0 se plaindre? Ils ne parlent ni de la pluie ni du beau temps. Non. Ils r\u00e2lent, ils pestent, ils critiquent tout ce qui (se) passe. Premi\u00e8re cons\u00e9quence tangible : la lourdeur de l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 nous aimerions \u00e9voluer dans la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 (et non l\u2019insouciance), la multiplication des complaintes installe une ambiance pesante, peu propice aux sourires et au partage. Dommage. Deuxi\u00e8me effet \u00e0 plus long terme: la perte progressive du sens de l\u2019initiative puisque, au fond, nous sommes en droit de nous demander si les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s sur le plan du management et des RH en valent vraiment la peine. Et pourtant, il faut continuer\u2026 Pourquoi? Voici trois raisons majeures pour justifier cette in\u00e9branlable d\u00e9termination.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Alimenter le mouvement et les r\u00e9sultats<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019attitude \u00e0 laquelle chaque manager est le plus fr\u00e9quemment confront\u00e9 est l\u2019immobilisme. Et elle est nettement plus emb\u00eatante que l\u2019opposition en fait\u2026 R\u00e9ussir \u00e0 stimuler la mise en action des \u00e9quipes peut s\u2019assimiler de plus en plus souvent \u00e0 un chemin de croix. Mais les r\u00e9sultats hebdomadaire, mensuels, annuels en d\u00e9pendent. Pas le choix donc!<br \/>\nDans la mesure o\u00f9 les fouets et la contrainte physique sont aujourd\u2019hui interdits, il nous reste la force de persuasion voire le partage de valeurs engageantes pour que les \u00e9quipes se mobilisent. Les d\u00e9partements RH, entre autres, occupent une place centrale dans le processus d\u2019alimentation de nos organisations en \u00e9nergie. Il est loin le temps o\u00f9 les RH enregistraient les prestations et tentaient de r\u00e9pondre avec un temps de retard aux demandes diverses et vari\u00e9es qui arrivaient dans leur bac \u00e0 courrier. La nature profonde du r\u00f4le consiste \u00e0 initier le mouvement dans les \u00e9quipes et \u00e0 garder la cadence.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Equit\u00e9 &amp; Justice<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si la vie en soci\u00e9t\u00e9, sous quelque forme que ce soit, \u00e9tait harmonie et bienveillance, cela se saurait. On peut le d\u00e9plorer, mais la discrimination, la violence, le mensonge\u2026 sont autant de r\u00e9alit\u00e9s qui existent lorsque des groupes vivent ensemble, en ce y compris dans nos entreprises. Doivent-ils \u00eatre tol\u00e9r\u00e9s pour autant? Poser la question, c\u2019est y r\u00e9pondre. Sans vouloir jouer les justiciers auto-proclam\u00e9s, les RH ont un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer en mati\u00e8re de garantie de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, voire d\u2019une certaine forme de justice. Nous savons que nombre de d\u00e9saccords et de plaintes exprim\u00e9es par les travailleurs reposent sur un sentiment profond d\u2019injustice ou un manque de respect. M\u00eame s\u2019il faut choisir ses batailles et ses valeurs, il est impensable de laisser faire lorsque la morale et le bon sens sont bafou\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Empathie<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comprendre ce qui motive les travailleurs, mais aussi voire surtout ce qui les inqui\u00e8te et ce qui les p\u00e9trifie est fondamental. Impossible d\u2019avancer collectivement si nous ne savons pas comment les esprits s\u2019adaptent \u00e0 une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne pas toujours simple \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender. Cela requiert du temps, de l\u2019\u00e9coute et beaucoup d\u2019efforts afin d\u2019adopter les r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels de nos coll\u00e8gues pour d\u00e9coder leurs r\u00e9actions et leurs attentes. Sans cette forme aig\u00fce d\u2019empathie, peut-on vraiment encadrer une \u00e9quipe et proposer un projet humain qui vaille la peine de d\u00e9passer ses pr\u00e9occupations personnelles? Nous ne le pensons pas. Le \u2018marche ou cr\u00e8ve\u2019 ne fonctionne plus. Les projets fonctionnent aujourd\u2019hui sur invitation, et chacun.e d\u00e9cide jour apr\u00e8s jour d\u2019y contribuer ou pas. Est-ce acceptable dans le cadre d\u2019un contrat de travail? Bien s\u00fbr. A partir du moment o\u00f9 nous voulons mobiliser l\u2019intelligence de nos collaborateurs, il faut accepter que celle-ci puisse pointer les incoh\u00e9rences voire les manquements dans notre fonctionnement collectif, et manifester des r\u00e9sistances l\u00e9gitimes. Simple question d\u2019empathie (et de pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance aussi\u2026).<br \/>\nAu final, bien s\u00fbr, si ces raisons devaient ne pas suffire, peut-\u00eatre vaut-il mieux renoncer \u00e0 l\u2019art subtil et d\u00e9licat du people management, pour envisager, qui sait, la culture de micro-l\u00e9gumes sous le soleil.
