Il faut aller jusqu\u2019au moment o\u00f9 cela fait mal, pour que la sensation que procure le succ\u00e8s soit encore meilleure. La r\u00e9ussite, \u00e7a se m\u00e9rite. Parfois, il reste difficile voire douloureux pour les dirigeants de r\u00e9aliser que les collaborateurs ne sont pas c\u00e2bl\u00e9s comme cela. D\u2019o\u00f9 une question simple: est-il opportun aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019imaginer une culture d\u2019entreprise construite sur les notions de labeur, d\u2019effort et aussi d\u2019\u00e9chec? Notre r\u00e9flexion de la semaine, en trois mouvements comme il se doit.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Comment accepter en effet que les collaborateurs ne soient pas aussi motiv\u00e9s que leur patron ou que leurs managers? Ces derniers ont tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 int\u00e9grer dans leur raisonnement que les travailleurs ne fonctionnent pas tous de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re pour \u00e9viter de cultiver de la frustration. Ce qui nous int\u00e9resse aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est de comprendre quel mod\u00e8le de relation au travail il est souhaitable partager \u00e0 l\u2019interne\u2026 Apprendre \u00e0 souffrir, transmettre cette capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 accepter et \u00e0 g\u00e9rer la douleur est-il souhaitable?<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Implication, d\u00e9sengagement, d\u00e9tachement&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLa question est quasi d\u2019ordre philosophique\u2026 Faut-il vraiment en baver pour que la victoire soit belle? Bien s\u00fbr, il y a la notion de r\u00e9compense pour tous les efforts consentis. Il y a aussi cette sensation de vengeance vis-\u00e0-vis de tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments (en ce compris les concull\u00e8gues) qui se sont mis en travers de notre route. Il y a enfin le soulagement que l\u2019on \u00e9prouve lorsque l\u2019on sort enfin d\u2019une zone de turbulence. Mais\u2026 Il peut aussi y avoir de la rancoeur et des cicatrices voire des traumatismes que l\u2019on refuse d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter \u00e0 nouveau, \u00e0 aucun moment.<br \/>\nLe mod\u00e8le de la souffrance (et avec lui, la question de la r\u00e9silience) n\u2019est plus le mod\u00e8le dominant. Et il n\u2019a pas pour autant \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 par son absolu contraire, \u00e0 savoir le principe de plaisir. Non. Si nous devions choisir aujourd\u2019hui un terme pour d\u00e9crire l\u2019attitude la plus r\u00e9pandue, c\u2019est de \u2018d\u00e9tachement\u2019 dont nous devrions parler. En bref, disons qu\u2019un nombre de plus en plus important de nos coll\u00e8gues ne sont ni super impliqu\u00e9s, ni vraiment d\u00e9sengag\u00e9s.<br \/>\nL\u2019\u00e9panouissement est d\u00e9finitivement ailleurs. Mais o\u00f9 ?<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La fin de la comp\u00e9tition \u00e0 tout prix?<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLe paradigme a chang\u00e9, entend-on. Nous sommes en train de sortir d\u2019une logique d\u2019affrontement pour nous diriger, lentement, vers de nouveaux mod\u00e8les bas\u00e9s sur la coop\u00e9ration. Cela peut sembler romantique, voire illusoire\u2026 Le d\u00e9calage est important en effet par rapport \u00e0 une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 souvent dure. La voie n\u2019est pas toute trac\u00e9e pour autant. La recherche d\u2019une atmosph\u00e8re bienveillante est \u2018logique\u2019. Elle peut toutefois se heurter au quotidien et \u00e0 ses petits tracas\u2026 Malgr\u00e9 tout, c\u2019est l\u00e0 que se trouve le mod\u00e8le souhait\u00e9, celui qui se consiste \u00e0 se retrouver ensemble autour d\u2019objectifs simples. En fin de compte, le fait de combattre n\u2019est pas du tout exclu\u2026 \u00e0 condition de s\u2019y engager ensemble.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des pratiques peu align\u00e9es sur les attentes.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nNous venons d\u2019\u00e9voquer les \u2018petits tracas\u2019 du quotidien. Ceux qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent de l\u2019inconfort et dans certains cas de la souffrance\u2026 De quoi parle-t-on? Du non respect des valeurs de base de l\u2019organisation, des proc\u00e9dures absurdes qui nous contraignent \u00e0 nombre de t\u00e2ches inutiles, des \u00e9checs cuisants que l\u2019on attribue \u00e0 des \u2018probl\u00e8mes\u2019 de communication\u2026<br \/>\nAutant de cons\u00e9quences de la complexit\u00e9 qui nous entoure. Ainsi, pour l\u2019exemple, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la priorit\u00e9 devrait \u00eatre mise sur le collectif, nos dispositifs d\u2019\u00e9valuation et de reconnaissance restent individuels. Jour apr\u00e8s jour, ce sont des paradoxes et des contradictions qui se multiplient. Ce sont des pratiques qui ne sont manifestement pas en ligne avec les attentes affich\u00e9es par les travailleurs et qui provoquent au mieux de l\u2019incompr\u00e9hension, au pire de la frustration durable.
