Aujourd\u2019hui, ce sont les politiques qui s\u2019y int\u00e9ressent. Demain, sera-ce le tour des DRH de s\u2019int\u00e9resser au sujet? Le droit \u00e0 la paresse s\u2019inscrit aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 l\u2019agenda des conversations. D\u2019o\u00f9 vient-il? Il est entre autres le fruit de la pand\u00e9mie avec l\u2019affirmation d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u2018canap\u00e9\u2019 qui n\u2019a pas franchement d\u00e9test\u00e9 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du confinement. Ce droit constitue aussi une r\u00e9ponse aux doutes profonds &#8211; autrement dit, cette fameuse qu\u00eate de sens &#8211; qui \u00e9mergent face \u00e0 la crise \u00e9conomique. Les travailleurs qui revendiqueront ce droit \u2019nouveau\u2019 vont confronter leurs managers et leurs responsables RH \u00e0 un s\u00e9rieux probl\u00e8me: comment int\u00e9grer l\u2019appel de la couette aux th\u00e9ories de la motivation qui permettent \u00e0 nos entreprises de servir leurs clients, leurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, leurs patients, leurs affili\u00e9s\u2026 ?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Une \u00e9trange folie poss\u00e8de les classes ouvri\u00e8res des nations o\u00f9 r\u00e8gne la civilisation capitaliste. Cette folie tra\u00eene \u00e0 sa suite des mis\u00e8res individuelles et sociales qui, depuis deux si\u00e8cles, torturent la triste humanit\u00e9. Cette folie est l\u2019amour du travail, la passion moribonde du travail, pouss\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9puisement des forces vitales de l\u2019individu et de sa prog\u00e9niture.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> Ce sont les premi\u00e8res lignes de l\u2019ouvrage du penseur et militant socialiste Paul Lafargue en 1880. Il y pr\u00f4nait un retournement de civilisation en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 un autre ouvrage paru en 1848 relatif au droit au travail. Le pamphlet se voulait \u00e0 la fois r\u00e9volutionnaire et d\u2019anticipation. C\u2019est rien de le dire\u2026<br \/>\nLe droit \u00e0 la paresse n\u2019est donc pas un concept nouveau. Il prend place au sommet des contradictions qui organisent le monde du travail (d\u00e9connexion et digitalisation, individualisation et collectif,\u2026). Au menu de nos comit\u00e9s de direction en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, et de nos d\u00e9partements RH en particulier, un vrai travail de composition afin d\u2019assurer le bon fonctionnement de nos entreprises avec des \u00e9quipes au sein desquelles doivent cohabiter la qu\u00eate de performances et l\u2019envie l\u00e9gitim\u00e9e par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de se la couleur douce. Trois petites id\u00e9es pour appr\u00e9hender le sujet ? Voil\u00e0 voil\u00e0&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Bien-\u00eatre et paresse, ce n\u2019est pas le m\u00eame combat.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il y a encore quelques id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues \u00e0 corriger. Certaines croient peut-\u00eatre encore que le meilleur moyen de pr\u00e9server notre sant\u00e9 &#8211; et par extension, notre bien-\u00eatre &#8211; consiste \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier le repos et la contemplation. Nous savons aujourd\u2019hui que c\u2019est l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique et mentale qui contribue \u00e0 notre \u00e9quilibre de vie. Sans verser dans l\u2019addiction, nos corps et \u00e2mes sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 se mettre en mouvement pour atteindre un bon \u00e9quilibre. Les recommandations de la m\u00e9decine du travail en vue de r\u00e9int\u00e9grer les travailleurs absents de longue dur\u00e9e vont d\u2019ailleurs dans ce sens.<\/p>\n<p>Nous pouvons sans risque en d\u00e9duire que la paresse ne garantit certainement pas le bien-\u00eatre. Elle \u2018semble&rsquo; offrir en priorit\u00e9 une forme de tranquillit\u00e9 de l\u2019esprit. En cela, le droit \u00e0 la paresse affirme l\u2019absence d\u2019ambition, ce qui doit \u00eatre respectable. C\u2019est aux autres qu\u2019il appartient d\u2019accepter un autre mod\u00e8le que celui qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 dominant jusqu\u2019il y a peu. Sommes-nous capables d\u2019int\u00e9grer dans notre raisonnement un autre rapport au travail? D\u00e9finitivement, oui.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Slasheur.se ou paresseux.se?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Derri\u00e8re la revendication affich\u00e9e en faveur de la paresse, se cache souvent un profil de \u2019slasheur\u2019. Il est logique aujourd&rsquo;hui que chaque collaborateur ait perdu l\u2019envie de mettre tous ses oeufs dans le m\u00eame panier. L\u2019identit\u00e9 multiple sur le plan professionnel (fruit de l\u2019hybridation) devient-elle la norme? La r\u00e9ponse est positive. Avec quelle implication donc sur le plan du People Management: la probl\u00e9matique centrale revient d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 devenir (et rester) l\u2019employeur pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel, qui n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment celui qui contribue le plus \u00e0 remplir le caddie.<br \/>\nAinsi, pour d\u00e9terminer o\u00f9 et quand il convient d\u2019agir, nous devons comprendre si la flemme de nos travailleurs sert \u00e0 trouver leur bonheur dans l\u2019immobilisme ou si, plus vraisemblablement, elle traduit le besoin d\u2019\u00e9conomiser son \u00e9nergie afin de l\u2019exploiter dans un autre environnement plus ou moins professionnel. Comment le savoir? Il suffit de demander au final&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>G\u00e9rer les temps forts<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enfin, la vie quotidienne de nos entreprises est faite de hauts et de bas. De temps forts et de temps faibles. Il y a parfois des moments d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation et d\u2019euphorie sur lesquels il faut pouvoir capitaliser. De grandes avanc\u00e9es se produisent lorsque les plan\u00e8tes sont align\u00e9es et c\u2019est toute une organisation qui se projette, en mode sprint, vers sa destination. Ces phases sont exaltantes\u2026 et rares. Puis, nous avons aussi d\u2019autres moments, o\u00f9 nous sommes invit\u00e9s \u00e0 accepter que tout s&rsquo;encha\u00eene moins vite\u2026 C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 ces instants que nous ressentons tout le poids de cette lassitude qui gagne le monde entier et qui nous emp\u00eache de mobiliser les foules. Que faire alors? Attendre? Ou profiter de ces moments pour construire autre chose, comme par exemple, travailler sur la culture ou am\u00e9liorer les contours de l\u2019organisation. Voire, pourquoi pas, d\u00e9marrer d\u2019autres projets.
