Faire revenir un salari\u00e9, ce n\u2019est pas le plus difficile, il faut surtout savoir le retenir et le fid\u00e9liser. Et \u00e7a se pr\u00e9pare bien avant son retour. Voire d\u00e8s son d\u00e9part ! Voici toutes les astuces et les id\u00e9es pour r\u00e9ussir ce come-back.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Soigner le d\u00e9part : r\u00e9ussir l\u2019offboarding<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si un employeur veut que son salari\u00e9 revienne, et devienne ainsi un employ\u00e9 boomerang, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment doit \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement travaill\u00e9 : son d\u00e9part. On met souvent l\u2019accent sur le fameux onboarding (l\u2019int\u00e9gration du nouveau salari\u00e9): le mettre dans l\u2019ambiance, lui pr\u00e9senter les lieux, les coll\u00e8gues, les r\u00e8gles du jeu pour qu\u2019il puisse rapidement se sentir \u00e0 l\u2019aise, etc. Certes, c\u2019est important mais lorsque l\u2019on parle de salari\u00e9 boomerang, il faut envisager une autre \u00e9tape bien plus strat\u00e9gique : celle de l\u2019offboarding.<\/p>\n<p>Trop souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9e, c\u2019est pourtant une \u00e9tape essentielle. En effet, avant m\u00eame de penser \u00e0 un retour possible, il faut d\u2019abord r\u00e9ussir sa sortie car c\u2019est l\u00e0 que tout commence. Il est clair que si l\u2019employeur et le salari\u00e9 se quittent en froid, il y a peu de chance que l\u2019employ\u00e9 revienne un jour. Alors qu\u2019un accompagnement r\u00e9ussi laissera forc\u00e9ment un ressenti positif qui p\u00e8sera dans une d\u00e9cision de retour.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019un salari\u00e9 s\u2019en va, il faut \u00eatre bienveillant et savoir prendre du recul : il en va de l\u2019image et de la r\u00e9putation de l\u2019employeur.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8211; Premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape : l\u2019exit interview<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un entretien\/bilan pour son d\u00e9part fait avec bienveillance et compassion : aucune ranc\u0153ur, mais plut\u00f4t de l\u2019\u00e9coute, de la compr\u00e9hension et des questions fort utiles. Quelles sont les raisons du d\u00e9part ? Qu\u2019est-ce qui aurait pu le faire rester ? Qu\u2019attendait-il de plus de l\u2019entreprise ? Toutes ces questions utiles afin de pouvoir lui proposer un poste adapt\u00e9 dans le futur. Il faut bien entendu laisser la porte ouverte au retour possible en le formalisant clairement.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8211; Deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape : soigner l\u2019absence et r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 garder le contact<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un offboarding positif, il reste \u00e0 maintenir le contact avec votre ancien employ\u00e9 : r\u00e9seaux sociaux, communaut\u00e9s, \u00e9v\u00e9nements\u2026 Il y a diff\u00e9rentes possibilit\u00e9s pour le faire. Il ne faut pas non plus h\u00e9siter \u00e0 communiquer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des offres de postes adapt\u00e9es aux anciens employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Soigner le retour : r\u00e9ussir l\u2019onboarding<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;herbe n&rsquo;est pas toujours plus verte ailleurs ! Apr\u00e8s avoir parcouru son chemin \u00e0 travers d\u2019autres exp\u00e9riences, un employ\u00e9 peut revenir dans son ancienne entreprise. Comment l\u2019accueillir ? Peut-on vraiment faire un onboarding avec un salari\u00e9 boomerang? Il faut plut\u00f4t envisager un r\u00e9-onbaording adapt\u00e9. Tout l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de cette embauche tient dans le fait que l\u2019ancien employ\u00e9 conna\u00eet bien la maison. Toutes les questions qui f\u00e2chent doivent \u00eatre abord\u00e9es en toute transparence : ses attentes, ses besoins, ses ambitions et ses motivations (promotion, flexibilit\u00e9, autonomie, avantages\u2026).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Derniers conseils pour garder un salari\u00e9 boomerang :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faire des entretiens r\u00e9guliers: un entretien r\u00e9gulier permet de v\u00e9rifier le moral des troupes ne sera jamais de trop.<\/p>\n<p>Proposer des formations: lors des entretiens, ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 proposer des formations qui pourraient ouvrir la porte d\u2019une \u00e9volution en interne.
