Favorisant les \u00e9motions positives, la gamification \u00e9veille l\u2019attention, induit l\u2019adh\u00e9sion et augmente l\u2019apprentissage, et peut devenir un levier majeur en mati\u00e8re de performance et d\u2019engagement des \u00e9quipes.
