Parmi celles-ci figure la prolongation de la prime unique d&rsquo;innovation. Rappel succinct quant aux modalit\u00e9s d&rsquo;octroi de cet outil de motivation et de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration peu exploit\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;employeur peut accorder une prime au travailleur qui propose une innovation pr\u00e9sentant une r\u00e9elle plus-value pour l&rsquo;entreprise, dans le but de renforcer la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;innovation des entreprises. L&rsquo;automatisation des processus administratifs ou des processus de production est un exemple d\u2019innovation.<br \/>\nLa p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence part du 1er janvier 2023 et court jusqu&rsquo;au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2024.<\/p>\n<p>La prime, exempte de cotisations ONSS et de pr\u00e9compte professionnel, doit remplir les conditions suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la prime n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e en remplacement du salaire;<\/li>\n<li>la prime ne peut \u00eatre accord\u00e9e qu&rsquo;aux travailleurs de l&#8217;employeur qui accorde la prime ;<\/li>\n<li>la prime totale par ann\u00e9e civile ne peut d\u00e9passer 1 % du salaire total de tous les employ\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n<li>le nombre de travailleur b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant de la prime ne peut \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 :<br \/>\n10 % du nombre de travailleurs occup\u00e9s par l&#8217;employeur par ann\u00e9e civile (pour les entreprises de 30 personnes et plus) maximum 3 travailleurs (pour les entreprises occupant moins de 30 travailleurs) ;<\/li>\n<li>par innovation, pas plus de 10 travailleurs peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une prime;<\/li>\n<li>le montant de la prime vers\u00e9e par travailleur ne peut d\u00e9passer un mois de salaire par ann\u00e9e civile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La prime d&rsquo;innovation peut \u00eatre demand\u00e9e en 3 \u00e9tapes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transparence interne : l&#8217;employeur informe les travailleurs de son entreprise des crit\u00e8res et des proc\u00e9dures.<\/li>\n<li>Communication au SPF \u00c9conomie : l&#8217;employeur communique la proposition de projet d&rsquo;innovation au SPF \u00c9conomie \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de ce formulaire.<\/li>\n<li>Communication \u00e0 l&rsquo;ONSS : l&#8217;employeur communique les montants et les noms des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de la prime \u00e0 l&rsquo;ONSS dans le mois qui suit son attribution, via l&rsquo;adresse e-mail suivante : <a href=\"mailto: primesinnovation@onss.fgov.be\">primesinnovation@onss.fgov.be<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: Lydian<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le 19 juillet, juste avant les vacances parlementaires, la Chambre a approuv\u00e9 le projet de loi introduisant un certain nombre de mesures sur lesquelles les partenaires sociaux s&rsquo;\u00e9taient mis d&rsquo;accord au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.
