Exc\u00e8s de prudence? Selon l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate &lsquo;CEO Outlook Study&rsquo; men\u00e9e par KPMG International, les CEO des entreprises globales se montrent nettement plus optimistes. Pr\u00e8s de 80% d&rsquo;entre eux pr\u00e9voient de recruter dans les 3 ans&#8230;<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Selon l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate, les dirigeants des entreprises globales se d\u00e9clarent confiants dans leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 cro\u00eetre au cours des trois ann\u00e9es qui viennent et dans les perspectives de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie mondiale. Les CEO poursuivent en m\u00eame temps la transformation de leurs organisations ; ils se soucient de plus en plus de la pertinence des produits, de la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 du client et de l&rsquo;adoption des nouvelles technologies.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9visions positives pour le recrutement<\/h2>\n<p>Les CEO interrog\u00e9s, au nombre de 1.278, sont 69% en Europe, 66% en Asie-Pacifique et 52% aux \u00c9tats-Unis \u00e0 afficher plus de confiance dans la croissance et dans l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie globale des trois ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.\u00a0 Au sujet des perspectives de croissance de leur propre entreprise, 70% des CEO europ\u00e9ens, 68 des CEO d&rsquo;Asie-Pacifique et 19% des CEO am\u00e9ricains se d\u00e9clarent plus confiants qu&rsquo;il y a un an. Mais surtout, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle globale, les CEO sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 recruter : 78% d&rsquo;entre eux r\u00e9pondent qu&rsquo;ils pr\u00e9voient de se mettre en mode recrutement entre aujourd&rsquo;hui et mi-2018.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude indique que \u00ab\u00a0<i>la confiance est plus marqu\u00e9e en Europe et en Asie qu&rsquo;aux \u00c9tats-Unis pour une raison simple : l&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique se trouve d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 un stade plus avanc\u00e9 de la reprise \u00e9conomique.\u00a0\u00bb<\/i><\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9tude KPMG, les CEO sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des contraintes concurrentielles croissantes, au premier rang desquelles la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 des clients&#8230; Au-del\u00e0, ils se pr\u00e9occupent \u00e9galement du rythme effr\u00e9n\u00e9 des nouvelles technologies et de la pertinence de leur produit ou service dans les trois prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>On note avec int\u00e9r\u00eat que 44% des CEO se disent seulement \u00ab \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise \u00bb avec leur mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique actuel ; 5% sont \u00ab mal \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise. \u00bb Dans le cadre de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate, 29% des dirigeants interrog\u00e9s r\u00e9pondent que leur organisation sera tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9ch\u00e9ance de trois ans.<br \/>\nSi les r\u00e9sultats montrent que les CEO sont tr\u00e8s conscients de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de transformer leur entreprise pour survivre et prosp\u00e9rer, pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un tiers d&rsquo;entre eux estiment ne pas prendre assez de risques dans leur strat\u00e9gie de croissance globale ; plus de la moiti\u00e9 (56%) disent qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;ont pas encore enti\u00e8rement mis en \u0153uvre un processus d&rsquo;innovation couvrant toute l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<h2>Les priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques des trois prochaines ann\u00e9es<i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate rel\u00e8ve encore que les dirigeants ont le regard tourn\u00e9 sur ce qui suit, par ordre d&rsquo;importance :<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles strat\u00e9gies de croissance,<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 focalisation sur le client,<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 expansion g\u00e9ographique,<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 r\u00e9duction structurelle des co\u00fbts,<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la commercialisation et promotion de l&rsquo;innovation.<\/p>\n<p>Priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la croissance ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle dans les trois ans qui viennent ? \u00c0 cette question, 94% des CEO am\u00e9ricains r\u00e9pondent par la croissance, tandis que leurs coll\u00e8gues asiatiques et europ\u00e9ens misent sur l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;expansion am\u00e9ricaine vise l&rsquo;Europe Centrale<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c0 quoi vont servir les investissements des trois prochaines ann\u00e9es ? Pour les CEO, il s&rsquo;agit avant tout de d\u00e9velopper l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res du march\u00e9 domestique.\u00a0 Les CEO am\u00e9ricains visent l&rsquo;Europe, en particulier l&rsquo;Europe Centrale, puis la Chine et l&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique Latine.\u00a0 Aux yeux des CEO chinois, japonais, britanniques, allemands et fran\u00e7ais, ce sont les \u00c9tats-Unis qui offrent le plus gros potentiel de nouvelle croissance.<\/p>\n<h2>Matrice de croissance<\/h2>\n<p>Actuellement, 52% des CEO expliquent que leur strat\u00e9gie s&rsquo;articule sur la croissance organique ; 42 \u00e9voquent \u00e0 la fois une croissance organique et inorganique (via les acquisitions) ; dans 6% des cas, la strat\u00e9gie de croissance est avant tout inorganique.<br \/>\nEt pour les trois prochaines ann\u00e9es ? Dans 59% des cas, les CEO fondent leur strat\u00e9gie sur la croissance organique ; 22% se partagent entre la croissance organique et inorganique via les acquisitions, et 19% tablent sur la croissance inorganique. Vingt-neuf% des CEO am\u00e9ricains font surtout confiance aux acquisitions, voyant dans la croissance inorganique leur premier moteur de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p><i>Note m\u00e9thodologie : l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate a permis de consulter 1.278 CEO sur 10 grands march\u00e9s (Australie, Chine, France, Allemagne, Inde, Italie, Japon, Espagne, Royaume-Uni et \u00c9tats-Unis) et dans 9 secteurs d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 (automobile, banque, assurance, gestion d&rsquo;investissements, soins de sant\u00e9, fabrication, technologies, vente au d\u00e9tail\/march\u00e9s consommateurs et \u00e9nergie\/fournitures publiques).
