A force de crises successives (pand\u00e9mie, \u00e9nergie, violence\u2026), l\u2019angoisse s\u2019installe durablement dans nos vies. A tel point que nos entreprises con\u00e7ues pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la croissance et cultiver de l\u2019ambition int\u00e8grent aujourd\u2019hui les notions de sobri\u00e9t\u00e9, de fatigue, de d\u00e9croissance\u2026 Le Nouveau Normal \u00e0 int\u00e9grer dans nos sch\u00e9mas d\u2019action repose d\u00e9sormais sur la fragilit\u00e9 de nos entreprises et la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 de nos managers, bien plus que sur la puissance digitale et l\u2019over-performance. Avec quelles cons\u00e9quences?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Une citation en guise de pr\u00e9liminaire (parce que c\u2019est important les pr\u00e9liminaires): <em>\u00ab\u00a0Maintenant nous vivons et nous comprenons \u00e9motionnellement, dans nos corps, dans nos vies, de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s ordinaire, par des successions d&rsquo;effractions du r\u00e9el qui vont avoir diff\u00e9rents visages, \u00e7a peut \u00eatre des coupures d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est tout \u00eatre, et nous rentrons comme \u00e7a dans une banalisation de ce qu&rsquo;on peut appeler des modes d\u00e9grad\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, analyse la philosophe et psychanalyste fran\u00e7aise Cynthia Fleury.<br \/>\nChaque jour se confirme ce fameux syndrome qui consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser que nos enfants vivront dans un monde moins \u2018confortable\u2019 ou \u2018opulent\u2019 que celui que nous connaissons. Raison pour laquelle nous serions bien inspir\u00e9s de nous habituer \u00e0 vivre modestement et \u00e0 faire preuve d\u2019humilit\u00e9 collective. Et d\u2019int\u00e9grer dans notre People Management cette prise de conscience n\u00e9cessaire et quelques pratiques adapt\u00e9es (il n\u2019est jamais trop tard).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Fragilit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que r\u00e9silience<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nIl est fr\u00e9quent d\u00e9sormais que des coll\u00e8gues et des entreprises &#8211; disent tout simplement STOP. Dispara\u00eetre de la carte est devenu une r\u00e9elle option. La r\u00e9silience, concept hyper populaire avant la pand\u00e9mie et aux premi\u00e8res heures de celle-ci, a sans doute perdu un peu de pertinence au fil des crises. Signe de fatigue profonde ou de r\u00e9alisme? On cherche encore\u2026 Cet \u00e9tat de l&rsquo;art atteste surtout de notre refus de souffrir davantage, et de reconna\u00eetre en fait que nous sommes souvent fragiles. Ne nous voilons plus la face: la continuit\u00e9 de nos activit\u00e9s, individuelles ou collectives, ne tient qu\u2019\u00e0 un fil (celui de la volont\u00e9 bien s\u00fbr!). Il est possible et donc admis d\u2019abandonner, \u00e0 condition d\u2019accepter que cela ralentit la bonne marche de nos activit\u00e9s. Autant pr\u00e9voir en amont que le chemin sera un plus long que pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le pari risqu\u00e9 de la bienveillance d\u2019autrui<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nDeuxi\u00e8me constat douloureux: afficher nos propres faiblesses revient \u00e0 s\u2019exposer \u00e0 l\u2019un ou l\u2019autre connard tordu qui tentera de s\u2019engouffrer dans la br\u00e8che\u2026 La question de la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 reste dangereuse dans le monde cruel o\u00f9 nous \u00e9voluons. Lorsque, pour le surplus, ce sont les managers et le pouvoir qu\u2019ils incarnent qui laissent appara\u00eetre leurs failles, c\u2019est une bonne partie de nos sch\u00e9mas classiques qui s\u2019effondre. Parier donc sur la bienveillance n\u2019est pas sans risque dans un environnement comp\u00e9titif.<br \/>\nDepuis quelque temps d\u00e9j\u00e0, nous essayons de construire de nouvelles formes de succ\u00e8s bas\u00e9s sur la coop\u00e9ration, l\u2019horizontalit\u00e9, le partage\u2026 Nous n\u2019y sommes pas encore. L\u2019ego se met r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en travers de la route. En mati\u00e8re de People Management, un des enjeux contemporains consiste d\u00e8s lors \u00e0 trouver des moyens de stimuler les formes de leadership qui n\u2019\u00e9crasent pas et de promouvoir les dynamiques de coll\u00e9gialit\u00e9. Id\u00e9aliste? Sans doute\u2026, et tr\u00e8s r\u00e9jouissant lorsque la r\u00e9ussite vient couronner la d\u00e9marche.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les normes sont tr\u00e8s relatives\u2026<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLes tendances et tout ce qui d\u00e9finit le Nouveau Normal ont pour mission de rendre notre monde aussi lisible et compr\u00e9hensible que possible. Mais il est permis de se demander si le concept de \u2019norme\u2019 fait encore du sens dans une pratique RH qui avance chaque jour davantage vers le personnalisation\u2026 Nous sommes dans le culte de l\u2019individu et chacun.e d\u2019entre nous reste avant tout en qu\u00eate de reconnaissance individuelle (et cela contribue in\u00e9vitablement \u00e0 notre fragilit\u00e9, comme c\u2019est cocasse!). Cette soif de r\u00e9alisation de soi et d\u2019\u00e9panouissement rend plut\u00f4t complexe notre rapport \u00e0 la normalit\u00e9. Ce n\u2019est toutefois pas aussi conflictuel que cela peut sembler. Si nous acceptons que les normes sont faites pour \u00eatre d\u00e9pass\u00e9es, tout va bien. Il suffit de les prendre en compte dans notre rapport au monde et aux autres, tout va bien.<br \/>\nVoici la norme. Je la comprends. Je l\u2019int\u00e8gre. Et je d\u00e9cide de ce qui fait ma diff\u00e9rence et ma sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9.<br \/>\nA chaque fois que nous parvenons \u00e0 montrer ce qui fait de nous des \u00eatres uniques, y compris dans nos fragilit\u00e9s et notre vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9, cela devient int\u00e9ressant pour celles et ceux qui nous entourent. Dans certains cas m\u00eames, nous pouvons tendre vers l\u2019\u00e9blouissement. Id\u00e9aliste?
