\u00e0 la carri\u00e8re du personnel et faites preuve de proactivit\u00e9 pour apporter des r\u00e9ponses pr\u00e9cises et compl\u00e8tes aux services et\/ou aux collaborateur.rice.s qui vous sollicitent ;<\/li>\n<li>Vous \u00eates vigilant.e et attentif.ve au respect de la l\u00e9gislation sociale et maintenez vos connaissances \u00e0 jour pour :<br \/>\n\uf0a7 \u00e9tablir les documents sociaux, attestations de service, contrats de travail, avenants, d\u00e9clarations dimona, \u2026<br \/>\n\uf0a7 assurer une gestion administrative correcte et rigoureuse des dossiers du personnel et des \u00e9tudiant.e.s (digitalisation, v\u00e9rification des documents, suivi des \u00e9ch\u00e9ances, \u2026);<\/li>\n<li>Vous participez \u00e0 la gestion des processus RH relatifs \u00e0 la gestion de la carri\u00e8re, notamment les arriv\u00e9es et sorties du personnel (soutien administratif et personnalis\u00e9) et serez plus particuli\u00e8rement en charge de la mise en place d\u2019un onboarding de qualit\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>Vous g\u00e9rez l\u2019ensemble des demandes de cong\u00e9s (parentaux, cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques, interruptions de carri\u00e8re, cong\u00e9s sans solde, \u2026) ;<\/li>\n<li>Vous assurez un support RH pour toute question juridique et technique relative \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement de la carri\u00e8re (via t\u00e9l, e-mail, accueil physique) ;<\/li>\n<li>Vous r\u00e9digez des courriers\/communications \u00e0 destination des membres du personnel et de vos diff\u00e9rents partenaires (services communaux, ONEM, CPAS, s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, m\u00e9decine du travail, autorit\u00e9s de tutelle\u2026) ;<\/li>\n<li>Vous pr\u00e9parez et assurez le suivi des dossiers soumis au Coll\u00e8ge, au Conseil ou \u00e0 la tutelle (rapports, d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations, conventions, r\u00e8glements, \u2026.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Votre profil<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vous \u00eates titulaire d\u2019un Bachelor en gestion des ressources humaines (reconnu par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Wallonie \u2013 Bruxelles ou NARIC Vlaanderen) ou, si autre orientation, vous disposez d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience significative (de minimum 2 ans) en lien avec la gestion et l\u2019administration du personnel ;<\/li>\n<li>Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en l\u00e9gislation sociale ;<\/li>\n<li>Vous \u00eates autonome, capable d\u2019identifier les priorit\u00e9s et d\u2019organiser votre travail en cons\u00e9quence ;<\/li>\n<li>Dans chacune de vos t\u00e2ches, vous attachez une grande importance \u00e0 la rigueur et aux d\u00e9tails, vous faites preuve de m\u00e9thode et d\u2019esprit critique dans leurs r\u00e9alisations quotidiennes ;<\/li>\n<li>Confront\u00e9.e \u00e0 des situations ou probl\u00e9matiques nouvelles, vous en analysez le contexte pour proposer proactivement des solutions ;<\/li>\n<li>Vous \u00eates fiable et avez conscience des imp\u00e9ratifs de confidentialit\u00e9 li\u00e9s \u00e0 une
