Un endroit o\u00f9 il est bon de se retrouver (et de retrouver ses coll\u00e8gues) lorsque les \u00e9preuves de la vie nous frappent durement. Apr\u00e8s avoir incarn\u00e9 les valeurs de d\u00e9fi et l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 chronique, l\u2019entreprise redevient-elle, par n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de r\u00e9tention et de bien-\u00eatre, un lieu synonyme de s\u00e9curit\u00e9?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La repr\u00e9sentation de l\u2019entreprise comme endroit de d\u00e9passement de soi et de qu\u00eate absolue de la performance est-elle d\u00e9finitivement d\u00e9pass\u00e9e?<br \/>\nSommes-nous en train de prendre part au retour du paternalisme patronal?<br \/>\nNos organisations vont-elles s\u2019emparer d\u2019un nouveau r\u00f4le visant \u00e0 \u2018rassurer\u2019 les collaborateurs qui sont \u00e9branl\u00e9s par les al\u00e9as des crises et les difficult\u00e9s personnelles?<br \/>\nQue de questions ouvertes !!! Voici donc quelques (tentatives de) r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 destination de nos (people) managers et dirigeants, sous forme de pistes de travail \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier pour les jours, semaines et mois qui viennent&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>R\u00e9-investir la valeur Travail, et vite !<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nCe \u00e0 quoi nous assistons actuellement est pour le moins \u00e9tonnant\u2026 La pression qui s\u2019exerce sur les entreprises afin de prendre en charge des th\u00e9matiques fortes telles que la sant\u00e9 mentale et le d\u00e9veloppement durable est une manifestation \u00e9vidente de ce \u2018retour\u2019 \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise cocon.<br \/>\nIl ne s\u2019agit pas seulement d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l&rsquo;organisation dans un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me vertueux. Il s\u2019agit aussi de cr\u00e9er un environnement de travail qui r\u00e9duit autant que possible les douleurs et souffrances que ses activit\u00e9s peuvent provoquer et d\u2019offrir un cadre s\u00e9curis\u00e9 voire \u00e9panouissant. Ce n\u2019est pas nouveau, certes, mais le niveau d\u2019exigence est quant \u00e0 lui in\u00e9dit.<\/p>\n<p>En quoi ceci peut-il nous surprendre? A l\u2019heure o\u00f9 nous voyons que les travailleurs d\u00e9sinvestissent la valeur Travail et revendiquent le droit \u00e0 la paresse, l\u2019entreprise multiplie les efforts pour retisser les liens et r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs attentes contradictoires. Ce n\u2019est pas une mince affaire car nos collaborateurs veulent se sentir bien dans l\u2019entreprise mais pas forc\u00e9ment pour venir y travailler! Les t\u00e9moignages dr\u00f4les (ou tragiques, c\u2019est selon) sont nombreux: on vient d\u00e9sormais au bureau pour se r\u00e9chauffer, ou pour prendre sa douche\u2026 mais surtout, on y vient pour \u00eatre ensemble. Prenons soin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les caricatures bien entendu, mais il faut reconna\u00eetre que le travail n\u2019est clairement plus la premi\u00e8re motivation pour rejoindre les murs de nos organisations, sauf lorsque nous y sommes oblig\u00e9s. Il va falloir y rem\u00e9dier sans tarder.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Contre le sens de l\u2019urgence et ses cons\u00e9quences<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nUn des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s de ce \u2019nouveau\u2019 paradigme&rsquo; passe par la mani\u00e8re dont nos entreprises appr\u00e9hendent la gestion du changement.<br \/>\nLa cr\u00e9ation du \u00ab\u00a0sens de l\u2019urgence\u00a0\u00bb doit-elle rester une priorit\u00e9? Ces foutues notions de \u2018burning platform\u2019 ou de banquise qui fond \u00e0 vue d\u2019oeil, destin\u00e9es \u00e0 \u2018r\u00e9veiller\u2019 les troupes afin qu\u2019elles comprennent qu\u2019il est grand temps de se mobiliser ne fonctionnent pas. Elles g\u00e9n\u00e8rent dans la plupart des cas de l\u2019immobilisme.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la mesure o\u00f9 tout fout le camp, est-il vraiment pertinent de lutter contre des \u00e9volutions inexorables, d\u2019affronter des vagues de transformation digitale (par exemple) qui vont tout emporter? Nous ne disons pas ici que le changement n\u2019a pas de vertu. Nous devons l\u2019aborder avec une grille de lecture qui n\u2019est construite ni sur la menace ni sur la fatalit\u00e9. Il doit y avoir des opportunit\u00e9s de grandir et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le sort de chacun, \u00e0 condition d\u2019y prendre une part active. Le principe directeur du change management devrait rester un accord mutuel et b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour toutes les parties concern\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Exclusivit\u00e9 de la relation<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nEnfin, la question de la loyaut\u00e9 s\u2019installe au centre de la relation de travail entre employeur et employ\u00e9 au fur et \u00e0 mesure que l\u2019hybridation du travail se g\u00e9n\u00e9ralise. Puisque le cumul des fonctions devient monnaie courante et que les r\u00f4les strat\u00e9giques ne souffrent plus d\u2019allergie vis-\u00e0-vis du statut d\u2019ind\u00e9pendant, la qualit\u00e9 d\u2019accueil de l\u2019entreprise s\u2019impose parmi les outils de s\u00e9duction \u00e0 mettre en oeuvre. Offrir un environnement douillet, donner des perspectives d\u2019avenir et investir dans l\u2019harmonie du collectif constituent certainement autant d\u2019axes de travail pour que les collaborateurs pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent venir ici, au lieu d\u2019aller v\u00e9rifier si l\u2019herbe n\u2019est pas plus verte ailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque jour, il faut redoubler d\u2019efforts pour reconqu\u00e9rir et poser les bases d\u2019une relation exclusive qui nous prodigue une bonne dose de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique\u2026 Diable, comme tout ceci peut sonner vieux jeu, n\u2019est-ce pas?
