L\u2019argent (tout comme le travail d\u2019ailleurs!) doit \u00eatre mieux r\u00e9parti, c\u2019est clair. En y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant ensemble, nous pouvons rapidement convenir que la voie la plus \u00e9vidente pour augmenter les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations tout en parvenant \u00e0 maintenir une forme de contr\u00f4le des co\u00fbts de nos entreprises. Pourquoi donc les d\u00e9marches et initiatives visant \u00e0 r\u00e9partir les profits g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par l\u2019activit\u00e9 semblent-elles souvent incongrues ou \u2018communistes\u2019 ? Participation aux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, distribution de l\u2019actionnariat, primes exceptionnelles (d\u00e9fiscalis\u00e9es si possible)\u2026 Les leviers ne manquent pas mais restent exceptionnels et surprenants. C\u2019est pourtant LA solution. Tentative d\u2019explication du jour, en trois temps, \u00e0 partager sans mod\u00e9ration.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1. L&rsquo;\u00e9quation insoluble des charges sur les co\u00fbts du travail.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nA ce jour, nous n&rsquo;avons pas encore rencontr\u00e9 un patron r\u00e9solument oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 augmenter les salaires au sein de son entreprise. Ce qui le freine dans l\u2019immense majorit\u00e9 des cas, c\u2019est l\u2019absence totale de \u2018r\u00e9versibilit\u00e9\u2019 de toute forme de majoration des salaires. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 fluctuent, les augmentations de salaires sont quant \u00e0 elles \u2018d\u00e9finitives\u2019 et ne peuvent \u00eatre revues \u00e0 la baisse lorsque les performances sont tout simplement moins bonnes.<br \/>\nLa question centrale pour les \u00e9quipes dirigeantes consiste \u00e0 trouver les moyens d&rsquo;augmenter les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations tout en maintenant une forme de contr\u00f4le des co\u00fbts. Car, au-del\u00e0 des charges impos\u00e9es par le r\u00e9glementation qui rendent souvent les revalorisations salariales insupportables financi\u00e8rement &#8211; et d\u00e9cevantes pour les travailleurs -, le danger r\u00e9side dans l\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 de faire marche arri\u00e8re et le risque de devoir lorsque les temps sont durs r\u00e9duire les effectifs.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est donc par le recours au variable que nous pouvons avoir un impact r\u00e9el sur les besoins mat\u00e9riels des coll\u00e8gues. Bien s\u00fbr, nous savons aussi que le volet variable de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration ne convient pas \u00e0 tout le monde. Lorsque les actionnaires consid\u00e8rent un dividende comme un \u2018bonus\u2019, parfois inattendu mais certainement pas instrumental dans leur vie quotidienne, il n\u2019en va pas de m\u00eame pour les salari\u00e9s. Il faut donc pr\u00e9parer les \u00e9quipes \u00e0 vivre avec des mois, des trimestres, des ann\u00e9es au cours desquels les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations \u00e9voluent. Elle disait quoi encore, le chanson? \u00ab\u00a0<em>J\u2019avais des hauts, j\u2019avais des bas\u2026 Je crois que j\u2019en voulais trop, j\u2019ai m\u00eame eu ce que je ne voulais pas\u00a0\u00bb&#8230;(reconnaissance sinc\u00e8re aux auteurs Philippe Djian et St\u00e9phane Eicher).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2. Tensions sur l\u2019\u00e9chelle des salaires.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLe deuxi\u00e8me champ de tension que nous identifions concerne les diff\u00e9rentiels de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Depuis plusieurs mois d\u00e9j\u00e0, nous attirons l\u2019attention sur la question: \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s se creusent \u00e0 un rythme dramatique, pouvons-nous rester immobile sur le sujet et assister sans rien dire \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation du niveau de vie de quelques un.e.s pendant que la plupart des travailleurs sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des restrictions de plus en plus s\u00e9v\u00e8res? Les \u00e9carts entre les salaires les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s et les plus faibles continuent de se creuser au fil des crises qui repr\u00e9sentent autant d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s pour celles et ceux qui ont les moyens (et la clairvoyance) de les saisir. Pour recr\u00e9er de l\u2019harmonie et des collectifs sains, nous serions bien inspir\u00e9s d\u2019ouvrir ce chantier, en augmentant la transparence sur le sujet et en travaillant sur la r\u00e9duction des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s au sein de nos organisations.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3. Tous les profits sont super (ou presque)!<\/em> <\/strong><br \/>\nAvec la crise \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est apparue la notion de \u2018superprofits&rsquo;, ainsi que la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de les taxer s\u00e9v\u00e8rement afin de retrouver des outils de levier dans le budget de l\u2019\u00e9tat. Cette derni\u00e8re id\u00e9e semble s\u00e9duisante sur le plan soci\u00e9tal et, sans doute est-elle&#8230; impraticable, notamment parce que l\u2019Europe prend la main sur le sujet.<br \/>\nMais c\u2019est sur la notion elle-m\u00eame de \u2019superprofits\u2019 que nous voulons nous arr\u00eater ici. Qu\u2019est-ce que cela veut dire? Le terme d\u00e9crit avant tout l\u2019enrichissement extr\u00eame que certains acteurs ont pu enregistrer en tirant parti de la pand\u00e9mie et de l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 mondiale qui nous am\u00e8ne \u00e0 la crise \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique actuelle. Il pointe du doigt, \u00e0 nouveau, une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 v\u00e9cue comme une injustice.<br \/>\nPuisque la majorit\u00e9 de la population souffre, est-il normal qu\u2019un petit nombre d\u2019entreprises &#8211; d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien nanties &#8211; profitent de la situation pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des superprofits? Si notre ambition consiste \u00e0 tendre vers une r\u00e9partition \u00e9quitable des richesses, c\u2019est \u00e9videmment contestable. Difficile \u00e0 accepter en tout cas que ceux qui n\u2019en ont pas besoin soient les premiers \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des effets positifs de la crise.<\/p>\n<p>Prenons toutefois un petit temps de r\u00e9flexion\u2026 Et avec celui-ci, nous pourrons constater que si le partage des fruits du travail \u00e9tait solidement ancr\u00e9 dans nos pratiques, nous ne passerions pas notre temps \u00e0 d\u00e9plorer le dommage collat\u00e9ral que constituent les \u2018superprofits\u2019.
