Pourtant, investir dans les avantages sociaux reste une priorit\u00e9 essentielle alors que les entreprises s&rsquo;efforcent d&rsquo;attirer et de retenir les talents. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Par rapport \u00e0 il y a deux ans, les pr\u00e9occupations concernant l&rsquo;augmentation des co\u00fbts ont augment\u00e9. Il s&rsquo;agit d\u00e9sormais du deuxi\u00e8me facteur le plus important influen\u00e7ant la strat\u00e9gie en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;avantages sociaux, alors qu&rsquo;il ne figurait pas parmi les quatre premiers en 2021.<\/p>\n<p>La concurrence pour les talents est le deuxi\u00e8me probl\u00e8me le plus important pour les employeurs en 2023, 76% des entreprises le citant comme un facteur influen\u00e7ant leur strat\u00e9gie en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;avantages sociaux. Seule la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises (49%) estiment que leur programme d&rsquo;avantages sociaux actuel est efficace ou tr\u00e8s efficace pour attirer et retenir les talents cl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, un tiers des entreprises (35%) s&rsquo;attachent \u00e0 garantir que les conditions d&#8217;emploi r\u00e9pondent aux besoins de tous les salari\u00e9s, tandis que pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (47%) se concentrent sur le co\u00fbt des r\u00e9gimes.<\/p>\n<p>Trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre ces questions contradictoires peut s&rsquo;av\u00e9rer difficile. Les employeurs s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 ce que le co\u00fbt soit un d\u00e9fi majeur pour leurs budgets d&rsquo;avantages sociaux au cours des deux prochaines ann\u00e9es. 60 % d&rsquo;entre eux s&rsquo;inqui\u00e8tent de la poursuite de l&rsquo;inflation, tandis que 49 % s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 un impact de l&rsquo;affaiblissement de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et des conditions actuelles du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts, plus de la moiti\u00e9 des employeurs (56%) ont pris des mesures pour am\u00e9liorer les conditions contractuelles des fournisseurs, tandis que 71% pr\u00e9voient de le faire. Un quart des entreprises (26%) ont pris des mesures pour regrouper diff\u00e9rents services en une seule offre aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un seul fournisseur, tandis que 33% pr\u00e9voient de le faire. 15% des entreprises belges ont obtenu un financement suppl\u00e9mentaire pour les programmes d&rsquo;avantages sociaux, tandis qu&rsquo;un tiers d&rsquo;entre elles (35%) pr\u00e9voient de le faire.<\/p>\n<p>Pour certains employeurs, la r\u00e9duction des avantages est la seule option possible pour faire face \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation des co\u00fbts. 9 % des employeurs ont choisi de r\u00e9duire la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 de leurs programmes d&rsquo;avantages sociaux en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p>Raymond Wammes, consultant principal chez WTW, d\u00e9clare : <em>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;\u00e9tat actuel de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et du march\u00e9 du travail place les employeurs dans une position pr\u00e9caire lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de d\u00e9terminer comment gagner la comp\u00e9tition pour les talents et faire face \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation du co\u00fbt des services alors que les budgets restent serr\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un \u00e9quilibre d\u00e9licat entre la rationalisation des avantages sociaux pour les rendre plus rentables, tout en maintenant l&rsquo;accent sur des avantages personnalis\u00e9s adapt\u00e9s aux besoins individuels de la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre. Cela n\u00e9cessite une optimisation de l&rsquo;ensemble des avantages sociaux\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le d\u00e9fi est d&rsquo;autant plus grand que les salari\u00e9s exigent des avantages sociaux de plus en plus complets qui couvrent des domaines cl\u00e9s tels que le bien-\u00eatre, le style de vie et la protection financi\u00e8re, tout en \u00e9tant respectueux de l&rsquo;environnement et socialement conscients.
