Selon une r\u00e9cente enqu\u00eate du sp\u00e9cialiste du recrutement Robert Walters, 38% des employ\u00e9s qui ont chang\u00e9 de travail apr\u00e8s le lockdown l&rsquo;ont fait pour un meilleur salaire.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Un salari\u00e9 sur cinq est parti pour une meilleure culture d&rsquo;entreprise ou pour obtenir plus de satisfaction dans son travail. Deux tiers ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le co\u00fbt de la vie et la fatigue caus\u00e9e par le travail hybride (24%) avaient chang\u00e9 leur opinion sur leur situation professionnelle actuelle.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zlem Simsek, Managing Director chez le sp\u00e9cialiste du recrutement Robert Walters, explique :<em> \u00ab\u00a0Dans la p\u00e9riode qui a suivi la pand\u00e9mie, un nombre record de travailleurs ont tourn\u00e9 le dos \u00e0 leur emploi dans ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9 comme \u00ab\u00a0la grande d\u00e9mission\u00a0\u00bb. Cependant, notre \u00e9tude indique les premiers signes du &lsquo;grand regret&rsquo; &#8211; avec 55% des professionnels qui voudraient retourner chez leur employeur pr\u00e9-Covid \u00e0 peine 18 mois apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9missionn\u00e9. <\/em><em>En 2021, des augmentations salariales record ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9es aux professionnels, assorties de promesses d&rsquo;horaires flexibles et d&rsquo;une culture du travail hybride. En 2023, ces augmentations de salaire sont bien maigres par rapport \u00e0 la hausse du co\u00fbt de la vie et \u00e0 l&rsquo;inflation. Les d\u00e9butants qui s&rsquo;\u00e9taient vu offrir des salaires \u00e9lev\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque \u00e9taient \u00e9galement beaucoup moins susceptibles de recevoir une augmentation de salaire en plus de l&rsquo;inflation au d\u00e9but de cette ann\u00e9e. Il semble que les travailleurs se rendent compte que ce n&rsquo;est pas toujours mieux ailleurs, apr\u00e8s tout.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un pied dans la porte<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es restent en contact avec leur ancien manager d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re ou d&rsquo;une autre. 17% d&rsquo;entre eux le font pour garder la porte ouverte \u00e0 de futurs postes vacants. 11% ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;avaient pas encore contact\u00e9 leur ancien employeur au sujet d&rsquo;un \u00e9ventuel retour, mais qu&rsquo;ils pr\u00e9voyaient de le faire cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les chefs d&rsquo;entreprise y sont favorables.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le retour des employ\u00e9s semble \u00e9galement \u00eatre un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne positif pour les employeurs. Ainsi, 79% des chefs d&rsquo;entreprise interrog\u00e9s se d\u00e9clarent ouverts au retour d&rsquo;un employ\u00e9 de valeur. 15% restent prudents, tandis que 6 % n&rsquo;y sont pas favorables.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zlem ajoute : <em>\u00ab\u00a0La tension du march\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi joue \u00e9videmment un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. De nombreux postes vacants sont difficiles \u00e0 remplir, c&rsquo;est pourquoi il est certainement judicieux de r\u00e9int\u00e9grer d&rsquo;anciens employ\u00e9s qui ont quitt\u00e9 l&rsquo;entreprise en bons termes \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque. En effet, ils connaissent le mode de travail et la culture de l&rsquo;entreprise et ont besoin de moins de temps de formation et de familiarisation, ce qui ne fait qu&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer et faciliter le processus d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration. En outre, ils sont \u00e9galement plus susceptibles de s&rsquo;impliquer et de s&rsquo;engager plus \u00e9troitement dans l&rsquo;organisation, simplement parce qu&rsquo;ils sont revenus de leur plein gr\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Aucune organisation n&rsquo;aime voir partir ses bons employ\u00e9s. C&rsquo;est pourquoi il est important pour les entreprises de cr\u00e9er une exp\u00e9rience positive d&rsquo;offboarding, en informant les employ\u00e9s qui partent que la porte est ouverte pour un \u00e9ventuel retour, soit dans le m\u00eame poste, soit dans un nouveau r\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<p>Pour tirer le meilleur parti des employ\u00e9s boomerang, les organisations doivent \u00e9tablir des directives et des proc\u00e9dures claires en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9embauche d&rsquo;anciens employ\u00e9s. <em>\u00ab\u00a0De telles mesures sont absolument indispensables, en particulier lorsque le salari\u00e9 revient \u00e0 un poste plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que celui qu&rsquo;il occupait lorsqu&rsquo;il a quitt\u00e9 l&rsquo;entreprise. En tant que manager, vous devez donc veiller \u00e0 ce que chaque employ\u00e9 ait des opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re appropri\u00e9es au sein de l&rsquo;organisation. Dans le cas contraire, vous risquez d&rsquo;envoyer le message que la voie vers une promotion ou une meilleure r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration est celle du boomerang.
