On se d\u00e9tend et on sourit (un peu)\u2026 &#8211; Humeur parue dans Peoplesphere n\u00b0196 (juin 2015)<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p><strong>Etape num\u00e9ro 1 :<\/strong> on se renseigne (ce qui me permet de vous expliquer pourquoi je tente la comparaison\u2026 Le Ninja est d\u00e9crit tel \u00abun combattant japonais qui est form\u00e9 aux techniques de combat \u00e0 mains nues et arm\u00e9, expert dans l&rsquo;art de se camoufler pour r\u00e9colter des renseignements, et dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une grande culture g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019image est encore un peu trouble mais elle doit certainement vous rappeler quelque chose.<\/p>\n<p>Guerrier de l\u2019ombre, capable de se fondre dans n\u2019importe quel environnement, d\u2019une redoutable efficacit\u00e9\u2026 et si peu estim\u00e9 la plupart du temps.<\/p>\n<p>Ceci encore quant \u00e0 l\u2019art particulier d\u2019\u00eatre (de devenir) un Ninja: \u00ab<em>Les jeunes Ninjas \u00e9taient soumis \u00e0 un entra\u00eenement physique et psychologique \u00e9prouvant. Ils s\u2019exer\u00e7aient \u00e0 l\u2019endurance, devaient \u00eatre agiles et rapides. Ils devaient \u00e9galement apprendre \u00e0 supporter la douleur, le manque de sommeil, la faim et les temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames. L\u2019art de la simulation \u00e9tait une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 des Ninjas. Affubl\u00e9s des d\u00e9guisements les plus vari\u00e9s, ils devaient pouvoir s\u2019introduire chez n\u2019importe quel ennemi.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Rien ne remplace par ailleurs la pratique, celle-ci nous menant t\u00f4t ou tard \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise voire \u00e0 l\u2019excellence. En effet, \u00abce type d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, qui demandait beaucoup d&rsquo;assiduit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;efforts, donnait d&rsquo;excellentes dispositions athl\u00e9tiques dont le Ninja faisait largement usage au cours de ses missions, per\u00e7ues comme impossibles aux yeux du commun des mortels.\u00bb La similitude est parfaite. Le manager RH est un Ninja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Etape num\u00e9ro 2 :<\/strong> on argumente afin d\u2019essayer de comprendre pourquoi cette foutue relation entre les RH et la Finance ne s\u2019am\u00e9liore toujours pas. Simple question dialectique ? Je ne crois pas\u2026 Lisons ceci : \u00ab<em> Les ninjas sont en quelque sorte un \u00a0\u00bb compl\u00e9ment d\u00e9sint\u00e9ress\u00e9 \u00a0\u00bb des samoura\u00efs ; ils accomplissent les missions que ceux-ci ne peuvent accomplir pour une r\u00e9tribution souvent moindre, et sans pouvoir attendre la moindre reconnaissance de ceux-ci, ce qui t\u00e9moigne d&rsquo;une divergence de mentalit\u00e9 (et donc ensuite de m\u00e9thodes) source d&rsquo;adversit\u00e9 et de m\u00e9pris bien souvent r\u00e9ciproque. Les ninjas \u00e9taient craints par les samoura\u00efs qui redoutaient leurs m\u00e9thodes \u00a0\u00bb l\u00e2ches \u00a0\u00bb mais terriblement efficaces tout comme les samoura\u00efs \u00e9taient craints par les ninjas pour la cruaut\u00e9 des traitements qu&rsquo;ils infligeaient aux ninjas captur\u00e9s vivants. Une relation de haine, de peur, de m\u00e9pris et d&rsquo;adversit\u00e9 liait \u00e9troitement ces deux \u00ab\u00a0castes\u00a0\u00bb.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Edifiant, n\u2019est-il pas? Essayons de ne pas rester sur l\u2019image gla\u00e7ante d\u2019un groupe de directeurs financiers torturants un DRH captur\u00e9 au sortir d\u2019un comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif. Ce n\u2019est pas dr\u00f4le\u2026 Par contre, l\u2019antagonisme historique entre les deux fonctions est ici parfaitement expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Etape num\u00e9ro 3 :<\/strong> on conclut en essayant de d\u00e9nicher un motif d\u2019esp\u00e9rance.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<em>Les Ninjas ne reconnaissaient en tout cas bien souvent pour seul loi l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 quel qu&rsquo;en soit le prix; fuite, assassinat par surprise, usage de poison&#8230; tout leur \u00e9tait bon tant que le r\u00e9sultat \u00e9tait l\u00e0, et c&rsquo;est probablement ce qui leur attira le m\u00e9pris de la caste des Samoura\u00efs qui consid\u00e9raient leurs actions comme une insulte m\u00eame au bushido. Mais la diff\u00e9rence entre Ninja et Samoura\u00ef n&rsquo;est pas toujours si \u00e9vidente. En effet, si la classe des Ninjas comptait des anciens Samoura\u00efs, il existait \u00e9galement des Samoura\u00efs \u00e9tudiant les arts martiaux Ninjas, compil\u00e9 dans le ninjutsu.<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pas si diff\u00e9rents les uns des autres, donc\u2026 Et si la m\u00e9thode et la pratique semblent s\u00e9parer les deux \u2018castes\u2019, nous savons que le but \u00e0 atteindre est identique et repose au final sur l\u2019honneur. Il se pourrait donc, avant l\u2019extinction d\u00e9finitive*, que nous puissions nous retrouver au service d\u2019un seigneur tout-puissant qui dirigerait le royaume.
