Robert Half fait le bilan des six derniers mois sur le march\u00e9 du travail belge et remarque un certain nombre de tendances. Le sp\u00e9cialiste du recrutement d\u00e9cline ces observations en cinq tendances qui d\u00e9finiront le paysage des ressources humaines au cours du second semestre.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1. Le march\u00e9 du travail continue de prosp\u00e9rer<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 du travail se porte bien : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les entreprises continuent de rechercher de nouveaux talents, ce qui est rassurant en p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;incertitude \u00e9conomique\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Iris Houtaar, Associate Director chez Robert Half.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2. Les candidats sont aux commandes<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cependant, les entreprises ne voient pas toujours leurs postes ouverts facilement pourvus. Cela s&rsquo;explique par la position de force des candidats. Les offres d&#8217;emploi sont nombreuses, mais les candidats ont des attentes de plus en plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es que les entreprises ne peuvent pas toujours satisfaire. De ce fait, les postes vacants restent ouverts plus longtemps.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3. Les employeurs ont tendance \u00e0 douter de l\u2019intention des candidats<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Iris Houtaar : <em>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;abondance d&rsquo;offres d&#8217;emploi cr\u00e9e de l&rsquo;angoisse chez certains candidats. Le seuil \u00e0 franchir pour effectuer un nouveau pas vers un nouveau d\u00e9fi devient de plus en plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Il arrive m\u00eame que le candidat interrompe la communication avec un nouvel employeur, malgr\u00e9 un accord verbal, et d\u00e9cide de rester travailler chez son ancien employeur.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>4. Ne pas sous-estimer les jobs int\u00e9rimaires<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;incertitude \u00e9conomique, l&rsquo;offre d&#8217;emplois permanents reste relativement stable (-3%). Les offres d&#8217;emplois temporaires, en revanche, se portent moins bien et sont en l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse (-12%). N\u00e9anmoins, l&rsquo;importance des emplois temporaires ne doit pas \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9e : ils permettent aux entreprises de respirer pendant les p\u00e9riodes de pic et peuvent constituer une solution lorsque des postes permanents restent vacants pendant une longue p\u00e9riode. De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, les employ\u00e9s qui commencent \u00e0 travailler par le biais d&#8217;emplois int\u00e9rimaires acqui\u00e8rent beaucoup d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience dans diff\u00e9rents secteurs et emplois. Tout le monde y gagne !<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>5. L\u2019Employer Branding demeure important<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises doivent toujours faire face \u00e0 l&rsquo;indexation. Ce faisant, elles doivent ma\u00eetriser les co\u00fbts salariaux tout en restant comp\u00e9titives sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Et cela n&rsquo;est pas toujours \u00e9vident sur un march\u00e9 o\u00f9 des salaires mirobolants sont vers\u00e9s pour attirer les talents. Les entreprises b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient donc \u00e0 avoir un Employer Branding fort.
