C\u2019est la r\u00e8gle premi\u00e8re d\u2019une gestion du changement bien ordonn\u00e9e par exemple. Probl\u00e8me: le flux de communications est quasi ininterrompu. Comment \u00eatre vu ou entendu avec tout ce bruit? Certains cultivent l\u2019art de la provocation (et ce n\u2019est pas sans danger). D\u2019autres renoncent carr\u00e9ment tant les efforts \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer sont d\u00e9mesur\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019impact final. Entre ces deux \u2018extr\u00eames\u2019, pouvons-nous d\u00e9finir quelques id\u00e9es fortes ou principes \u00e0 appliquer pour atteindre le but ultime, \u00e0 savoir donner du souffle et du coeur &#8211; bref, de l\u2019inspiration &#8211; aux travailleurs qui en ont tellement besoin ? On essaye ensemble ? <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La pand\u00e9mie aurait d\u00fb nous conforter dans nos convictions: il faut absolument communiquer afin de cr\u00e9er et de d\u00e9velopper ce lien indispensable entre l\u2019employeur et l\u2019employ\u00e9, ainsi que pour cr\u00e9er cet esprit de corps qui permet de renverser des montagnes. Peu importe le m\u00e9dia finalement, peu importe le contexte, peu importe la fr\u00e9quence\u2026 Il faut communiquer et aider les coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 comprendre pourquoi il est pertinent de se retrouver chaque jour et de poursuivre des objectifs communs. Voyons comment proc\u00e9der aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Cr\u00e9er du lien social en donnant de la valeur au temps pass\u00e9 ensemble<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Communiquer de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9currente et sinc\u00e8re, c\u2019est reconna\u00eetre et accorder une r\u00e9elle valeur ajout\u00e9e au lien social que repr\u00e9sente la vie en entreprise. Malgr\u00e9 l\u2019individualisation sans cesse croissante de la relation entre employ\u00e9 et employeur &#8211; cela passe par la personnalisation de toutes les modalit\u00e9s contractuelles ainsi que par le d\u00e9veloppement sur mesure des programmes de gestion des comp\u00e9tences et des attentes -, nous serions bien inspir\u00e9s de ne jamais sous-estimer la dimension purement sociale du boulot. Retrouver les membres de notre \u00e9quipe, cela nous construit. C\u2019est un des piliers majeurs de notre existence, qu\u2019il soit \u00e9panouissant ou douloureux en fonction des p\u00e9riodes que nous traversons.<br \/>\nLe partage d\u2019informations &#8211; qu\u2019elles soient strat\u00e9giques, op\u00e9rationnelles ou futiles -, est un des fondements de notre vie sociale. Il nous offre la possibilit\u00e9 de mieux nous conna\u00eetre et nous comprendre. En cela, la communication est avant tout un instant de coll\u00e9gialit\u00e9 dont nous ne pouvons vraiment pas nous passer. Et l\u2019acte en lui-m\u00eame s\u2019av\u00e8re aussi important que son propre objet. Bon \u00e0 savoir, non?<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Une discipline dangereuse<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il faut marquer les esprits! L&rsquo;enjeu de la communication, au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019\u00e9nergie imm\u00e9diate que l\u2019on veut obtenir, c\u2019est la m\u00e9moire. Pour cela, il faut stimuler des neurones qui vont imprimer le message dans les cerveaux \u00e0 long terme. La tentation est grande d\u2019opter alors pour des contenus et des traductions formelles \u2018puissantes\u2019 qui vont frapper les imaginations. C\u2019est l\u00e0 tout le danger. Il y a en effet p\u00e9ril en la demeure car toute prise de parole \u00e9quivaut aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 prendre le risque de la contradiction. A l\u2019\u00e8re de la fake news et de la contestation syst\u00e9matique de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, le buzz est \u00e0 nos portes \u00e0 chaque instant. Soyons clairs : s\u2019adonner \u00e0 la communication avec la volont\u00e9 de laisser une empreinte aupr\u00e8s de notre audience, cela \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 prendre un risque \u00e9norme. Nous ne sommes jamais \u00e0 l\u2019abri d\u2019une pol\u00e9mique. A notre question centrale (pour rappel donc : faut-il \u00eatre excessif pour \u00eatre entendu?), il nous faut r\u00e9pondre que l\u2019exc\u00e8s n\u2019est opportun que s\u2019il est ma\u00eetris\u00e9. Ils sont nombreux \u00e0 s\u2019\u00eatre br\u00fbl\u00e9s les doigts (voire davantage) en tentant l\u2019un ou l\u2019autre bon mot qui s\u2019est bien vite retourn\u00e9 contre celui ou celle qui s\u2019est lanc\u00e9 dans l\u2019aventure sans mesurer les risques&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le coeur et la raison<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plus que la provocation, nous pensons que pour marquer les esprits durablement, il s\u2019agit de ma\u00eetriser l\u2019art de la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition et surtout celui de la coh\u00e9rence dans l\u2019agir. Nous n\u2019avons toujours pas trouv\u00e9 de r\u00e8gle plus limpide et percutante que celle qui consiste \u00e0 faire ce que l\u2019on dit et \u00e0 dire ce que l\u2019on fait. Partant de ce principe de pur bon sens, faut-il \u00eatre excessif? Ce n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire, non\u2026 Mais il faut capter l\u2019attention. Et pour y arriver, nous pouvons multiplier et alterner les registres. Il s\u2019agit d&rsquo;\u00eatre capable de s\u2019adresser \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9motionnel et au rationnel. De susciter des \u00e9motions qui vont r\u00e9pondent aux attentes des coeurs et des esprits. S\u2019il suffisait de rythmer le quotidien de nos collaborateurs d\u2019annonces positives et de r\u00e9sultats exceptionnels, ce serait simple. Mais \u00ab\u00a0la vie n\u2019est pas une f\u00eate perp\u00e9tuelle\u00a0\u00bb disait Jean d\u2019Ormesson. A fortiori, le travail non plus. Lorsqu\u2019il faut poser des constats d\u2019\u00e9chec, faire face aux difficult\u00e9s, trouver les moyens de surmonter les d\u00e9saccords,\u2026 la communication est plus n\u00e9cessaire que jamais. C\u2019est cela qui rend son exercice \u00e0 la fois complexe et palpitant. Ce qui nous impose de pratiquer la nuance et l\u2019analyse des situations pass\u00e9e, pr\u00e9sente et future. Le d\u00e9fi est \u00e9norme.<\/p>\n<p>Certains pr\u00e9tendent que ce qui est excessif est insignifiant\u2026 Nous leur envions une forme de d\u00e9tachement qui, \u00e0 nos yeux, n\u2019est pas toujours adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la situation dans laquelle se trouvent nos coll\u00e8gues. Entrer en conversation avec ces derniers exige que nous puissions entendre voire absorber ce qui les traversent au moment o\u00f9 le dialogue va s\u2019installer. Notre m\u00e9thode pour y parvenir? Avant tout, toujours parier sur l\u2019intelligence de nos interlocuteurs et donc fuir la condescendance comme la peste. Et ensuite? Prendre le temps\u2026 Un luxe infini.
