A l\u2019heure o\u00f9 l\u2019Europe s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 renforcer ces quotas, le cabinet Heidrick &amp; Struggles a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un \u00e9tat des lieux de la repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 des femmes dans les comit\u00e9s ex\u00e9cutifs du Bel 20 et Bel Mid. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Si les Excos ne sont, \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle, pas soumis \u00e0 un seuil minimal, Heidrick &amp; Struggles est convaincu que les comit\u00e9s ex\u00e9cutifs devraient constituer un vivier de talents f\u00e9minins, aussi profitable in fine pour r\u00e9pondre aux quotas applicables aux conseils d\u2019administration. Seule ombre au tableau : les femmes au sein des Exco du Bel 20 et Bel Mid sont encore (trop) rares.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un moment charni\u00e8re, \u00e0 l\u2019aube d\u2019un renforcement des quotas de genre<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2011, un quota est en vigueur pour les entreprises belges cot\u00e9es en bourse. Celui-ci impose \u00e0 leur conseil d&rsquo;administration de compter au minimum 33% de femmes. S\u2019il n\u2019est pas ais\u00e9 pour les entreprises de se conformer \u00e0 cette exigence, ce challenge risque d\u2019\u00eatre encore exacerb\u00e9 dans un avenir proche\u2026 et de d\u00e9boucher sur une v\u00e9ritable \u00ab guerre des talents \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Il est en effet question de relever le seuil minimal \u00e0 40% d\u2019ici 2024 en Belgique, une volont\u00e9 qui fait \u00e9cho aux discussions entam\u00e9es en juin 2022 par le Conseil des ministres de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne. Deux options sont sur la table au niveau europ\u00e9en : soit un quota de 40% dans les conseils d&rsquo;administration, soit un quota de 33% applicable non seulement aux conseils d\u2019administration mais aussi aux comit\u00e9s ex\u00e9cutifs.<\/p>\n<p>Quelle que soit l\u2019issue de ces discussions, il est grand temps d\u2019amplifier le vivier de talents f\u00e9minins.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des corr\u00e9lations entre l\u2019Exco et le CA, aussi pour la diversit\u00e9 de genre<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, Heidrick &amp; Struggles est convaincu qu\u2019il faut \u00e9largir la probl\u00e9matique : la parit\u00e9 hommes-femmes doit \u00eatre un objectif \u00e0 atteindre \u00e0 tous les niveaux de l\u2019entreprise, peu importe la port\u00e9e du quota qui sera finalement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Lors de notre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e9tude passant au crible les conseils d\u2019administration belges1, nous avons pu observer qu\u2019en 2021, une majorit\u00e9 (69%) des nouveaux mandats des CA du Bel 20 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 des profils encore actifs sur le march\u00e9 du travail &#8211; et donc si\u00e9geant aussi souvent dans un comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif. En d\u2019autres termes : int\u00e9grer des femmes \u00e0 son comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif va automatiquement contribuer au respect du potentiel nouveau quota concernant les conseils d\u2019administration\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne De Coster, Partner-in-Charge d\u2019Heidrick &amp; Struggles Belux.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Seulement 56 femmes au sein des Exco du Bel 20et Bel Mid<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019analyse de Heidrick &amp; Struggles constate cependant qu\u2019il y a encore pas mal de progr\u00e8s \u00e0 faire en termes de diversit\u00e9 de genre au sein des comit\u00e9s ex\u00e9cutifs. Sur les 59 entreprises du Bel 20 et Bel Mid, \u00e0 peine 56 femmes exercent une fonction dans l\u2019Exco, soit une repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 de 16% sur l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon2. Si un quota de 33% venait \u00e0 passer pour les comit\u00e9s ex\u00e9cutifs, une majorit\u00e9 des entreprises analys\u00e9es ne seraient pas conformes\u2026 et devraient recruter pas moins de 49 femmes pour remplir leurs obligations.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Mais comment attirer plus de femmes pour exercer ces fonctions ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Il n\u2019y a pas de recette miracle pour attirer de nouveaux talents f\u00e9minins au sein de son comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif. Chaque entreprise doit suivre sa trajectoire et \u00e9tablir un plan de diversit\u00e9 de genre qui lui est propre.
