C&rsquo;est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le une enqu\u00eate de Mensura, Service Externe de Pr\u00e9vention et de Protection au Travail, men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de PME de 20 \u00e0 250 collaborateurs.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>71% des travailleurs de PME consid\u00e8rent que les employeurs devraient se concentrer sur des actions en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9silience, de stress et de burn-out. Les PME le font principalement par le biais d&rsquo;un suivi individuel (51%), de formations sur la r\u00e9silience (46%) et de formations en gestion du temps (41%).<br \/>\nJolien Joriskes, experte vitalit\u00e9 chez Mensura : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Ce n\u2019est \u00e9videmment pas un hasard. Le stress et le burn-out sont \u00e9galement l&rsquo;une des principales causes d&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme dans les PME. Dans la pratique, je constate que les conseils pour mieux dormir suscitent beaucoup d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, notamment dans les entreprises qui emploient des travailleurs post\u00e9s. Les conseils en sevrage tabagique sont par ailleurs tr\u00e8s pris\u00e9s dans les PME o\u00f9 le taux de tabagisme est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que dans la population g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Perception ou approche ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Notez que la moiti\u00e9 des travailleurs confirment que leur employeur propose des initiatives pour promouvoir la vitalit\u00e9, alors que 60% des employeurs d\u00e9clarent le faire. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il se peut qu\u2019il y ait une diff\u00e9rence de perception ici\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Jolien Joriskes. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les travailleurs consid\u00e8rent peut-\u00eatre certaines initiatives comme allant de soi. Les fruits gratuits (69%) ou les indemnit\u00e9s v\u00e9lo (63%), par exemple, sont des mesures populaires.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Selon Jolien, bien que ces initiatives partent d\u2019une bonne intention, elles sont souvent isol\u00e9es et manquent donc partiellement leur but. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Si un atelier ou le Health &amp; Safety Day annuel ne s&rsquo;inscrit pas dans le cadre d&rsquo;un plan de sant\u00e9 plus large, il manque de coh\u00e9rence et de clart\u00e9. De ce fait, les collaborateurs s&rsquo;attardent moins sur les actions ou n\u2019en ont aucune vue d\u2019ensemble. Et leur impact s\u2019en trouve r\u00e9duit.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Importance de la communication<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La communication est d\u00e8s lors primordiale pour les PME qui souhaitent influencer positivement le mode de vie et la sant\u00e9 de leurs collaborateurs. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Pourquoi estimons-nous, en tant qu\u2019organisation, qu\u2019il est essentiel de prendre de telles initiatives ? Quel objectif souhaitons-nous atteindre ? Nous devons absolument r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces questions par une vision claire et des objectifs concrets\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, poursuit Jolien Joriskes.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab\u00a0Pourtant, on note bien plus qu&rsquo;un simple probl\u00e8me de communication dans les PME. \u00ab De nombreuses PME se tournent vers leur service externe en cas de probl\u00e8mes ou de difficult\u00e9s concr\u00e8tes. Souvent, l&rsquo;approche pr\u00e9ventive n\u2019est pas encore tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sente. Elles se concentrent principalement sur les obligations l\u00e9gales. Le fait que les PME ne disposent pas des m\u00eames budgets que les grandes organisations et que le conseiller en pr\u00e9vention interne ou les HR ai(en)t moins de temps joue \u00e9videmment un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. Je conseille aux PME de continuer \u00e0 exploiter au maximum la communication motivante afin de r\u00e9colter tous les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de leurs efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour maintenir les collaborateurs en bonne sant\u00e9 physique et mentale.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: ces chiffres proviennent d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle men\u00e9e par le bureau d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes Indiville pour le compte de Mensura, qui a interrog\u00e9 des employeurs et des travailleurs de PME de 20 \u00e0 250 travailleurs sur leur vitalit\u00e9, leur r\u00e9silience et leurs habitudes de vie.
