Il faut absolument acqu\u00e9rir des Soft Skills au sein des \u00e9quipes pour assurer l\u2019appropriation et adh\u00e9rer au changement<br \/>\nLa r\u00e9ponse aux p\u00e9nuries de main d\u2019oeuvre peut-elle venir de l\u2019insertion des jeunes peu form\u00e9s et de personnes en d\u00e9crochage du march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi? Cela passe n\u00e9cessairement par l\u2019acquisition des Soft Skills afin de r\u00e9ussir leurs premiers pas au travail.<br \/>\nLa probl\u00e9matique d\u2019allongement des carri\u00e8res et de reconversion des travailleurs \u00e2g\u00e9s n\u00e9cessite d\u2019ouvrir les seniors \u00e0 de nouveaux m\u00e9tiers? Priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019acquisition des Soft Skills en vue d\u2019entrer de plein pied dans l\u2019\u00e8re de l\u2019intelligence collective&#8230;<br \/>\nBref, face aux d\u00e9fis RH qui se multiplient, la carte de la formation aux Soft Skills est brandie comme \u00e9tant la solution miracle.<br \/>\nAttention cependant \u00e0 ne pas fabriquer en masse de bons collaborateurs drill\u00e9s aux Soft Skills et d\u00e9finitivement incapables de d\u00e9ployer de bonnes vieilles comp\u00e9tences concr\u00e8tes. A force de d\u00e9velopper le savoir-\u00eatre, nous pourrions risquer de perdre l\u2019essentiel: le savoir faire.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le package des comp\u00e9tences de collaboration, de communication, d\u2019intelligence collective sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es comme le rem\u00e8de \u00e0 tous les maux.<br \/>\nOui, mais\u2026 En se limitant \u00e0 ce paradigme, nous trouvons dans nos effectifs des individus qui r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent, qui coop\u00e8rent, qui communiquent mais qui produisent tr\u00e8s peu! Essayons d\u2019\u00e9viter les constats de \u2018boomer&rsquo; &#8211; vous voyez bien, le \u2018c\u2019\u00e9tait mieux avant\u2019\u2026 &#8211; mais vous aurez sans doute d\u00e9j\u00e0 dress\u00e9 ce constat vous aussi: nos organisations sont peupl\u00e9es aujourd\u2019hui de coll\u00e8gues tr\u00e8s intelligents qui ont perdu tout sens pratique. Nous avons des experts en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation des t\u00e2ches et de supervision d\u2019autrui mais tr\u00e8s peu de collaborateurs qui agissent. Le \u2018faire\u2019 est confi\u00e9 \u00e0 un nombre r\u00e9duit de \u2018petites mains\u2019 voire \u00e0 des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s externes, la plupart du temps&#8230; Est-ce souhaitable? Voici nos trois petites pistes de r\u00e9flexion sur le sujet.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Dire ce que l\u2019on fait, faire ce que l\u2019on dit.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nA l\u2019origine de ce d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre en faveur des Soft Skills, nous retenons l\u2019importance accrue de la communication dans toutes nos activit\u00e9s quotidiennes. Il ne suffit plus d\u2019agir. Il faut absolument le faire savoir. Assurer la visibilit\u00e9 de nos actions, et mettre \u00e0 disposition les cl\u00e9s de lecture qui permettent de les comprendre, est devenu fondamental (m\u00eame si certains appellent cela de la \u2018politique\u2019). Cela requiert des aptitudes diff\u00e9rentes, dont une capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 (se) vendre afin d\u2019emmener avec soi les coll\u00e8gues que nous voulons mobiliser. Cons\u00e9quence: de grands orateurs \u00e9mergent dans nos entreprises\u2026 mais rares sont ceux qui allient le geste \u00e0 la parole. Difficile de se multiplier entre les prises de parole et les actions de terrain, il est vrai&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Savoir-\u00eatre n\u2019est pas une finalit\u00e9\u2026<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nProcess, process, process\u2026 Nous sommes obs\u00e9d\u00e9s par le process. Et nous perdons de plus en plus souvent de vue les objectifs \u00e0 atteindre.<br \/>\nLe focus actuel porte davantage sur notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler ensemble, raison pour laquelle nos investissements portent avant tout sur le savoir-\u00eatre d\u00e9sormais. Pourtant, le savoir-\u00eatre n\u2019est qu\u2019un moyen. Tr\u00e8s important, sans aucun doute mais pas suffisant pour nous renforcer notre aptitude \u00e0 \u2018produire\u2019. Nous devons donc veiller \u00e0 conserver notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9livrer dans un environnement qui privil\u00e9gie d\u00e9sormais la forme, au d\u00e9triment du fond.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le chemin ou la destination ?<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nQu\u2019est-ce qui importe vraiment? Le chemin ou la destination? A la lumi\u00e8re de ce que nous savons aujourd\u2019hui, pourquoi devrions-nous choisir entre le but \u00e0 atteindre et la mani\u00e8re d\u2019y arriver? Les Soft Skills restent en tout \u00e9tat de cause un ensemble d\u2019outils terriblement utiles, qui nous permettent d\u2019appr\u00e9cier le travail collectif. Elles nous aident \u00e0 rendre la qu\u00eate des r\u00e9sultats aussi agr\u00e9able et \u00e9panouissante que possible. Elles ne servent toutefois pas \u00e0 grand chose s\u2019il n\u2019y a, au terme du voyage, un succ\u00e8s \u00e0 c\u00e9l\u00e9brer. Le chemin est formateur, la destination est r\u00e9jouissante. Et nous voulons \u00e0 la fois grandir et c\u00e9l\u00e9brer, ne voulons-nous pas? Ce sera donc le chemin\u2026 ET la destination.
