Elles pensent \u00e9galement embaucher moins (40%). Le licenciement reste, selon l\u2019enqu\u00eate de SD Worx la mesure la moins populaire (72%). Les entreprises devront, malgr\u00e9 des marges parfois moindres, continuer \u00e0 motiver leur personnel.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, les cinq principales mesures RH sont les activit\u00e9s de renforcement de l&rsquo;esprit d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe (telles que les \u00e9v\u00e9nements ou les repas d\u2019\u00e9quipe), l&rsquo;organisation de formations et la mobilit\u00e9 interne du personnel, l&rsquo;investissement dans le lieu de travail, la flexibilit\u00e9 en termes d&rsquo;horaires et les cadeaux.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque les PME ont besoin de r\u00e9duire leurs co\u00fbts, elles pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent :<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les mesures personnelles envisag\u00e9es par les PME pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ne pas octroyer d\u2019augmentation de salaire en plus de l&rsquo;indexation salariale (60,2%)<\/li>\n<li>Embaucher moins (40,0 %)<\/li>\n<li>Autres \u00e9conomies de co\u00fbts du personnel (26,9%)<\/li>\n<li>Moins de collaborateurs hors du payroll (25,3%)<\/li>\n<li>Moins de remplacements (23,8%) Ch\u00f4mage temporaire (15,2%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Les mesures de r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts que les PME souhaitent \u00e9viter :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Licencier le personnel permanent (72,1%)<\/li>\n<li>Discuter d\u2019une possible diminution des salaires (individuellement ou avec les partenaires sociaux) (65,9%)<\/li>\n<li>Recourir \u00e0 la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre \u00e9trang\u00e8re (66,3 %)<\/li>\n<li>Fermer un \u00e9tablissement (66,0%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tulay Kasap, manager &#8211; conseill\u00e8re juridique chez SD Worx : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Malheureusement, en raison de l&rsquo;augmentation des co\u00fbts, une augmentation salariale reste une option pour seulement une PME sur cinq (21,9%). Pour plus de six entreprises sur dix, une augmentation salariale est de toute fa\u00e7on exclue. Mais nos PME belges pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent cela au fait de devoir licencier leur personnel permanent, discuter de r\u00e9ductions de salaires ou fermer des \u00e9tablissements. Embaucher moins de personnel est \u00e9galement un moyen de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts pour quatre PME sur dix, tout comme le non-remplacement du personnel lorsqu&rsquo;il part \u00e0 la retraite ou qu&rsquo;il quitte l&rsquo;entreprise (23,8%) et le recours \u00e0 moins de travailleurs flexibles (25,3%). Pour les organisations travaillant avec des ouvriers, ces cons\u00e9quences sont davantage pr\u00e9sentes : elles sont soumises \u00e0 une pression encore plus forte du fait de la hausse des co\u00fbts.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quelle place reste-t-il \u00e0 la politique de motivation du personnel ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Il y a clairement un top trois des mesures qui ressortent parmi nos PME : les activit\u00e9s de team building telles que les repas ou les \u00e9v\u00e9nements restent au top pour la moiti\u00e9 des PME (47,3%). Les cadeaux sont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s par 43 % des PME, tout comme la formation des travailleurs (42 %). Une PME sur cinq (19,6 %) fera d\u2019ailleurs plus d&rsquo;efforts pour la formation. C&rsquo;est \u00e9galement le cas pour l&rsquo;investissement sur le lieu de travail : pr\u00e8s de 20% vont y consacrer plus d&rsquo;efforts.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> indique Tulay Kasap de SD Worx. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Autre fait marquant : maintenant que la mesure est en vigueur, la semaine de quatre jours de travail \u00e0 temps plein ne semble pas s&rsquo;appliquer \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de huit PME sur dix. Pourtant, la majorit\u00e9 est convaincue de l&rsquo;importance de la flexibilit\u00e9 du travail par le biais des horaires flottants ou d\u2019autres shifts : 55,6% vont le maintenir ou le renforcer. Environ une PME sur sept (13,5%) renforcera le recours \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration tels que la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration flexible.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : SD Worx 2022 &#8211; pour la 51e fois, les pr\u00e9visions trimestrielles de l&#8217;emploi de SD Worx ont interrog\u00e9 un nombre repr\u00e9sentatif de PME en Belgique sur leurs attentes en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;emploi. Entre le 18 et le 30 novembre, 826 entreprises de 1 \u00e0 250 employ\u00e9s ont particip\u00e9. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate en ligne aupr\u00e8s des PME en Belgique \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un \u00e9chantillon repr\u00e9sentatif dans lequel l&rsquo;agence de recherche CityD-WES s&rsquo;adresse aux r\u00e9pondants par e-mail. L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate sera r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e tous les trimestres. La pond\u00e9ration est effectu\u00e9e par r\u00e9gion et par taille d&rsquo;organisation en fonction de la population des PME. Les r\u00e9sultats sont repr\u00e9sentatifs de l&rsquo;ensemble des PME en Belgique. La pond\u00e9ration est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 3.
