Pour cette raison, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral prend un certain nombre de mesures.<\/p>\n<p>Si, pour une fonction pr\u00e9cise, l\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale engage un candidat ayant de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, son exp\u00e9rience pertinente peut \u00eatre valid\u00e9e, mais actuellement cela se fait dans la premi\u00e8re \u00e9chelle de traitement du grade ou de la classe dont rel\u00e8ve la fonction.
