Les r\u00e9sultats du premier volet de la \u2018Summer HR Trends Survey de ManpowerGroup\u2019 montre que cette cohabitation entre les humains et les robots se passe plut\u00f4t bien en Belgique et que les employeurs semblent avoir pris la route de l\u2019innovation.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Cette nouvelle enqu\u00eate de ManpowerGroup confirme les r\u00e9sultats de notre \u00e9tude \u2018The New Human Age\u2019 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e en janvier dernier lors du Forum \u00e9conomique de Davos, \u00e0 savoir que c\u2019est la combinaison des technologies et de l\u2019humain qui est source de progr\u00e8s\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> explique S\u00e9bastien Delfosse, Managing Director de ManpowerGroup BeLux. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Aujourd\u2019hui, le nombre de t\u00e2ches r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par l\u2019intelligence artificielle a beau ne cesser de cro\u00eetre dans tous les domaines, la dimension humaine n\u2019en demeure pas moins essentielle dans la gestion de nos entreprises, et c\u2019est sans doute encore plus vrai dans le domaine des RH. Les employeurs interrog\u00e9s en Belgique ont bien per\u00e7u les avantages qu\u2019ils pouvaient retirer d\u2019un usage renforc\u00e9 des technologies et seulement 15% d\u2019entre eux pensent que l\u2019intelligence articiellle aura un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la taille de leurs effectifs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L\u2019intelligence artificielle et Chat GPT au c\u0153ur des processus de recrutement<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate montre d\u2019un nombre croissant d\u2019entreprises utilise l\u2019IA \u00e0 des fins de recrutement ou pr\u00e9voient de le faire dans un futur proche : 10% des 510 employeurs sond\u00e9s en Belgique d\u00e9clarent tirer pleinement parti de ces technologies depuis longtemps dans leurs processus de recrutement (\u2018Early Adopter\u2019), 21% en ont impl\u00e9ment\u00e9 certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments r\u00e9cemment (\u2018Current Adopter\u2019), 18% ont pr\u00e9vu d\u2019adopter cette technologie dans les 12 prochains mois et 14% dans les 3 prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019inverse, 18% des entreprises belges n\u2019ont pas encore consid\u00e9r\u00e9 l\u2019usage de l\u2019intelligence artificielle pour les aider dans leus proc\u00e9dures de recrutement, seulement 7% rejettent ce type d\u2019outil et ne souhaitent pas l\u2019int\u00e9grer dans les 3 ans. 12% ne se positionnent pas.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, parmi les entreprises belges interrog\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>28% ont recours \u00e0 des IA conversationnelles comme ChatGPT;<\/li>\n<li>29% utilisent le Machine Learning (ML) \u2013 apprentissage automatique\/statistique permettant de pr\u00e9dire des r\u00e9sultats de plus en plus pr\u00e9cis \u00e0 partir de donn\u00e9es;<\/li>\n<li>26% font appel \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle\/metaverse (VR).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A c\u00f4t\u00e9 des algorithmes qui permettent d\u2019optimiser l\u2019analyse des CV ou de r\u00e9aliser des pr\u00e9s\u00e9lections de candidats, Chat GPT peut prendre en charge de nombreuses t\u00e2ches comme la r\u00e9daction d\u2019annonces de recrutement ou l\u2019assistance au candidats en r\u00e9pondant automatiquement \u00e0 leurs questions sur les postes \u00e0 pourvoir, mais la technologie peut aussi intervenir lors des phases d\u2019interview ou d\u2019\u00e9valuation des comp\u00e9tences. \u00ab\u00a0<em>L\u2019intelligence artificielle est en train de transformer rapidement le m\u00e9tier des recruteurs qui peuvent se concentrer toujours plus sur les t\u00e2ches \u00e0 haute valeur ajout\u00e9e en \u00e9tablissant des contacts de qualit\u00e9 avec les candidats afin de prendre les bonnes d\u00e9cisions d\u2019embauche\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0ajoute S\u00e9bastien Delfosse.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Intelligence Artificielle transforme positivement les pratiques RH<br \/>\nD\u2019une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les employeurs belges pensent que durant les 2 prochaines ann\u00e9es, l\u2019IA va avoir un impact b\u00e9n\u00e9fique sur la gestion de leur personnel :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>58% estiment qu\u2019elle aura un impact positif sur la formation des employ\u00e9s;<\/li>\n<li>57% des entreprises pensent qu\u2019elle aura un impact positif sur l\u2019engagement des salari\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n<li>56% des entreprises consid\u00e8rent que l\u2019IA aura un impact positif sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des comp\u00e9tences (reskilling\/upskilling);<\/li>\n<li>52% des entreprises estiment que l\u2019IA aura un impact positif sur les process d\u2019onboarding et d\u2019int\u00e9gration des nouveaux employ\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Adoption \u00e0 travers tous les secteurs et tailles d\u2019entreprises<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate laissent appara\u00eetre peu de diff\u00e9rences au niveau de l\u2019adoption des outils de l\u2019intelligence artificielle, entre les secteurs et selon la taille des entreprise interrog\u00e9es, ce qui d\u00e9montre le potentiel d\u2019innovation pour l\u2019ensemble du tissu \u00e9conomique. \u00ab\u00a0<em>La r\u00e9volution technologique engendr\u00e9e par l\u2019intelligence artificielle se distingue de toutes les innovations technologiques que nous avons connues auparavant dans le secteur RH. En effet, d\u2019une part, le seuil d\u2019entr\u00e9e pour d\u00e9marrer sa mise en \u0153uvre est assez faible au niveau de l\u2019investissement financier, et d\u2019autre part, le taux d\u2019adoption est assez \u00e9lev\u00e9 au niveau de la population, en particulier des nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Sur cette base, les organisations ont donc tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 stimuler encore davantage l\u2019innovation\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0explique S\u00e9bastien Delfosse.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pas d\u2019effet n\u00e9gatif sur l\u2019emplo<\/em><\/strong>i<\/p>\n<p>Contrairement aux id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues, les employeurs belges ne pensent pas que l\u2019adoption de l\u2019intelligence artificielle se fera au d\u00e9triment de l\u2019emploi. En effet, seulement 15% des employeurs interrog\u00e9s en Belgique estiment que l\u2019IA et les technologies de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle auront un effet n\u00e9gatif sur la taille de leurs effectifs au cours des deux prochaines ann\u00e9es.
