Pourtant, une e\u0301tude annuelle de Randstad et une e\u0301tude de marche\u0301 d&rsquo;ALDI montrent que les gens se font une fausse ide\u0301e du travail chez ALDI.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Il est frappant de constater qu&rsquo;il existe un de\u0301calage entre la perception d&rsquo;ALDI en tant qu&#8217;employeur et ce qu&rsquo;ALDI a effectivement a\u0300 offrir\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, de\u0301clare Dimitri Bataillie, Managing Director Human Resources chez ALDI Belgique. <em>\u00ab\u00a0ALDI posse\u0300de de nombreux atouts. Un demandeur d&#8217;emploi a donc tout inte\u0301re\u0302t a\u0300 conside\u0301rer ALDI lors de sa recherche.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>4 piliers centraux<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans sa toute nouvelle campagne d&rsquo;image, ALDI met l&rsquo;accent sur 4 points forts : le paquet salarial, la distance domicile-travail, l&rsquo;ambiance de travail et les opportunite\u0301s de carrie\u0300re. Ces 4 piliers n&rsquo;ont pas e\u0301te\u0301 choisis au hasard, mais sont essentiels pour les travailleurs d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui dans la recherche d&rsquo;un emploi et le choix d&rsquo;un employeur.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous savons que chez ALDI, nous obtenons de bons re\u0301sultats pour chacun de ces piliers, mais beaucoup de gens ne le savent pas suffisamment \u00bb, poursuit M. Bataillie. \u00ab Par exemple, on peut construire une belle carrie\u0300re chez ALDI. Beaucoup de collaborateurs dans les magasins deviennent Manager de Magasin. Avec 440 magasins ALDI et 7 centrales et centres logistiques, il y a toujours un emploi a\u0300 proximite\u0301 dans les diffe\u0301rents de\u0301partements.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><br \/>\nIl existe donc un potentiel inte\u0301ressant pour ALDI de changer les perceptions et d&rsquo;augmenter son attractivite\u0301 en tant qu&#8217;employeur.<\/p>\n<p>ALDI veut se de\u0301marquer avec cette campagne. A\u0300 cette fin, le discounter tire re\u0301solument la carte de l\u2019affirmation \u2018de chez ALDI\u2019. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous conside\u0301rons \u2018de chez ALDI\u2019 comme une force absolue gra\u0302ce a\u0300 laquelle nous rendons notre famille ALDI unique et authentique\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique M. Bataillie.<\/p>\n<p>Ce sont les employe\u0301s me\u0302mes, les Cracks #dechezALDI, qui jouent un ro\u0302le central dans la campagne. L&rsquo;anciennete\u0301 moyenne chez ALDI est de presque 12 ans. Les employe\u0301s d&rsquo;ALDI me\u0302me conside\u0300rent leur employeur comme un employeur stable offrant un bon e\u0301quilibre entre la vie professionnelle et la vie prive\u0301e. \u00ab Dans cette campagne, nos colle\u0300gues eux-me\u0302mes montrent que les emplois #dechezALDI offrent de nombreux avantages \u00bb, conclut M. Bataillie.<\/p>\n<p>La campagne a de\u0301bute\u0301 le 1er mai et se poursuit jusqu&rsquo;au de\u0301but du mois de juin.
