Selon une \u00e9tude effectu\u00e9e par le sp\u00e9cialiste du recrutement Robert Half, la plupart des employ\u00e9s consid\u00e8re que les entretiens d\u2019\u00e9valuation sont n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00e9galement donner des commentaires \u00e0 son employeur. Cependant, deux employ\u00e9s sur trois disent que ces commentaires sont rarement pris en compte. Un employ\u00e9 sur quatre affirme \u00e9galement que son\/sa manager aborde mal ce genre de conversation.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>60% des 1.500 employ\u00e9s interrog\u00e9s indiquent qu\u2019un entretien d\u2019\u00e9valuation est n\u00e9cessaire pour leur d\u00e9veloppement professionnel. L\u2019enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le n\u00e9anmoins que cette conversation ne se d\u00e9roule souvent pas selon les attentes. Les probl\u00e8mes principaux sont l\u2019absence d\u2019\u00e9valuation ou des commentaires qui n\u2019ont aucun suivi.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un moment fixe d\u2019\u00e9valuation est n\u00e9cessaire<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un employ\u00e9 sur cinq n\u2019a pas d\u2019entretien d\u2019\u00e9valuation et ne trouve pas cela n\u00e9cessaire. Une autre partie des personnes interrog\u00e9es (14%) n\u2019en a pas, mais souhaite quand m\u00eame s\u2019entretenir avec son manager. Ce sont le plus souvent les employ\u00e9s qui n\u2019ont pas de contrat \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e ou qui travaillent \u00e0 temps partiel qui indiquent qu\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas d\u2019entretien d\u2019\u00e9valuation r\u00e9gulier, bien qu\u2019ils le souhaiteraient.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Bien que les feedbacks soient plus fr\u00e9quents durant l\u2019ann\u00e9e, il est important de pr\u00e9voir un moment fixe pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir au d\u00e9roulement du travail, surtout si un employ\u00e9 le demande. \u200b Ceci s\u2019applique aux employ\u00e9s permanents, temporaires et \u00e0 temps partiel. Ce n\u2019est pas parce qu\u2019une personne n\u2019a pas d\u2019emploi permanent qu\u2019elle ne m\u00e9rite pas un entretien d\u2019\u00e9valuation\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> explique Jo\u00ebl Poilvache, Directeur R\u00e9gional de Robert Half.<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s qui ont un entretien d\u2019\u00e9valuation avec leur manager n\u2019en sont, eux non plus, pas toujours satisfaits. Quatre employ\u00e9s sur dix (41%) trouve que son\/sa manager g\u00e8re ce genre de conversation de la mauvaise mani\u00e8re. Trop de communication \u00e0 sens-unique et peu de retours sont des exemples de l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le b\u00e2t blesse.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Qu\u2019en est-il des retours apr\u00e8s un entretien d\u2019\u00e9valuation ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lors d\u2019un entretien d\u2019\u00e9valuation, il est souvent question de la performance de l\u2019employ\u00e9, mais ce n\u2019est pas cens\u00e9 \u00eatre une conversation \u00e0 sens unique :<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Aujourd\u2019hui, un entretien d\u2019\u00e9valuation va bien au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019\u00e9valuation classique des performances qu\u2019un employeur donne \u00e0 son employ\u00e9. Il faut traiter ce genre de conversation comme un dialogue actif entre deux parties, o\u00f9 l\u2019on ne parle pas seulement de performance, mais aussi du bien-\u00eatre de l\u2019employ\u00e9. Ainsi, vous stimulez la relation de confiance et l\u2019interaction positive pour partager des points d\u2019attention dans les deux sens et avancer ensemble\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Jo\u00ebl Poilvache.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, m\u00eame lorsque l\u2019on prend en compte ces suggestions, ces entretiens tournent souvent mal. Plus de deux employ\u00e9s sur trois (65%) disent que rien n\u2019est mis en place \u00e0 la suite des remarques dont ils font part lors d\u2019un entretien d\u2019\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est dommage que les apports soient perdus apr\u00e8s avoir investi dans des entretiens d\u2019\u00e9valuation. En ne donnant pas suite aux commentaires, vous ratez l\u2019occasion de responsabiliser vos employ\u00e9s. Le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel d\u2019un employ\u00e9 est une responsabilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e.
