L\u2019objectif de ce cycle anim\u00e9 par des orateurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s est de proposer, au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019aspect juridique qui est chaque fois abord\u00e9, une v\u00e9ritable bo\u00eetes \u00e0 outils et les bonnes pratiques dans la gestion des conflits en vue de sa meilleure r\u00e9solution. La session 4 consacr\u00e9e aux conflits entre employ\u00e9s et employeurs se tiendra le 20 juin 2023, de 13.30 \u00e0 17.30 chez BECI (Avenue Louise 500 \u00e0 1050 Bruxelles).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les 4 conf\u00e9rences se veulent r\u00e9solument pratiques et multidisciplinaires. En partant de situations v\u00e9cues et d\u2019\u00e9changes entre praticiens, les participants pourront repartir avec un v\u00e9ritable parcours efficace pour r\u00e9soudre positivement les conflits en entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Ce cycle, mis en place en partenariat avec BECI (Chambre de commerce de Bruxelles) se compose de quatre apr\u00e8s-midis et s\u2019ach\u00e8vera par la publication d\u2019un ouvrage collectif reprenant la synth\u00e8se des diff\u00e9rentes th\u00e9matiques abord\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>SESSION 4 : CONFLITS DANS L&rsquo;ENTREPRISE (EMPLOYES ET EMPLOYEURS):<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La vie d\u2019une entreprise n\u2019est pas toujours un long fleuve tranquille. Les tensions entre employ\u00e9s et employeurs peuvent y \u00eatre importantes, \u00e9nergivores et contreproductives. L&rsquo;actualit\u00e9 sociale de ces derni\u00e8res semaines et les tensions dans la grande distribution nous le rappelle: les conflits dans l&rsquo;entreprise doivent s&rsquo;appr\u00e9hender dans le cadre juridique strict mais pas que&#8230;il est indispensable \u00e9galement d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer le volet social humain.<\/p>\n<p>Cette conf\u00e9rence se veut comme un dialogue avec les acteurs du monde de l\u2019entreprise. Par le d\u00e9bat, les orateurs proposeront leurs outils pour atteindre un cadre juridique, social et humain pour r\u00e9soudre par le haut les conflits humains et \u00e9conomiques.
