Il est alors fort probable qu\u2019une quantit\u00e9 cons\u00e9quente de travail vous attende \u00e0 votre retour au bureau. C&rsquo;est le cas pour plus d&rsquo;un employ\u00e9 sur trois (37%). Environ 15% des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont m\u00eame avou\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elles ont beaucoup trop de travail apr\u00e8s leurs cong\u00e9s. C&rsquo;est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le une enqu\u00eate de Protime, le sp\u00e9cialiste de la gestion du temps et du personnel, men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 1.000 employ\u00e9s belges francophones.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il en ressort aussi que 46% des salari\u00e9s \u00e9prouvent des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 se d\u00e9tendre au cours de leurs vacances tant ils pensent d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 la charge de travail qui les attend \u00e0 leur retour.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cC&rsquo;est inqui\u00e9tant\u201d<\/em> juge Sophie Henrion de Protime quant aux r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate, tout en relevant qu&rsquo;il est heureusement possible d&rsquo;agir. <em>\u201cPour plus de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es (54%), permettre \u00e0 leur manager de prendre conscience de leur surcharge de travail pourrait les aider \u00e0 r\u00e9agir. Et donc prendre, en temps voulu les mesures qui s&rsquo;imposent pour faire face \u00e0 cette charge de travail excessive. Ceci pourrait aider les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 rentrer de vacances sans stress.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En rentrant de vacances, vous avez l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;avoir recharg\u00e9 vos batteries. Mais d\u00e8s le premier jour au bureau, toute votre \u00e9nergie s&rsquo;\u00e9vapore tant votre bo\u00eete mails d\u00e9borde ou \u00e0 cause d\u2019une charge de travail qui s&rsquo;est accumul\u00e9e pendant votre absence. Ce sc\u00e9nario vous semble familier ? Plus d&rsquo;un salari\u00e9 sur trois (37%) estime avoir trop de travail au retour des cong\u00e9s. Pour 15% d&rsquo;entre eux, la quantit\u00e9 de travail \u00e0 accomplir est m\u00eame jug\u00e9e beaucoup trop importante tandis que 55% observent peu ou pas de diff\u00e9rence en comparaison du volume de travail observ\u00e9 avant leurs vacances. Parall\u00e8lement, 8% reconnaissent avoir moins de travail \u00e0 leur retour au bureau.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Plus de d\u00e9prime post-vacances<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plus de deux employ\u00e9s sur trois (68%) souffrent d\u2019un certain sentiment de f\u00e9brilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin de leurs vacances. L&rsquo;effet positif des cong\u00e9s fond alors comme neige au soleil en quelques jours \u00e0 peine en raison d&rsquo;une trop forte pression au travail. Il existe pourtant plusieurs astuces pour r\u00e9duire ce stress li\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin des vacances et permettre m\u00eame d&rsquo;en prolonger les sensations. En premi\u00e8re position : un bon transfert des t\u00e2ches en cours r\u00e9parties entre les coll\u00e8gues (24%).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Top 10: Que faisons-nous pour emp\u00eacher le stress post-vacances ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Je transf\u00e8re efficacement mes t\u00e2ches \u00e0 mes coll\u00e8gues (24%)<\/li>\n<li>J\u2019assure le suivi de mes emails pendant mes cong\u00e9s (17%)<\/li>\n<li>Je ne planifie pas de r\u00e9union dans les jours qui suivent mon retour de vacances (15%)<\/li>\n<li>J\u2019active mon \u2018Out of office\u2019 quelques jours avant le d\u00e9but effectif de mes vacances (13%)<\/li>\n<li>Je demande aux coll\u00e8gues et clients de ne pas m\u2019envoyer d\u2019e-mail pendant mes cong\u00e9s (11,4%)<\/li>\n<li>Durant mes cong\u00e9s, je limite mes contacts \u2018boulot\u2019 en ne prenant les appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques que d\u2019un seul coll\u00e8gue (11%)<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 mon retour, je laisse mon \u2018Out of office\u2019 quelques jours de plus (9,5%)<\/li>\n<li>Je conviens avec mes coll\u00e8gues d\u2019un moment o\u00f9 ils peuvent me joindre pendant mes vacances (9%)<\/li>\n<li>Je pr\u00e9vois des plages de travail pendant mes cong\u00e9s (7%)<\/li>\n<li>Je prolonge la dur\u00e9e de cong\u00e9 mentionn\u00e9e sur mon \u00ab\u00a0message automatique\u00a0\u00bb (5%)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;enregistrement du temps en ligne peuvent \u00e9galement nous aider \u00e0 passer du mode vacances au mode travail. <em>\u201cLes cong\u00e9s servent \u00e0 profiter de sa famille et \u00e0 se reposer, se ressourcer. 54% des employ\u00e9s estiment que cet objectif aurait davantage de chances d&rsquo;\u00eatre atteint si leur manager prenait conscience de la surcharge de travail de ses \u00e9quipes. \u00c0 l&rsquo;image d&rsquo;un cardiofr\u00e9quencem\u00e8tre qui nous alerte lorsque nous faisons un exercice physique un peu trop intensif, les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;enregistrement du temps en ligne peuvent d\u00e9clencher un signal d&rsquo;avertissement pour les managers. Comme le feraient de bons coachs sportifs, ils peuvent alors ajuster en temps voulu les plannings de leur personnel en cas de volume de travail trop important. Ils s&rsquo;assurent ainsi que leurs collaborateurs rentrent de vacances d\u00e9tendus et conservent les sensations positives de leurs cong\u00e9s le plus longtemps possible\u201d<\/em> d\u00e9clare Sophie Henrion, porte-parole de Protime.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>D\u00e9connectez pendant vos cong\u00e9s!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e0 noter qu&rsquo;un employ\u00e9 sur six (17%) v\u00e9rifierait ses emails professionnels pendant les vacances afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter une trop grande pression \u00e0 son retour. Chez les hommes, cette proportion atteint 21% contre 13% chez les femmes. De fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ce n&rsquo;est pourtant pas une bonne id\u00e9e selon Laurence Vanh\u00e9e, Chief Happiness Officer de Happyformance: <em>\u201cLes vacances sont bonnes pour notre sant\u00e9 mentale et il faut pour cela arriver \u00e0 d\u00e9connecter du travail. Ceux qui, durant cette p\u00e9riode, arr\u00eatent de cogiter ou de se tracasser pour des sujets professionnels, rentreront de cong\u00e9s plus d\u00e9tendus, plus facilement concentr\u00e9s et plus cr\u00e9atifs. Si vous ne pouvez vraiment pas vous en emp\u00eacher, t\u00e2chez de vous immerger dans vos courriels au maximum une heure par jour.
