UCM \u00e9tait autour de la table des n\u00e9gociations et valide l\u2019accord, le texte lui semblant \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et respectueux de la libert\u00e9 d\u2019entreprendre en Belgique.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019importance de la commission paritaire 200, notamment au travers du nombre d\u2019entreprises qu\u2019elle touche, a un impact sur beaucoup d\u2019autres et reste un mod\u00e8le. Les revendications patronales, autour de la prime \u00abpouvoir d\u2019achat \u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 entendues. Cette prime est d\u00e9sormais entour\u00e9e de conditions strictes et sera octroy\u00e9e dans une limite de montant.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accord pr\u00e9voit entre autres une prime de pouvoir d\u2019achat unique variant de 125 EUR \u00e0 375 EUR dans les entreprises qui ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices respectivement \u00e9lev\u00e9s ou exceptionnellement \u00e9lev\u00e9s en 2022, une trajectoire de croissance concr\u00e8te (\u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2028) vers cinq jours de formation individuels par an pour un employ\u00e9 \u00e0 temps plein dans les entreprises de vingt travailleurs ou plus et la prolongation de divers r\u00e9gimes de fin de carri\u00e8re (RCC, cr\u00e9dit-temps et emplois de fin de carri\u00e8re) conform\u00e9ment au cadre fix\u00e9 \u00e0 cet effet par le Conseil national du travail (CNT).\u00a0 Les obligations de formation dans les PME de moins de 10 personnes et moins de 20 personnes ne sont pas alourdies.<\/p>\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, la FEB esp\u00e8re que cet accord durement acquis mais globalement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 garantira la paix sociale entre les quelque 58.000 entreprises et leurs plus de 510.000 employ\u00e9s qui ressortissent \u00e0 cette commission paritaire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Sources : FEB &#8211; UCM<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les partenaires sociaux (FEB, UNIZO, UCM d\u2019une part et CSC Puls, SETCa-BBTK, CGSLB d\u2019autre part) au sein de la commission paritaire auxiliaire pour employ\u00e9s (CPAE ou CP 200) viennent d\u2019aboutir \u00e0 un consensus sur un accord sectoriel pour la p\u00e9riode [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[65,10],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.0 -
