









{"id":14748,"date":"2023-07-25T08:23:52","date_gmt":"2023-07-25T06:23:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/?p=14748"},"modified":"2023-07-25T08:23:52","modified_gmt":"2023-07-25T06:23:52","slug":"hausse-salariale-de-49-2024-selon-employeurs-belges-question-de-competitivite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/hausse-salariale-de-49-2024-selon-employeurs-belges-question-de-competitivite\/","title":{"rendered":"Une hausse salariale de 4,9% en 2024 selon les employeurs belges: une question de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les employeurs belges pr\u00e9voient d&rsquo;augmenter leurs budgets d&rsquo;augmentation salariale de 4,9 % en 2024, alors qu&rsquo;ils tentent d&rsquo;attirer et de retenir le personnel dans un contexte d&rsquo;inflation \u00e9lev\u00e9e et de march\u00e9 du travail difficile, selon une \u00e9tude de WTW (Willis Towers Watson)<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le dernier rapport de WTW sur la planification des budgets salariaux, qui a re\u00e7u 548 r\u00e9ponses en Belgique, a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que l&rsquo;augmentation de 4,9% pour 2024 est beaucoup plus faible que l&rsquo;augmentation moyenne r\u00e9elle de 11,3% des budgets salariaux accord\u00e9e en 2023. N\u00e9anmoins, pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un tiers (30%) des entreprises d\u00e9clarent que leur budget salarial est d\u00e9sormais sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles pensaient.<\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs augmentent les budgets salariaux pour deux raisons principales: 71% d\u00e9clarent que la pression inflationniste est la principale raison et 49% d\u00e9clarent qu&rsquo;ils r\u00e9agissent \u00e0 un march\u00e9 du travail plus serr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Bien que les augmentations salariales pr\u00e9vues pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine soient moins importantes, elles restent bien sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles observ\u00e9es au cours des dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Cela montre que les entreprises s&rsquo;efforcent de rester comp\u00e9titives dans un climat de travail dynamique\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Douglas Leenen, consultant, WTW Belgium. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les entreprises qui ont une strat\u00e9gie de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration claire et une bonne compr\u00e9hension des facteurs qui l&rsquo;influencent seront plus \u00e0 m\u00eame d&rsquo;attirer et de retenir les employ\u00e9s tout en suivant le rythme d&rsquo;un environnement \u00e9volutif dans lequel les certitudes d&rsquo;hier ne s&rsquo;appliquent plus.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les entreprises belges, un tiers (34%) ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les perspectives de leur entreprise \u00e9taient meilleures que ce qu&rsquo;elles avaient pr\u00e9vu, tandis que 55% ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elles \u00e9taient conformes \u00e0 leurs attentes. 17% pr\u00e9voient d&rsquo;augmenter leur effectif total au cours des 12 prochains mois. Six employeurs sur dix (59%) pr\u00e9voient de recruter des ing\u00e9nieurs au cours des 12 prochains mois, 53% embaucheront dans le domaine des technologies de l&rsquo;information et 49% voudront davantage de commerciaux. M. Leenen ajoute :<em> \u00ab\u00a0Il faut plus qu&rsquo;une simple r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration pour attirer et conserver les meilleurs talents, et les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es ont pouss\u00e9 les entreprises \u00e0 faire preuve de plus d&rsquo;ing\u00e9niosit\u00e9. La main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre \u00e9tant de plus en plus diversifi\u00e9e, exigeante et dynamique, il est essentiel de comprendre ses besoins et pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences sp\u00e9cifiques tout en offrant aux employ\u00e9s l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience et les carri\u00e8res souhait\u00e9es au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: le Salary Budget Planning Report est une \u00e9tude mondiale faisant autorit\u00e9 sur les budgets salariaux et le recrutement, compil\u00e9e par le d\u00e9partement Reward Data Intelligence de WTW.
