Les jeunes n\u00e9s entre 1995 et 2010 sont sur le point d&rsquo;entrer sur un march\u00e9 du travail favorable, voire ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 leur carri\u00e8re professionnelle. Cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration a des besoins et des attentes tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents de ceux auxquels la plupart des employeurs sont habitu\u00e9s. D\u00e8s lors, en tant qu&#8217;employeur, comment rester attractif pour cette nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et comment une strat\u00e9gie de mobilit\u00e9 peut-elle y contribuer ?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Yorick Amerlynck, consultant en mobilit\u00e9 chez XXImo, partage trois \u00e9volutions cl\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de mobilit\u00e9 que les employeurs doivent prendre en compte pour attirer et fid\u00e9liser la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Durabilit\u00e9 &#8211; <\/em><\/strong>Jamais auparavant une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi engag\u00e9e en faveur de la durabilit\u00e9 que la Gen Z. Elle est extr\u00eamement consciente de son impact sur l&rsquo;environnement et est donc constamment \u00e0 la recherche de solutions durables. Au moment de choisir un employeur, cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration prend en compte non seulement la durabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entreprise elle-m\u00eame, mais aussi la mesure dans laquelle les conditions d&#8217;emploi encouragent la durabilit\u00e9 (conditions d&#8217;emploi vertes). La Gen Z estime qu&rsquo;il est important de conna\u00eetre exactement l&rsquo;impact de ses d\u00e9placements. La possibilit\u00e9 de choisir des options de mobilit\u00e9 durable, telles que les transports publics, le v\u00e9lo (partag\u00e9) ou la voiture partag\u00e9e, est donc privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00ab\u202fBleisure\u202f\u00bb &#8211; <\/em><\/strong>le concept de bleisure semble nouveau. Pourtant, le terme a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 2009. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un concept auquel la Gen Z adh\u00e8re : combiner les d\u00e9placements domicile-travail avec les loisirs personnels, par exemple en attachant un jour de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 un voyage d&rsquo;affaires pour avoir l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9galement explorer les environs. La Gen Z accorde plus d&rsquo;importance aux exp\u00e9riences qu&rsquo;aux biens. Pensez \u00e0 des horaires de travail flexibles, mais aussi \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler \u00e0 distance. De m\u00eame, l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les \u00ab\u202fworkation\u202f\u00bb (travailler sur le lieu de vacances) est de plus en plus marqu\u00e9. La jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration a besoin d&rsquo;un employeur qui offre de la flexibilit\u00e9 et des possibilit\u00e9s de mobilit\u00e9 correspondantes \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Autonomie &#8211; <\/em><\/strong>auparavant, les d\u00e9placements professionnels et les questions qui y sont li\u00e9es, telles que la r\u00e9servation d&rsquo;h\u00f4tels et de moyens de transport, \u00e9taient enti\u00e8rement pris en charge par l&#8217;employeur. La jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9f\u00e8re avoir la mainmise sur ces questions. Quand voyagent-ils et par quel moyen de transport ? Quel est le type d&rsquo;h\u00e9bergement, et peut-il \u00eatre assorti d&rsquo;un jour de co ng\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire ? La Gen Z pr\u00e9f\u00e8re d\u00e9cider elle-m\u00eame. Au final, ce que cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration attend de l&#8217;employeur, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il r\u00e9serve un budget \u00e0 cet effet et qu&rsquo;il facilite autant que possible les demandes de remboursement.<\/p>\n<p>Des conditions de travail plus vertes, des exp\u00e9riences et un bon \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e sont les souhaits de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui. Ainsi, les employeurs ont tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 tenir compte de ces attentes dans la mesure du possible. Il est donc essentiel d&rsquo;\u00e9laborer une politique de mobilit\u00e9 ax\u00e9e sur la flexibilit\u00e9, la durabilit\u00e9 et la libert\u00e9 des choix. Une plateforme de mobilit\u00e9 peut constituer une solution \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. Elle permet notamment de conna\u00eetre les \u00e9missions de CO2, ce qui facilite le choix d&rsquo;options de mobilit\u00e9 plus durables. Elle offre \u00e9galement une libert\u00e9 maximale, permettant aux employeurs de tenir compte des souhaits des employ\u00e9s dans les limites d&rsquo;un budget.
