L\u2019Institut est \u00e9galement de plus en plus souvent contact\u00e9 pour des faits de harc\u00e8lement sexuel &#8211; en particulier sur le lieu du travail &#8211; ou de divulgation non consentie d\u2019images \u00e0 caract\u00e8re sexuel (revenge porn). <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Comme chaque ann\u00e9e, c\u2019est le monde du travail qui comptabilise le plus grand nombre de signalements pour discrimination li\u00e9e au genre (32%) suivi par l\u2019espace public (16%), les biens et services (12%) et les relations priv\u00e9es (11%).<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de 40% des signalements de discrimination dans le monde du travail sont li\u00e9s au fait d\u2019\u00eatre parents. Si la grossesse et la maternit\u00e9 concentrent les trois quarts de ces signalements, d\u2019autres crit\u00e8res, tels que l\u2019allaitement, la paternit\u00e9, la co-parentalit\u00e9, l\u2019adoption et la procr\u00e9ation m\u00e9dicalement assist\u00e9e rel\u00e8vent \u00e9galement de ce crit\u00e8re de discrimination depuis l\u2019extension de la \u201cLoi Genre\u201d en 2020. Michel Pasteel d\u00e9veloppe\u202f: <em>\u201c17% de ces signalements proviennent d\u2019hommes. C\u2019est un signe que les mentalit\u00e9s \u00e9voluent. Aujourd\u2019hui de nombreux hommes souhaitent s\u2019impliquer davantage dans la vie familiale. Si nous voulons faire \u00e9voluer les r\u00f4les traditionnels des femmes et des hommes et renforcer l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9, nous devons les prot\u00e9ger contre toutes formes de discriminations\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le comportement discriminatoire le plus fr\u00e9quemment signal\u00e9 est la discrimination directe (44 %). Mais il arrive que l\u2019Institut soit contact\u00e9 pour des comportements discriminatoires prenant la forme de harc\u00e8lement moral li\u00e9 au genre ou de harc\u00e8lement sexuel.\u202fLe nombre de signalements pour harc\u00e8lement sexuel qui avait fortement augment\u00e9 en 2021 (+37%) en particulier sur le lieu de travail se maintient \u00e0 un niveau similaire. Une meilleure connaissance du r\u00f4le de l\u2019Institut aupr\u00e8s des victimes explique en partie ce taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 de signalements.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, l\u2019Institut enregistre une nouvelle augmentation du nombre de signalements pour discriminations en ligne et en particulier pour des faits de divulgation non consensuelle d\u2019images \u00e0 caract\u00e8re sexuels (revenge porn) pour lesquels il est comp\u00e9tent depuis 2020. Le nombre de signalements a augment\u00e9 de 29% entre 2020 et 2022. Pour Michel Pasteel \u00ab\u202fCette \u00e9volution n\u2019est pas \u00e9tonnante dans la mesure o\u00f9 la probl\u00e9matique du revenge porn est malheureusement beaucoup plus r\u00e9pandue qu\u2019on ne pourrait le penser. Une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude de l\u2019Institut a montr\u00e9 que 15% des femmes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 subi des pressions les poussant \u00e0 prendre ou \u00e0 faire prendre une photo d&rsquo;elles-m\u00eames nues (3% des hommes)\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les 1046 signalements enregistr\u00e9s par l\u2019Institut en 2022\u202f:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les plaintes sont les plus repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es avec 52 % (+ 11 % par rapport \u00e0 2021)<\/li>\n<li>suivies par les demandes d&rsquo;information juridique (33 %)<\/li>\n<li>les communications (15 %).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019Institut pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes a f\u00eat\u00e9 ses 20 ans en 2022. En 20 ans la th\u00e9matique de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de genre s\u2019est impos\u00e9e dans le d\u00e9bat public. Plus de missions, des comp\u00e9tences \u00e9largies et une \u00e9quipe qui s\u2019est \u00e9toff\u00e9e\u202f: l\u2019Institut a bien grandit et chaque ann\u00e9e le nombre de signalements et de plaintes augmente. Cette croissance est un d\u00e9fi tant au niveau humain que d\u2019organisation ou encore d\u2019uniformisation des proc\u00e9dures.
