Les chercheurs ont \u00e9galement constat\u00e9 que les \u00e9quipes qui avaient initialement une vision n\u00e9gative de l&rsquo;IA \u00e9taient plus enclines \u00e0 collaborer avec l&rsquo;IA lorsqu&rsquo;elles \u00e9taient forc\u00e9es de l&rsquo;utiliser.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De plus, ils ont constat\u00e9 que lorsque l&rsquo;adoption de l&rsquo;IA \u00e9tait volontaire et non forc\u00e9e, les \u00e9quipes ayant une perception positive de l&rsquo;IA \u00e9taient plus enclines \u00e0 l&rsquo;utiliser, tandis que les \u00e9quipes ayant une perception n\u00e9gative \u00e9taient encore moins susceptibles d&rsquo;adopter la technologie de l&rsquo;IA.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude, publi\u00e9e dans la revue acad\u00e9mique Group &amp; Organization Management, souligne l&rsquo;importance de la confiance dans l&rsquo;IA et la mani\u00e8re dont les employeurs devraient introduire cette technologie dans leur entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;I\u00c9SEG School of Management, la plus grande \u00e9cole de commerce internationale d&rsquo;Europe, a publi\u00e9 une \u00e9tude sur les facteurs qui influencent l&rsquo;adoption de l&rsquo;IA au sein des \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p>Evangeline Yang, professeur \u00e0 l&rsquo;I\u00c9SEG School of Management, en collaboration avec des chercheurs de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Buffalo, de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Rutgers et de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Simon Fraser, a examin\u00e9 les attitudes des \u00e9quipes \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de l&rsquo;IA et sa mise en \u0153uvre au sein des organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Intitul\u00e9e <em>\u00ab\u00a0Why Teams Adopt AI or Not : Insights into the Use of AI in Teams\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> l&rsquo;\u00e9tude permet de comprendre comment les \u00e9quipes adoptent l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle dans leurs activit\u00e9s et comment elle est introduite dans les op\u00e9rations des \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p>Les chercheurs ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la mani\u00e8re dont les individus et les \u00e9quipes interagissent avec l&rsquo;IA en proc\u00e9dant \u00e0 un examen approfondi des revues de premier plan, en explorant les attitudes \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de l&rsquo;IA et d&rsquo;autres nouvelles technologies, ainsi que leurs strat\u00e9gies de mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>La professeure Yang estime que ses recherches soulignent l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer les attitudes des employ\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de l&rsquo;IA avant de prendre des d\u00e9cisions sur la mani\u00e8re de l&rsquo;adopter au sein d&rsquo;une organisation et sur la question de savoir si l&rsquo;adoption de la technologie devrait \u00eatre impos\u00e9e aux \u00e9quipes ou bien se faire sur une base volontaire.
