En outre, la majorit\u00e9 des \u00e9tudiants supposent que les nombreux cours \u00e0 distance de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es n&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8quent pas leurs chances sur le march\u00e9 du travail. C&rsquo;est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate annuelle men\u00e9e par Randstad Research aupr\u00e8s de 1 000 \u00e9tudiants.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>38% des r\u00e9pondants pensent d\u00e9crocher un emploi entre un et trois mois apr\u00e8s la fin de leur cursus. 25% se montrent encore plus optimistes puisqu\u2019ils sont convaincus d\u2019\u00eatre au travail dans le mois qui suit la remise du dipl\u00f4me. Seuls 3% des r\u00e9pondants craignent ne trouver du travail qu\u2019au-del\u00e0 d\u2019un an apr\u00e8s leurs \u00e9tudes.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tudiants pessimistes face \u00e0 leurs chances de trouver une place sur le march\u00e9 du travail pointent essentiellement du doigt la situation \u00e9conomique (43%) et le manque d\u2019exp\u00e9rience (39%). 27% pensent ne pas suivre la bonne formation ou ne pas disposer du bon dipl\u00f4me pour trouver rapidement un travail et 12% estiment que leurs connaissances linguistiques sont insuffisantes. Enfin, 18% redoutent la situation g\u00e9opolitique.<\/p>\n<p>Seuls 12% des \u00e9tudiants interrog\u00e9s n\u2019ont jamais suivi de cours \u00e0 distance durant l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. Pourtant, la majorit\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants se montrent assez optimistes puisqu\u2019ils affirment que les nombreux cours suivis \u00e0 distance n\u2019hypoth\u00e9queront pas leurs chances sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La situation des jeunes en fin de scolarit\u00e9 est probablement la meilleure depuis les ann\u00e9es 1970. L&rsquo;optimisme des \u00e9tudiants interrog\u00e9s est donc justifi\u00e9. Pouss\u00e9s par la p\u00e9nurie du march\u00e9 du travail, ils ont souvent plusieurs choix au d\u00e9but de leur carri\u00e8re. Toutefois, il est essentiel de prendre une d\u00e9cision r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie en fonction du contenu du poste et des possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement et de ne pas opter aveugl\u00e9ment pour l&rsquo;offre la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> reprend S\u00e9bastien Cosentino, porte-parole chez Randstad.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un peu moins de la moiti\u00e9 choisissent des emplois d\u2019appoint li\u00e9s aux \u00e9tudes.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le principal moteur du choix d\u2019\u00e9tudes s\u2019av\u00e8re donc \u00eatre manifestement le futur m\u00e9tier (65%). C\u2019est encore plus vrai chez les futurs d\u00e9tenteurs d\u2019un master (70%), et un peu moins chez les \u00e9tudiants qui se destinent au baccalaur\u00e9at (61%). Pr\u00e8s d\u2019un \u00e9tudiant sur trois dit choisir ses \u00e9tudes pour le contenu m\u00eame du programme de cours.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019an dernier, pour la premi\u00e8re fois, plus de la moiti\u00e9 des \u00e9tudiants (52%) avaient indiqu\u00e9 avoir enti\u00e8rement ou partiellement choisi leur job en fonction de leur orientation d\u2019\u00e9tudes. Cette ann\u00e9e-ci 48% optent pour un job d\u2019appoint en coh\u00e9rence avec les \u00e9tudes. Le point positif, c\u2019est que le nombre d\u2019\u00e9tudiants dont le job est enti\u00e8rement guid\u00e9 par le choix d\u2019\u00e9tudes augmente (23% contre 19%). Le nombre d\u2019\u00e9tudiants qui ne font que partiellement d\u00e9pendre leur job de leur choix d\u2019\u00e9tudes baisse de 8 pp., passant de 33% \u00e0 25%.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Un job d\u2019\u00e9tudiant en lien avec les \u00e9tudes est une solution gagnante pour les \u00e9tudiants et les entreprises. En tant qu&#8217;employeur, vous touchez les jeunes potentiels avant qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;atteignent les \u00e9crans radar des autres employeurs. Cela vous permet d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 les conna\u00eetre, de voir s&rsquo;ils s&rsquo;int\u00e8grent bien dans votre organisation et de les lier avant la concurrence, tandis que les \u00e9tudiants qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 acquis une exp\u00e9rience conforme \u00e0 leurs \u00e9tudes entrent sur le march\u00e9 du travail avec un s\u00e9rieux avantage sur leurs concurrents\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Vivian Roks, responsable de l&rsquo;innovation chez Randstad.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2012, Randstad Young Talents, en collaboration avec de nombreuses entreprises et plus de 30 \u00e9coles sup\u00e9rieures et universit\u00e9s en Belgique, a d\u00e9j\u00e0 aid\u00e9 plusieurs milliers d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiants \u00e0 trouver des emplois annexes li\u00e9s aux \u00e9tudes. Au cours des dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, 4 785 \u00e9tudiants ont trouv\u00e9 un emploi \u00e0 temps partiel li\u00e9 \u00e0 leurs \u00e9tudes via Randstad Young Talents Il s&rsquo;agissait principalement de postes de soutien administratif, comme ceux de responsable du marketing, d&#8217;employ\u00e9 du service financier et d&rsquo;aide pour les questions li\u00e9es aux RH.
