Il \u00e9tait \u00e9galement difficile de pr\u00e9voir comment l\u2019\u00e9volution \u00e9conomique affecterait leurs strat\u00e9gies de recrutement. Alors que le premier trimestre de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e vient de se terminer, le sp\u00e9cialiste du recrutement Robert Half nous donne quelques renseignements int\u00e9ressants. Le nombre d&#8217;emplois permanents propos\u00e9s reste stable et une diminution des offres d&#8217;emploi temporaire (-12%) sont les tendances qui marquent les premiers mois de cette ann\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode en 2022.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bien que de nombreux facteurs aient provoqu\u00e9 une certaine instabilit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 du travail ces derniers temps, nous nous trouvons aujourd&rsquo;hui encore sur un march\u00e9 qui continue de se redresser. Les entreprises continuent en effet d&#8217;embaucher et les candidats continuent de chercher un nouvel emploi, ce qui se traduit par un faible taux de ch\u00f4mage. Toutefois, le type d&#8217;emplois demand\u00e9s varie.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude de Robert Half, le nombre d\u2019offres d&#8217;emploi permanent reste stable (-3%), tandis que les offres d&#8217;emploi temporaire se portent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement moins bien (-12%).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Ces chiffres montrent clairement que la situation actuelle est tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente de celle des crises pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. Alors qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, nous observions souvent que le nombre d&#8217;emplois permanents diminuait et qu&rsquo;il y avait une forte pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les postes temporaires vacants, nous assistons aujourd&rsquo;hui \u00e0 un sc\u00e9nario compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rent. Les entreprises ne sont manifestement pas r\u00e9ticentes \u00e0 embaucher du personnel permanent, ce qui offre une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire aux employ\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> d\u00e9clare Jo\u00ebl Poilvache, Regional Managing Director chez Robert Half.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, l&rsquo;importance des emplois temporaires ne doit pas \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les emplois temporaires donnent aux entreprises et \u00e0 leurs \u00e9quipes la marge de man\u0153uvre dont elles ont besoin pendant les p\u00e9riodes plus actives ou en cas de besoin soudain de soutien. Mais il y a \u00e9galement un grand avantage pour les employ\u00e9s. Ceux-ci peuvent acqu\u00e9rir de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience dans divers emplois et secteurs, ce qui leur permet ensuite de faire un choix \u00e9clair\u00e9 lorsqu&rsquo;ils choisissent un emploi permanent.
