Le nouvel accord est valable pour les trois prochaines ann\u00e9es et d\u00e9montre que la diversit\u00e9 est et reste une priorit\u00e9 pour le secteur priv\u00e9.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les organisations d\u2019employeurs et Unia encouragent les entreprises dans leurs initiatives pour plus de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion. Une politique ambitieuse de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion comme politique de pr\u00e9vention des discriminations commence par une politique de recrutement bas\u00e9e sur les comp\u00e9tences, des proc\u00e9dures internes de signalement efficaces et un plan de diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Unia et les organisations d\u2019employeurs pr\u00e9conisent de soutenir davantage les employeurs dans le recrutement de profils divers et l\u2019utilisation de mesures d\u2019action positive. Des informations \u00e0 ce sujet et le soutien que Unia peut fournir aux entreprises sont disponibles sur le site web d\u2019Unia ou sur <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ediv.be\">ediv.be<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Unia et les organisations d&#8217;employeurs ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de renforcer encore leur coop\u00e9ration, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s conjointes autour de th\u00e8mes tels que les am\u00e9nagements raisonnables au travail ou les actions positives.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouvel accord de coop\u00e9ration met en avant cinq points communs ( voir l&rsquo;annexe ici pour plus de d\u00e9tails):<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1) Plus de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion au travail par la pr\u00e9vention de la discrimination<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Soutenir les secteurs et les entreprises dans la mise en place de politiques de diversit\u00e9, d\u2019inclusion et de pr\u00e9vention de la discrimination et encourager le partage des connaissances et les bonnes pratiques existantes. Parce qu&rsquo;il vaut mieux pr\u00e9venir que gu\u00e9rir, y compris en ce qui concerne la discrimination au travail.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2) Des moyens budg\u00e9taires pour des actions positives<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suspendre certaines restrictions budg\u00e9taires pour les groupes \u00e0 risque. Cela permettra aux secteurs d\u2019allouer leurs moyens en toute autonomie pour r\u00e9aliser des plans d&rsquo;action positive au profit de groupes plus vuln\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3) Des donn\u00e9es de qualit\u00e9 disponibles<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Miser sur un monitoring syst\u00e9matique et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi qui serve de base aux d\u00e9cisions et \u00e9valuations politiques. Le suivi des mesures et de la recherche constituent une base importante des d\u00e9cisions, \u00e9valuations et adaptations des d\u00e9cisions politiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>4) L\u2019implication d\u2019Unia et des organisations d\u2019employeurs dans les \u00e9tudes, initiatives et politiques<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Impliquer les organisations d\u2019employeurs et Unia dans toute \u00e9tude, campagne et initiative parlementaire ou gouvernementale en lien avec la diversit\u00e9 et la lutte contre les discriminations au travail. Prendre en compte leur exp\u00e9rience du terrain et leur expertise de la r\u00e9glementation augmentera substantiellement l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des politiques men\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>5) La pr\u00e9vention d\u00e8s l\u2019enseignement<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Garantir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances d\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9cole a un impact consid\u00e9rable sur l\u2019avenir professionnel des jeunes, en particulier issus de groupes \u00e0 risque.
