Selon les chiffres de l&rsquo;International Federation of Robotics (IFR), plus de 10.300 robots ont d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s en Belgique, ce qui a permis \u00e0 notre pays d\u2019occuper une belle 15e place en 2022, avec une densit\u00e9 de robots de 198 pour 10.000 employ\u00e9s, en comparaison \u00e0 une moyenne mondiale de 141. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Cette situation est due dans une large mesure \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de l\u2019industrie automobile et de ses fournisseurs et sous-traitants en Belgique\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Ben Van Roose, Manager Manufacturing chez Agoria. <em>\u00ab\u00a0En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, le potentiel d\u2019application de la robotisation est consid\u00e9rable dans l\u2019industrie manufacturi\u00e8re, notamment dans les PME mais aussi dans d\u2019autres secteurs \u00e9conomiques importants, tels que l\u2019industrie alimentaire et chimique, pour des applications dont il \u00e9tait r\u00e9cemment encore impensable qu\u2019elles puissent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par un robot.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>4 PME sur 10 n\u2019ont pas recours \u00e0 la robotisation ou ne disposent m\u00eame pas des connaissances de base en la mati\u00e8re<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est l\u2019une des principales conclusions de l\u2019enqu\u00eate \u00abRobotisation in Belgium\u00bb qu\u2019Agoria et PwC Belgique ont men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de quelque 120 entreprises de production et un certain nombre de fournisseurs et d\u2019universit\u00e9s. Il en ressort que 7 entreprises de production sur 10 ont d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 recours \u00e0 la robotisation ou \u00e0 des applications apparent\u00e9es dans le cadre de leurs processus de production ou entreprennent des exp\u00e9rimentations dans ce domaine. Cependant, l\u2019enqu\u00eate pointe une grande disparit\u00e9 dans l\u2019adoption de ces technologies entre les grandes entreprises et les PME puisque pr\u00e8s de 40% de ces derni\u00e8res ne recourent pas \u00e0 la robotisation dans leur environnement de processus de fabrication ou n&rsquo;ont pas d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de base en la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Une formation insuffisante et un manque de connaissances internes sont cit\u00e9s par les entreprises interrog\u00e9es comme \u00e9tant les principaux obstacles \u00e0 l\u2019introduction de la robotisation.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La requalification et le perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences sont essentielles pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation du potentiel de robotisation au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise, ce qui permettra de se rapprocher de sa mise en \u0153uvre. Un autre obstacle entrave aussi l\u2019introduction de la robotisation, \u00e0 savoir la p\u00e9nurie de profils STEM. Les initiatives qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises au niveau r\u00e9gional ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es abondent dans le bon sens, mais nous devons absolument franchir un pas de plus et envisager la mise en oeuvre d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie ambitieuse au niveau national en concertation avec les diff\u00e9rents acteurs\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, pr\u00e9cise Ben Van Roose.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e9galement qu\u2019il existe toujours une certaine m\u00e9fiance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la robotisation mais que celle-ci tend \u00e0 s\u2019amenuiser. 45% des entreprises interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent que leurs collaborateurs adoptent une attitude positive vis-\u00e0-vis de la robotisation, tandis que 75% du personnel qualifient les cons\u00e9quences de la robotisation sur l\u2019emploi comme \u00e9tant soit inexistantes, soit positives.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un parcours complexe, mais crucial<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6 PME sur dix ont d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 entam\u00e9 l\u2019adoption de la robotisation, mais un mouvement de rattrapage important s\u2019impose encore pour assurer leur croissance et \u00e9largir leur efficacit\u00e9 dans ce domaine en vue de pouvoir r\u00e9ellement participer au march\u00e9 international. Selon l\u2019enqu\u00eate d\u2019Agoria et PwC, l\u2019usage des robots est une composante importante de cette automatisation et joue d\u00e8s lors un r\u00f4le crucial, surtout dans la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019innovation et de croissance des entreprises, tout en am\u00e9liorant les conditions de travail de leurs collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Le caract\u00e8re multidisciplinaire et complexe de l\u2019automatisation et de la robotisation impose cependant un d\u00e9fi de taille aux entreprises. C\u2019est pourquoi Agoria et PwC recommandent de suivre un plan en sept \u00e9tapes et soulignent la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 absolue d\u2019impliquer tous les acteurs.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment primordial consiste \u00e0 franchir les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes voulues dans l\u2019ordre ad\u00e9quat et \u00e0 obtenir un accompagnement. Heureusement, nous pouvons compter en Belgique sur un vaste \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me professionnel de fournisseurs de robots, de fournisseurs d\u2019appareillages p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques et d\u2019int\u00e9grateurs d\u2019applications de robotique, qui peuvent assister les entreprises dans l\u2019int\u00e9gration et l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation de syst\u00e8mes de robotisation\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, ajoute Jochen Vincken,Partner Sustainable Manufacturing bij PwC.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des aides gouvernementales adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des entreprises<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La robotisation est une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape sur la voie menant aux mod\u00e8les d\u2019exploitation de demain. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les r\u00e9gions ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 de nombreuses initiatives visant \u00e0 inspirer les entreprises et \u00e0 favoriser l\u2019application des technologies d\u2019automatisation dans le cadre des processus de production. Les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate soulignent l\u2019importance de cette derni\u00e8re d\u00e9marche, mais la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 aussi de maintenir les investissements dans la poursuite de l\u2019automatisation.<\/p>\n<p>Les pouvoirs publics ont conscience de l\u2019importance des investissements \u00e0 consentir par les entreprises et ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 diverses initiatives visant \u00e0 les soutenir dans cette d\u00e9marche. La prochaine \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 amplifier l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 de ces initiatives et \u00e0 faire en sorte qu\u2019elles collent encore davantage \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne des entreprises.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Compte tenu du d\u00e9fi gigantesque que repr\u00e9sente le maintien de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de notre industrie belge, il est d\u2019une importance essentielle de d\u00e9velopper une vision \u00e0 long terme et de ne pas se contenter de cr\u00e9er des emplois \u00e0 court terme, mais de tenir \u00e9galement compte des perspectives d\u2019avenir que la robotisation offre \u00e0 nos entreprises.
