L&rsquo;observation d\u00e9taill\u00e9e des situations dans chaque pays de l&rsquo;UE ne montre pas de progression significative envers une plus grande uniformisation.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude publi\u00e9e par Eurofund repose sur une analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e des conventions collectives et sectorielles concernant cinq secteurs d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s sp\u00e9ficiques : la chimie, la m\u00e9tallurgie, le secteur bancaire, la distribution\/commerce de d\u00e9tail et le secteur public. Le secteur bancaire, globalement, affiche le temps de travail moyen le plus court avec 37,6h\/sem tandis que la distribution pr\u00e9sente le temps de travail le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 avec une moyenne de 38,4h\/sem.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la plupart des 28 \u00e9tats membres de l&rsquo;Union, les conventions collectives jouent un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans la d\u00e9finition de la dur\u00e9e du temps de travail, m\u00eame si les processus diff\u00e8rent quelque peu dans les nouveaux \u00e9tats membres.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, la dur\u00e9e de travail hebdomadaire moyenne est de 38,1h en Europe. Elle n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9volu\u00e9 entre 2013 et 2014.<br \/>\nLa Slovaquie, l&rsquo;Espagne, la Su\u00e8de et le Royaume Uni sont les seuls pays ayant connu des changements au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re (diminution de 0,1 \u00e0 0,3h en 2014 en Slovaquie et au Royaume Uni tandis que l&rsquo;Espagne a enregistr\u00e9 une augmentation du temps de travail de 0,5h).<\/p>\n<p>La France reste actuellement le pays affichant la dur\u00e9e de travail la plus basse avec 35,6h \/ semaine.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, les heures prest\u00e9es par les travailleurs (ETP) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 ce qui est pr\u00e9vu dans les conventions collectives dans 20 des 29 pays pris en compte dans le rapport d&rsquo;Eurofund. Les travailleurs roumains sont ceux qui travaillent le plus avec un \u00a0\u00bbscore\u00a0\u00bb de 41h de travail hebdomadaire. Suivent les Luxembourgeois (40,9h), les Britanniques (40,9h), les Portugais (40,4h), les Allemands (40,3h) et les Polonais (40,2h). Ce sont les travailleurs finlandais et fran\u00e7ais qui occupent le bas de ce classement avec 37,3h prest\u00e9es en moyenne.<\/p>\n<p>Au niveau de l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;UE, le temps de travail prest\u00e9 r\u00e9ellement s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve en 2014 \u00e0 39,5h, soit un chiffre \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 celui atteint en 2013. En moyenne donc, les prestations d\u00e9passent d&rsquo;une heure et 24 minutes le temps de travail pr\u00e9vu par convention.<br \/>\nLe nombre moyen de jours de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 25,1 jours \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne.
