Et pendant ce temps d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019extase de nos prouesses scientifiques se pr\u00e9pare un v\u00e9ritable Armageddon RH pour nos entreprises avec plus de 10% d\u2019indexation automatique des salaires pour la plupart des secteurs (car non, tous ne sont pas concern\u00e9s!). Pouvons-nous encore anticiper une catastrophe annonc\u00e9e qui devrait forc\u00e9ment provoquer un grand nombre de faillites et de licenciements? Comment pouvons-nous agir?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Vous le voyez venir ce magma monstrueux que nous allons prendre en pleine tronche dans les semaines qui viennent? De facto, dans la plupart de nos organisations, l\u2019explosion des co\u00fbts du personnel va peser lourdement sur les comptes d\u2019exploitation. Quel que soit notre mode de calcul, il va falloir trouver des solutions pour mettre les budgets \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre car il est peu probable que la seule croissance des activit\u00e9s &#8211; tellement impr\u00e9visible de nos jours &#8211; suffira \u00e0 alimenter l\u2019augmentation des co\u00fbts de personnel. Et par ailleurs, le report des charges patronales qui semble se d\u00e9cider en conclave budg\u00e9taire ne repr\u00e9sente qu&rsquo;un nouvel endettement lourd \u00e0 supporter. R\u00e9fl\u00e9chissons ensemble afin de savoir comment appr\u00e9hender ce futur inqui\u00e9tant&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1. Les travailleurs en ont besoin!<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLes sp\u00e9cialistes de la complainte pestent contre le syst\u00e8me d\u2019indexation automatique qui r\u00e9gule l\u2019\u00e9volution des salaires en Belgique. Cela ne va rien r\u00e9soudre. Sans nous poser en ardents d\u00e9fenseurs de la lutte des classes, nous pouvons constater que nos collaborateurs ont tout simplement besoin de cet argent. Cette augmentation des co\u00fbts de personnel est justifi\u00e9e sur le plan social, m\u00eame si elle est violente.<br \/>\nRegardons d\u00e8s lors s\u2019il est possible d\u2019am\u00e9liorer notre fonctionnement et de trouver les quelques (milliers d\u2019) euros qui manqueront \u00e0 la fin de chaque mois. Le potentiel d\u2019\u00e9conomies existe-t-il au sein de nos organisations? Si nous r\u00e9pondons honn\u00eatement \u00e0 cette question simple, nous devons reconna\u00eetre qu\u2019il reste partout et tout le temps des zones d\u2019inefficacit\u00e9 co\u00fbteuse dont nous devrions nous emparer sans d\u00e9lai. Cela va sans doute se traduire par un ralentissement de l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique dans certains cas. Est-ce acceptable? Oui, bien s\u00fbr. Dans bien d\u2019autres contextes, la dynamisation de nos organisations<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2. Courage et empathie (encore)<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nDes d\u00e9g\u00e2ts, il y en aura. Le r\u00f4le de nos d\u00e9partements RH, entour\u00e9s de toute la bienveillance de leurs comit\u00e9s de direction, sera de veiller \u00e0 les limiter autant que possible. Le moment est venu de trouver le courage de r\u00e9gler enfin des situations injustes ou irr\u00e9parables dans la mani\u00e8re dont les \u00e9quipes sont compos\u00e9es. Evidemment, il y a des &lsquo;escrocs\u2019 dans nos effectifs (vous voyez ce qu\u2019on veut dire?) et ce qui est d\u00e9terminant lorsqu\u2019il faut trancher quant \u00e0 savoir qui reste et qui s\u2019en va, c\u2019est d\u2019\u00e9viter la prime \u00e0 la m\u00e9diocrit\u00e9. Notre relation naturelle \u00e0 l\u2019empathie nous aidera \u00e0 faire preuve de mesure mais le moment est venu de r\u00e9gler les dossiers \u2018en attente\u2019 depuis de longs mois. Faire le constat du \u2018quiet quitting\u2019 et ne pas agir face au d\u00e9sengagement de certain.e.s de nos travailleurs n\u2019est plus une option.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3. Tendre vers un nouveau mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nIl est temps d\u2019introduire davantage de flexibilit\u00e9 dans nos outils de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration\u2026 Bien s\u00fbr, des formules existent d\u00e9j\u00e0 telles que les plans caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria et diverses formules de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations alternatives mais cela joue aujourd\u2019hui encore \u00e0 la marge. Il semble n\u00e9cessaire d\u00e9sormais de travailler sur un nouveau mod\u00e8le bas\u00e9 sur un partage diff\u00e9rent des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices (et donc tributaire des performances r\u00e9elles de nos entreprises). L\u2019augmentation des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations pourrait \u00eatre concr\u00e9tis\u00e9e via une allocation diff\u00e9rente, align\u00e9e par exemple sur les r\u00e9sultats trimestriels, d\u00e9connect\u00e9e du calendrier implacable de payement des salaires en fin de mois. Faut-il pr\u00e9voir des m\u00e9canismes de compensation lorsque les temps sont durs? Certainement. Nous pouvons en l\u2019occurence faire confiance \u00e0 notre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et notre aptitude \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une certaine ing\u00e9nierie en la mati\u00e8re. L\u2019expertise de nos sp\u00e9cialistes en r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration trouve aujourd\u2019hui un terrain d\u2019expression in\u00e9dit. Le principe de l\u2019indexation automatique des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations en fonction du co\u00fbt de la vie ne serait pas remis en cause mais pourrait \u00eatre \u00e9tal\u00e9 dans le temps afin de s\u2019adapter aux performances de nos entreprises.<br \/>\nIl est temps\u2026 Il est grand temps de mobiliser les \u00e9nergies pour \u00e9viter les catastrophes.
