Pour celles et ceux qui appr\u00e9cient la tradition, nous allons partager nos voeux r\u00e9ciproques pour une belle et grande ann\u00e9e 2023. Au sein de la communaut\u00e9 des People Managers qui nous r\u00e9unit, que pouvons-nous donc nous souhaiter pour faire face aux prochains d\u00e9fis, voire mieux encore, pour contribuer positivement \u00e0 la bonne sant\u00e9 de nos entreprises et de leurs collaborateurs? Du rythme, de l\u2019audace, de la clairvoyance, de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, de l\u2019enthousiasme\u2026 Tout cela et plus encore! Voici nos bons voeux pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e qui vient, \u00e0 lire et partager sans mod\u00e9ration.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Regarder en arri\u00e8re et dresser un bilan nous int\u00e9resse nettement moins que d\u2019essayer, avec quelques jours d\u2019avance, de deviner ce qui se pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 l\u2019horizon. Que faudra-t-il donc pour prendre la mesure des enjeux des 12 prochains mois et en sortir meilleurs, tous ensemble? Trois rapides propositions, avant de sabrer le champagne et d&rsquo;attaquer les festivit\u00e9s, ok?<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Du Courage<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nVoici la vertu cardinale. Le coeur de notre m\u00e9tier. Il s\u2019agit de prendre des risques ET des responsabilit\u00e9s, chaque jour. L\u2019exercice du People Management n\u2019a plus grand chose \u00e0 voir avec le maintien de l\u2019ordre et le respect de la r\u00e9glementation. Payer juste et bien ainsi que s\u2019assurer que chacun dispose des outils de travail adapt\u00e9 reste important mais ce n\u2019est d\u00e9sormais qu\u2019un \u2018basic\u2019 de la fonction. Dans le contexte actuel de p\u00e9nurie des talents et de pression intense sur l\u2019\u00e9quilibre physique et mental de chacun.e, les d\u00e9cisions de recrutement ou de revalorisation &#8211; pour ne citer que deux exemples parmi d\u2019autres &#8211; sont des paris. Plus loin dans le parcours de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience collaborateur, il faut pouvoir mettre un terme \u00e0 des collaborations nocives, pour l\u2019une des parties quelle qu\u2019elle soit, ou pour les deux. Prendre des risques et des responsabilit\u00e9s, et dans une transparence absolue faut-il le rappeler.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>De la vitesse<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nAgir donc, sur une base r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie \u00e9videmment\u2026 Mais agir vite! La pratique RH est aujourd\u2019hui devenue \u00e9galement une question de rapidit\u00e9. Les \u00e9quipes bougent au fil des \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui se bousculent. Offrir un cadre de travail et des missions \u00e9panouissantes, cela doit s\u2019inscrire dans des p\u00e9riodes de plus en plus courtes sur lesquelles se concentrent la productivit\u00e9 de nos entreprise. Ce qui a profond\u00e9ment chang\u00e9 d\u2019apr\u00e8s nous, c\u2019est que la gestion du rythme de travail et de la synchronisation des \u00e9quipes dans ce qui ressemble de moins en moins \u00e0 un continuum requiert une grande agilit\u00e9. Au final, il devient difficile d\u2019\u00e9viter cette sensation \u00e9trange d\u2019\u00eatre un hamster qui court, court, court dans une roue tournant sans fin\u2026 De quoi se maintenir en bonne forme, qu\u2019on se le dise.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des rep\u00e8res soci\u00e9taux<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nNous ne sommes pas seuls au monde. M\u00eame courageux et agiles, il reste n\u00e9cessaire de bien comprendre dans quelle pi\u00e8ce nous jouons.<br \/>\nLa confusion des sph\u00e8res priv\u00e9e et professionnelle est telle que nous devons absolument int\u00e9grer les tendances qui traversent notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans nos grilles de lecture de la vie en entreprise. Nos \u2018bo\u00eetes\u2019 sont de plus en plus perm\u00e9ables aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui transforment les vies de nos coll\u00e8gues. Raison pour laquelle le d\u00e9codage (et demain, l\u2019anticipation?) des mouvements de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 devient tellement important pour adapter nos dispositifs RH aux attentes et besoins des collaborateurs. Ceci sonne comme une \u00e9vidence. Et pourtant\u2026 Combien de fois devons-nous constater \u00e0 quel point nos organisations sont d\u00e9cal\u00e9es ou incompatibles en regard de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne des travailleurs?
