Les n\u00e9gociations d&#8217;embauche s&rsquo;annoncent difficiles?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le classement 2022 des employeurs les plus attractifs du monde (WMAE) met en \u00e9vidence un d\u00e9calage croissant entre les attentes des \u00e9tudiants en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;emploi et ce que les employeurs peuvent offrir dans une \u00e9conomie qui se refroidit. &lsquo;Un salaire comp\u00e9titif&rsquo; et des &lsquo;revenus futurs \u00e9lev\u00e9s&rsquo; sont d\u00e9sormais deux des trois principales priorit\u00e9s des \u00e9tudiants business, ing\u00e9nieurs et IT, et font partie des priorit\u00e9s qui augmentent le plus rapidement.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Au cours des 18 derniers mois, les employeurs ont propos\u00e9 des contrats et des conditions de travail g\u00e9n\u00e9reux pour attirer les jeunes talents, car la demande d\u00e9passait l&rsquo;offre dans de nombreuses r\u00e9gions\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> d\u00e9clare Mats R\u00f6jdmark, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&rsquo;Universum. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Maintenant que les embauches ralentissent, nous pr\u00e9voyons des offres d&#8217;emploi plus r\u00e9alistes en 2023.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Universum a interrog\u00e9 plus de 185 067 \u00e9tudiants business, ing\u00e9nieurs et IT des 9 plus grandes \u00e9conomies mondiales entre septembre 2021 et mai 2022. Dans le cadre de cette \u00e9tude, Universum a demand\u00e9 aux \u00e9tudiants quelles \u00e9taient leurs priorit\u00e9s et leurs aspirations lors de la recherche d&rsquo;un futur employeur, ainsi que le nom des entreprises qui les attirent le plus. Quelles sont les premi\u00e8res conclusions?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Google tombe \u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me place parmi les \u00e9tudiants en commerce. Apple gagne deux places et d\u00e9loge Google de sa premi\u00e8re place. (Google occupe toujours la premi\u00e8re place pour les \u00e9tudiants ing\u00e9nieurs et IT).<\/li>\n<li>La qualit\u00e9 de vie reste une priorit\u00e9 croissante. Sur une liste de 40 attributs, &lsquo;l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e&rsquo; a gagn\u00e9 6 places pour se classer au 8e rang des priorit\u00e9s en 2022, et &lsquo;les conditions de travail flexibles&rsquo; ont gagn\u00e9 7 places pour se classer au 10e rang.<\/li>\n<li>Preuve d&rsquo;un &lsquo;abandon silencieux&rsquo; &#8211; Invit\u00e9s \u00e0 classer par importance leurs priorit\u00e9s lors de la recherche d&rsquo;un nouvel employeur, le crit\u00e8re &lsquo;un travail stimulant&rsquo; a subi la plus forte baisse en cette ann\u00e9e 2022.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Richard Mosley, Directeur des comptes mondiaux d&rsquo;Universum, informe que les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude 2022 donnent des informations importantes sur la gestion des budgets 2023 pour les entreprises en mati\u00e8re de recrutement : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les entreprises sont en recherche permanente de candidats dans les domaines de la technologie, du commerce et de l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie, mais les restrictions budg\u00e9taires les obligeront probablement \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions difficiles.
