La p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre constitue un obstacle aux ambitions en mati\u00e8re de recrutement : trois entreprises sur quatre se trouvent confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des postes en p\u00e9nurie qu\u2019elles peinent \u00e0 pourvoir. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Plus d\u2019embauches que de licenciements<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La crise de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et l\u2019inflation record ont frapp\u00e9 notre \u00e9conomie de plein fouet l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, mais notre pays a su \u00e9viter de justesse la r\u00e9cession apparue au d\u00e9but de cette ann\u00e9e. Les entreprises se montrent donc optimistes en mati\u00e8re de recrutement pour le reste de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023. 74 % des employeurs belges ne s\u2019attendent pas \u00e0 devoir licencier du personnel cette ann\u00e9e. Sept entreprises sur dix (69 %) comptent en outre embaucher de nouveaux collaborateurs en 2023. Cette situation est d\u2019autant plus \u00e9tonnante que les frais salariaux ont fortement augment\u00e9 au d\u00e9but de cette ann\u00e9e en raison de l\u2019indexation automatique des salaires.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Trois entreprises sur quatre sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des postes en p\u00e9nurie<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre \u2013 obstacle significatif au recrutement \u2013 constituera un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi cette ann\u00e9e. Trois entreprises sur quatre peinent en effet \u00e0 pourvoir certains postes en p\u00e9nurie. Seul un quart (23 %) d\u2019entre elles n\u2019est pas confront\u00e9 \u00e0 ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne. 17 % estiment que m\u00eame plus du quart des postes au sein de leur entreprise sont des m\u00e9tiers en p\u00e9nurie, et 26 % parlent d\u2019un pourcentage allant de 10 % \u00e0 25 %. Les secteurs des soins de sant\u00e9, de la culture et du non marchand semblent davantage touch\u00e9s par ce probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La charge de travail et la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration sont les principaux obstacles \u00e0 la r\u00e9tention du personnel<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Autre observation frappante : seules 30 % des entreprises sont convaincues que leurs meilleurs travailleurs leur resteront fid\u00e8les en 2023. La charge de travail \u00e9lev\u00e9e (32 %), le manque de perspectives en termes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration (32 %) et les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9volution (18 %) sont les principales raisons pour lesquelles les salari\u00e9s quitteraient leur entreprise, selon les dirigeants d\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La r\u00e9duction des frais salariaux<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La forte augmentation des frais salariaux met les entreprises sous pression. La moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre elles (51 %) d\u00e9ploient d\u00e9j\u00e0 des efforts sp\u00e9cifiques pour r\u00e9duire les frais salariaux au sein de leur organisation. En 2023, les employeurs pensent \u00e0 opter pour les solutions suivantes pour y parvenir : ne pas conc\u00e9der d\u2019augmentation ou la revoir \u00e0 la baisse (26 %), accorder un cong\u00e9 parental et un cr\u00e9dit-temps (18 %), accorder plus de cong\u00e9s sans solde (18 %) ou encourager le travail \u00e0 temps partiel (13 %).<br \/>\nLa \u00ab\u2009cr\u00e9ation de carri\u00e8res durables\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Micha\u00ebl Zahlen, senior consultant chez Acerta Consult, indique : \u00ab\u00a0<em>La situation tendue sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi constitue un d\u00e9fi en mati\u00e8re de recrutement et de r\u00e9tention du personnel. Se contenter obstin\u00e9ment de rechercher la perle rare est une pratique r\u00e9volue. Les entreprises se concentrent de plus en plus sur la formation et le d\u00e9veloppement des candidats et des collaborateurs actuels, et les nouvelles exp\u00e9riences peuvent \u00e9galement jouer un r\u00f4le \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. Les nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s de formation ou d\u2019\u00e9volution sont souvent l\u2019une des raisons qui poussent un travailleur \u00e0 changer d\u2019employeur. Pour rester comp\u00e9titives, les entreprises doivent s\u2019efforcer de mettre en place des carri\u00e8res durables. Il s\u2019agit de parcours de carri\u00e8re caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration correcte \u00e0 la base et une attention port\u00e9e au bien-\u00eatre, aux possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9volution, \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour l\u2019avenir et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9panouissement professionnel. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable que les travailleurs soient accompagn\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re proactive dans les r\u00f4les dans lesquels ils souhaitent se voir \u00e9voluer, ainsi que dans ceux qui peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rique.
