Concr\u00e8tement, le trajet d\u2019accueil comprend quatre phases :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une proc\u00e9dure de s\u00e9lection all\u00e9g\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>un stage flexible pendant six mois, \u00e9ventuellement prolong\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>un stage statutaire classique de six mois, \u00e9ventuellement prolong\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>une nomination en qualit\u00e9 d\u2019agent de l\u2019\u00c9tat en cas d\u2019\u00e9valuation positive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>S\u2019il ne satisfait pas \u00e0 la norme des 3 %, un service f\u00e9d\u00e9ral peut recruter des personnes handicap\u00e9es dans le cadre de ce trajet. Le membre du personnel dispose d&rsquo;un r\u00e9gime de cong\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifique avec la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler \u00e0 temps partiel. Il se voit attribuer un accompagnateur qui le guide et le soutient. Il est r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la classe ou au grade de sa fonction. Pendant les six premiers mois, \u00e9ventuellement prolong\u00e9s, le service recruteur peut mettre fin au trajet de mani\u00e8re souple. Le trajet d\u2019accueil ne constitue pas un parcours obligatoire que les personnes en situation de handicap doivent suivre pour \u00eatre nomm\u00e9es agents de l\u2019\u00c9tat. La possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019effectuer un stage statutaire classique est maintenue parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 cette option suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<p>Le trajet d\u2019accueil vise principalement \u00e0 favoriser l\u2019emploi de personnes en situation de handicap au sein de la fonction publique administrative f\u00e9d\u00e9rale en pr\u00e9voyant une p\u00e9riode d\u2019adaptation mutuelle entre l\u2019employeur et le travailleur.
