Cette question, qui pr\u00e9occupe les chefs d\u2019entreprise de l&rsquo;industrie alimentaire, est au coeur de la roadmap de d\u00e9veloppement durable du secteur. A l&rsquo;occasion d\u2019une table ronde, ce dernier a relev\u00e9 dix pistes de r\u00e9flexion pertinentes sur la mani\u00e8re d\u2019attirer de nouveaux talents dans un secteur savoureux et passionnant.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Oeuvrer \u00e0 des carri\u00e8res durables est l&rsquo;un des piliers de la roadmap de d\u00e9veloppement durable de l&rsquo;industrie alimentaire belge. Une raison suffisante pour engager un dialogue sur cette th\u00e9matique avec plus de quarante experts, parmi lesquels des entreprises alimentaires, des responsables politiques, des centres de comp\u00e9tence, des fonds de carri\u00e8re, des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement, des universitaires et des \u00e9tudiants. Ils se sont r\u00e9unis le 19 octobre lors d\u2019une Table Ronde organis\u00e9e \u00e0 la Raffinerie Tirlemontoise. Voici un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de leurs conclusions&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1. Impliquer l&rsquo;entourage<\/em><\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0Les jeunes ne choisissent pas seuls une fili\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes. Il est donc essentiel d\u2019informer \u00e9galement leur entourage et de le sensibiliser aux opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re dans le secteur alimentaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2. Susciter rapidement des vocations<\/em> <\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0Les jeunes choisissent une orientation avant m\u00eame d\u2019avoir termin\u00e9 leurs \u00e9tudes secondaires. Tout au long de la scolarit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, nous devons favoriser suffisamment t\u00f4t un contact r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 et positif avec l\u2019industrie alimentaire gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3. Formation en alternance et enseignement<\/strong> <\/em>&#8211;\u00a0La formation en alternance qui permet \u00e0 un \u00e9l\u00e8ve d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir en alternance des connaissances et des comp\u00e9tences dans un \u00e9tablissement d\u2019enseignement et sur le lieu de travail, peut encore \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. Les r\u00e9seaux locaux jouent ici un r\u00f4le crucial.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>4. Des groupes cibles diff\u00e9rents n\u00e9cessitent une approche diff\u00e9rente<\/em> <\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0Des groupes cibles divers ont des motivations diff\u00e9rentes pour travailler. Il convient donc de souligner, chez les uns, l&rsquo;importance de l\u2019alimentation dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et, chez les autres, l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 du travail ou des formations propos\u00e9s par nos entreprises.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>5. La parole aux jeunes travailleurs<\/em> <\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0Les jeunes food heroes sont les plus \u00e0 m\u00eame de convaincre les jeunes. Leur donner la possibilit\u00e9 de t\u00e9moigner montre aux jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s comment ils doivent \u00e9valuer le secteur alimentaire en tant qu\u2019employeur.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>6. Regrouper les initiatives pour davantage d\u2019impact<\/em> <\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0Un grand nombre d\u2019initiatives sont mises en place pour susciter l\u2019enthousiasme des jeunes pour une carri\u00e8re dans l\u2019industrie alimentaire. En regroupant mieux ces initiatives, par exemple sur une plateforme digitale, nous pouvons en am\u00e9liorer l\u2019impact.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>7. Train the trainer<\/em><\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0Les enseignants sont un maillon essentiel entre l\u2019enseignement et le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi. Les informer et susciter leur enthousiasme pour l\u2019industrie alimentaire jouent d\u00e8s lors un r\u00f4le important dans le choix d\u2019\u00e9tudes des jeunes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>8. Le savoir-faire \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle<\/em> <\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0La perception de l&rsquo;industrie alimentaire ne correspond souvent pas \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Nous devons montrer aux jeunes que la production alimentaire n\u00e9cessite toujours un savoir-faire, mais \u00e0 plus grande \u00e9chelle, de mani\u00e8re automatis\u00e9e et plus hygi\u00e9nique.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>9. Miser sur l&rsquo;innovation et la technologie<\/em><\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0Des visites d\u2019entreprises peuvent notamment permettre \u00e0 notre secteur de montrer ce qu\u2019il a \u00e0 offrir. Nous devons continuer \u00e0 souligner le r\u00f4le soci\u00e9tal de nos entreprises et \u00e9galement mettre en avant leurs innovations et technologies.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>10. Parler diff\u00e9remment du secteur ?<\/em><\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0Le terme \u00ab industrie alimentaire \u00bb ne rev\u00eat pas une connotation positive pour tout le monde et m\u00e9rite d\u2019\u00eatre mieux d\u00e9fini.
