Les pratiques de travail hybrides restent complexes et les chefs d&rsquo;entreprise comme les employ\u00e9s se d\u00e9battent pour comprendre comment ajuster les pratiques commerciales pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des employ\u00e9s.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>EPOS, marque mondiale de produits audio et vid\u00e9o, en partenariat avec Foresight Factory, publie le rapport <em>\u00ab\u00a0The Workplace of the Future\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, qui explore les tendances actuelles et \u00e9mergentes qui fa\u00e7onnent l&rsquo;avenir du travail, ainsi que les solutions technologiques qui peuvent aider les entreprises \u00e0 mettre en place une strat\u00e9gie hybride \u00e0 long terme pour une main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre productive. Quelles sont les principales conclusions?<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les employ\u00e9s donnent la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 leur bien-\u00eatre<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nPartout, les travailleurs prennent en charge leur bien-\u00eatre, tant physique que mental, et plus de la moiti\u00e9 des travailleurs dans le monde (53%) d\u00e9clarent qu&rsquo;ils sont plus susceptibles de donner la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 leur bien-\u00eatre qu&rsquo;avant la pand\u00e9mie. En cons\u00e9quence, les travailleurs attendent de plus en plus de leurs employeurs qu&rsquo;ils fassent partie de leurs \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9. 38% d&rsquo;entre eux demandent \u00e0 leurs employeurs de soutenir le personnel en lui accordant des cong\u00e9s pour des raisons de sant\u00e9 mentale. De plus, 30% des employ\u00e9s disent vouloir que les entreprises consacrent des heures \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s de bien-\u00eatre physique et mental.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9viter l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement professionnel et rechercher le bonheur sont les principales motivations<br \/>\nL&rsquo;\u00e9puisement professionnel des employ\u00e9s est un probl\u00e8me persistant et 36 % des travailleurs dans le monde disent avoir souffert d&rsquo;\u00e9puisement au cours des 12 derniers mois en raison d&rsquo;un \u00ab\u00a0travail trop dur\u00a0\u00bb, un sentiment qui est le plus fort parmi la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z (40%) et les Millennials (42%). La d\u00e9connexion du travail \u00e0 distance ne cesse de cro\u00eetre entre employeurs et employ\u00e9s, tout comme le m\u00e9contentement. Moins de la moiti\u00e9 des travailleurs sont satisfaits de leur \u00e9quilibre actuel entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e (43%), et pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un tiers (30%) disent avoir l&rsquo;intention de changer de carri\u00e8re pour am\u00e9liorer leur bonheur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un bureau physique est vital<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLes employ\u00e9s veulent \u00e9viter de se sentir isol\u00e9s et souhaitent que les entreprises offrent des possibilit\u00e9s de connexion et de collaboration \u00e0 la fois physiques et virtuelles. La moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s disent que passer du temps avec leurs coll\u00e8gues en personne leur manque maintenant qu&rsquo;ils peuvent travailler \u00e0 distance. Cette tendance est la plus marqu\u00e9e chez les membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z et les mill\u00e9niaux (80%), qui souhaitent utiliser les espaces de bureau physiques pour apprendre, se d\u00e9velopper et s&rsquo;\u00e9tablir dans leur communaut\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les employ\u00e9s partiront s&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;apprennent pas<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLe monde du travail est de plus en plus exigeant envers les employ\u00e9s, qui sont cens\u00e9s am\u00e9liorer rapidement leurs comp\u00e9tences existantes ou en acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, 60% des salari\u00e9s de tous \u00e2ges souhaitent continuer \u00e0 apprendre, et 44% disent vouloir progresser et se perfectionner dans leur emploi actuel. S&rsquo;ils ne peuvent pas apprendre et \u00e9voluer dans leur poste, ils le quitteront pour atteindre leurs objectifs de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des solutions technologiques m\u00e9diocres peuvent entra\u00eener une surcharge cognitive<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLes employeurs doivent \u00e9galement s&rsquo;efforcer d&rsquo;\u00e9quiper leurs employ\u00e9s de solutions qui r\u00e9duisent le risque de fatigue cognitive. Les recherches men\u00e9es par EPOS ont montr\u00e9 que dans les environnements bruyants, le cerveau travaille davantage pour se concentrer sur la source sonore la plus importante, ce qui demande 35 % d&rsquo;efforts cognitifs suppl\u00e9mentaires pour \u00e9couter. Au fil du temps, cela peut entra\u00eener une surcharge cognitive et une fatigue c\u00e9r\u00e9brale, ce qui a un impact sur les niveaux de stress des employ\u00e9s, la r\u00e9tention d&rsquo;informations et les performances.<\/p>\n<p>Jeppe Dalberg-Larsen, pr\u00e9sident d&rsquo;EPOS, d\u00e9clare : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le monde du travail n&rsquo;a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi complexe qu&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui. Les chefs d&rsquo;entreprise qui s&rsquo;investissent dans l&rsquo;avenir de leur soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et de leurs employ\u00e9s doivent r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir intentionnellement \u00e0 leurs strat\u00e9gies hybrides. Il n&rsquo;existe pas d&rsquo;approche unique. Bien que nous ayons vu, ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, comment la technologie a r\u00e9volutionn\u00e9 le travail moderne, rien ne remplace le leadership et la culture.
