L\u2019Office National de l\u2019Emploi (ONEM) est, avec plus de 4.000 membres du personnel, le plus grand employeur public de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale Belge.Il vient de d\u00e9crocher le label \u00a0\u00bbInvestors in People\u00a0\u00bb au terme d’un trajet RH de 3 ans.<\/h1>\n

Durant cette p\u00e9riode, l\u2019ONEM a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une importante modernisation de sa politique du personnel visant \u00e0 une plus grande implication de ses collaborateurs. Comme points forts, les assesseurs d\u2019Investors in People Belgique ont entre autres not\u00e9: les possibilit\u00e9s de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, l’attention importante accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la formation du personnel, le suivi des r\u00e9sultats de mani\u00e8re structur\u00e9e, le bon ancrage de la vision \u00e0 tous les niveaux et le respect que le personnel d\u2019encadrement manifeste envers ses collaborateurs.<\/p>\n

L\u2019Administrateur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Georges Carlens, a d\u2019ailleurs d\u00e9clar\u00e9: \u201cJe suis tr\u00e8s satisfait de cette nouvelle reconnaissance pour l\u2019ONEM. Nous avons fait beaucoup d’efforts ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es pour \u00eatre un employeur moderne et nous allons continuer \u00e0 le faire dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es lorsque la \u2018guerre des talents\u2019 sera encore plus importante. Dans une p\u00e9riode durant laquelle l\u2019ONEM ainsi que l\u2019ensemble de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale devront faire face \u00e0 une r\u00e9glementation de plus en plus complexe et faire des \u00e9conomies significatives, il est important de pouvoir offrir de bonnes conditions de travail et d\u2019attirer les bonnes personnes.
