Toutefois, les salaires sont dynamiques et d\u00e9pendent de l&rsquo;offre et de la demande. Les contre-offres peuvent \u00eatre un outil utile, mais elles doivent \u00eatre faites de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie.
