Comme chaque ann\u00e9e, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement a eu lieu \u00e0 cette occasion. Outre la remise des Prix de l\u2019Inclusion, cette journ\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de se plonger dans le domaine de l\u2019inclusion, en abordant le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0Inclusion 360\u00b0\u202f\u00a0\u00bb. Pendant l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, des intervenant.e.s d\u2019horizons divers ont partag\u00e9 leur expertise devant quelque 150 personnes. Ainsi, l\u2019humoriste William Boeva, Fatima Zibouh d\u2019Actiris et le sociologue Pieter-Paul Verhaeghe de la VUB ont notamment particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des tables rondes pour donner leur avis sur la th\u00e9matique.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les Prix de l\u2019Inclusion ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9s aux meilleurs projets visant \u00e0 promouvoir l\u2019inclusion au sein de l\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale et des entreprises publiques f\u00e9d\u00e9rales. La SNCB, l\u2019ONEM, le SPF BOSA et le SPF Mobilit\u00e9 sont repartis avec un prix.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9cernant les Prix de l\u2019Inclusion, le r\u00e9seau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Diversit\u00e9, qui est le moteur de l\u2019initiative en collaboration avec le SPF BOSA, souhaite mettre en avant les projets d&rsquo;inclusion r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par des organisations de l\u2019administration publique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale et des entreprises publiques f\u00e9d\u00e9rales, et ainsi mettre \u00e0 l\u2019honneur toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es. Le fait que les prix aient \u00e9t\u00e9 remis aujourd&rsquo;hui n&rsquo;est pas une co\u00efncidence : il s&rsquo;agit en effet de la Journ\u00e9e f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de l\u2019Inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>Toutes les organisations f\u00e9d\u00e9rales et les entreprises publiques pouvaient soumettre un projet. Ainsi, dix projets au total ont concouru pour un ou plusieurs des quatre prix. Voici les organisations nomin\u00e9es\u202f: la SNCB, l\u2019INASTI, le SPF Strat\u00e9gie et Appui (BOSA), l\u2019INAMI, le SPF Finances, le SPP Int\u00e9gration sociale, l\u2019ONEM, le SPF Mobilit\u00e9 et le SPF Justice.<\/p>\n<p>Les Prix de l\u2019Inclusion sont plus que de simples prix. Le r\u00e9seau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Diversit\u00e9 profite \u00e9galement de ces prix pour sensibiliser tous les membres du personnel du secteur public \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion, stimuler la r\u00e9alisation de nouveaux projets et promouvoir la politique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale d\u2019inclusion au sein du secteur public dans son ensemble.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0En tant qu\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, nous voulons \u00eatre un employeur inclusif, attirant et employant tous les talents. Nous sommes convaincus que chacun peut apporter une contribution positive et une valeur ajout\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est pourquoi nous nous effor\u00e7ons de rendre les organisations aussi inclusives que possible, afin que tout le monde se sente le bienvenu. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9, \u00e0 maintes reprises, que parier sur l&rsquo;inclusion est payant. Le personnel se sent plus heureux, il y a plus d&rsquo;engagement et de confiance et cela conduit \u00e0 une meilleure qualit\u00e9 et productivit\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> d\u00e9clare\u00a0Ben Smeets,\u00a0directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral DG Recrutement et D\u00e9veloppement (SPF BOSA)<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Et les gagnants sont\u2026\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les votes pour les prix ont eu lieu au sein du r\u00e9seau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Diversit\u00e9, dans lequel toutes les organisations f\u00e9d\u00e9rales sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, et d\u2019un groupe de coordination. Les personnes qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, en ligne ou surplace au SPF BOSA, ont \u00e9galement pu voter pour leur projet pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9, et ainsi d\u00e9cider de l\u2019attribution du prix du public. Les prix ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remis par les ministres Petra De Sutter et Karine Lalieux et la secr\u00e9taire d\u2019Etat Sarah Schlitz.<\/p>\n<p>Le vote a permis de d\u00e9signer les quatre laur\u00e9ats suivants :<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Prix de l\u2019Inclusion 2022\u202f: SPF BOSA\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le SPF BOSA remporte ce prix pour le projet \u00ab\u00a0connectoo\u00a0\u00bb, une formation qui vise \u00e0 former le personnel du secteur public aux enjeux de l\u2019inclusion num\u00e9rique afin qu\u2019ils puissent aider les citoyennes et citoyens les plus vuln\u00e9rables \u00e0 surmonter les barri\u00e8res permettant d\u2019acc\u00e9der aux services publics en ligne.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Prix de l\u2019Originalit\u00e9 : SNCB<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La SNCB remporte ce prix pour la campagne diversit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Women in Rail\u00a0\u00bb. Celle-ci met au d\u00e9fi de trouver le conducteur de train et le technicien dans un groupe de coll\u00e8gues de la SNCB. Avec cette campagne, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de chemins de fer voulait en particulier inciter les femmes \u00e0 postuler pour des jobs qui sont encore souvent qualifi\u00e9s de \u00ab\u00a0\u202fm\u00e9tiers d&rsquo;hommes\u202f\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Prix de la Meilleure pratique : ONEM\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce prix vient r\u00e9compenser le projet de l\u2019ONEM qui vise \u00e0 sensibiliser les gestionnaires de projets \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion. Les managers ont re\u00e7u une grille de lecture interactive et participative qui contient des questions pour rendre les projets plus inclusifs.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Prix du Public : SPF Mobilit\u00e9\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le SPF Mobilit\u00e9 remporte le prix de Public pour leurs workshops interactifs d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux 3 types de handicap\u202f: handicap moteur, handicap auditif et handicap visuel. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces workshops, le personnel du SPF ont pu se familiariser avec tous ces types de handicaps.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9 selon cinq crit\u00e8res : l\u2019impact concret de la pratique sur le groupe cible vis\u00e9, le caract\u00e8re innovant du projet, le degr\u00e9 de mise en \u0153uvre de la pratique, le caract\u00e8re inspirant, ainsi que son apport durable \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : SPF BOSA<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce 24 novembre avait lieu la 10e Journ\u00e9e F\u00e9d\u00e9rale de l\u2019Inclusion.
