Chez 37,8% d&rsquo;entre eux, c&rsquo;est souvent, voire constamment le cas. Le fait de revenir sur de pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes discussions (38,9%) et les engagements qui ne sont pas tenus (38,4%) constituent les principales sources de frustration lors des r\u00e9unions de travail. C&rsquo;est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le une enqu\u00eate de Protime, sp\u00e9cialiste de la gestion du temps et du personnel, men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 1.000 employ\u00e9s belges francophones. Chaque semaine, ce sont en moyenne 52 minutes de temps de travail qui sont perdues dans des r\u00e9unions inutiles.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLes r\u00e9unions peuvent et doivent \u00eatre plus efficaces. Heureusement, de nombreuses entreprises ont pris conscience du probl\u00e8me et pr\u00e8s de 7 sur 10 d&rsquo;entre elles (69,5%) ont mis en place des proc\u00e9dures visant \u00e0 justement assainir l&rsquo;esprit des r\u00e9unions. Par exemple, en \u00e9laborant des points d&rsquo;action concrets ou en se tenant \u00e0 des horaires stricts. Ces entreprises veillent ainsi \u00e0 ce que les r\u00e9unions ne soient pas per\u00e7ues par les participants comme des pertes de temps,\u201d<\/em> d\u00e9clare Sophie Henrion, porte-parole de Protime.<\/p>\n<p>Les meetings\u2026 Certains adorent, d&rsquo;autres d\u00e9testent. Pr\u00e8s de quatre employ\u00e9s sur dix (37,8%) se rangent dans le deuxi\u00e8me groupe et sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ou syst\u00e9matiquement exasp\u00e9r\u00e9s par les r\u00e9unions. Cause d&rsquo;agacement num\u00e9ro un: \u2018On revient toujours sur les m\u00eames sujets&rsquo; (38,9%). Elle est directement suivie par \u2018Les engagements pris ne sont pas tenus&rsquo; (38,4%) et &lsquo;Trop peu de d\u00e9cisions sont prises&rsquo; (35,5%).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le top 10 des frustrations les plus importantes en r\u00e9union :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Durant la r\u00e9union, on revient toujours sur les m\u00eames sujets (38,9%)<\/li>\n<li>Les engagements pris ne sont pas tenus (38,4%)<\/li>\n<li>Trop peu de d\u00e9cisions sont prises durant le meeting (35,5%)<\/li>\n<li>La r\u00e9union n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9e (23,5%)<\/li>\n<li>Les participants arrivent en retard (23%)<\/li>\n<li>Les participants \u2018font autre chose\u2019 pendant la r\u00e9union (20,9%)<\/li>\n<li>Je suis invit\u00e9 \u00e0 participer \u00e0 des r\u00e9unions qui ne cadrent pas avec ma fonction (20,5%)<\/li>\n<li>La r\u00e9union est \u00e0 sens unique. Je ne re\u00e7ois pas la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019y apporter ma contribution (17%)<\/li>\n<li>Personne ne dirige la r\u00e9union (11,2%)<\/li>\n<li>Durant les r\u00e9unions en distanciel, les participants \u2018font autre chose\u2019 (10,2%)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>4 employ\u00e9s sur 5 sont occup\u00e9s \u00e0 autre chose pendant les meetings en ligne<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plus d&rsquo;un cinqui\u00e8me des participants sont agac\u00e9s par celles et ceux qui consultent leur smartphone durant une r\u00e9union. Quand celle-ci se d\u00e9roule en ligne, cela irrite une personne sur dix. C&rsquo;est surtout durant ces r\u00e9unions en ligne qu&rsquo;il est facile d&rsquo;avoir d&rsquo;autres occupations. Plus de quatre employ\u00e9s sur cinq (83%) participant \u00e0 un meeting via Teams, Skype, Zoom ou Google Meet, lisent (51,8%) leurs courriels et y r\u00e9pondent (42,8%), mangent ou boivent (34,1%) ou se consacrent \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres t\u00e2ches (31,6%).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les autres activit\u00e9s les plus courantes durant un meeting en ligne avec cam\u00e9ra:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lire mes e-mails (51,8%)<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9pondre \u00e0 mes e-mails (42,8%)<\/li>\n<li>Manger\/boire (34,1%)<\/li>\n<li>Travailler sur d\u2019autres t\u00e2ches (31,6%)<\/li>\n<li>Consulter mes r\u00e9seaux sociaux (20,7%)<\/li>\n<li>Utiliser un chat\/applis (16,4%)<\/li>\n<li>Surfer sur le web (16,1%)<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e2che administrative personnelle, op\u00e9rations bancaires par exemple (14,5%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Que l&rsquo;on aime les meetings ou pas, presque personne n&rsquo;y \u00e9chappe. Nous avons donc int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 \u00e9liminer toutes frustrations en organisant nos r\u00e9unions pour qu&rsquo;elles soient le plus efficaces possible. Pr\u00e8s de sept personnes interrog\u00e9es sur dix (69,5%) indiquent que leur employeur prend des mesures concr\u00e8tes pour \u00e9tablir un esprit de r\u00e9unions sain. En s&rsquo;assurant par exemple que \u2018toutes les r\u00e9unions aient un objectif clair d\u00e9fini pr\u00e9alablement\u2019 (29,4%) ou que \u2018un planning strict soit respect\u00e9, pour que tous les points de l\u2019ordre du jour puissent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s\u2019 (21,8%). \u2018Sans ordre du jour, pas de r\u00e9union\u2019 (17,1%) constitue la troisi\u00e8me de ces mesures.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Que peut-on faire pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des r\u00e9unions?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Toutes les r\u00e9unions ont un objectif clair d\u00e9fini pr\u00e9alablement (29,4%)<\/li>\n<li>Un planning strict est respect\u00e9, pour que tous les points de l\u2019ordre du jour puissent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s (21,8%)<\/li>\n<li>Sans ordre du jour, pas de r\u00e9union (17,1%)<\/li>\n<li>Un responsable \/ pr\u00e9sident est d\u00e9sign\u00e9. C\u2019est lui qui va diriger la r\u00e9union (16,9%)<\/li>\n<li>La r\u00e9union d\u00e9bouche toujours sur des points d\u2019action concrets (15,7%)<\/li>\n<li>La pr\u00e9paration personnelle \u00e0 la r\u00e9union est obligatoire (13,9%)<\/li>\n<li>Les ordinateurs portables et smartphones sont interdits pendant la r\u00e9union (11,5%)<\/li>\n<li>La participation active est encourag\u00e9e, par exemple par des stand-ups ou des promenades (9,4%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source &amp; M\u00e9thodologie &#8211; L\u2019enqu\u00eate en ligne a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e entre le 29 mars et le 13 avril 2023 par l\u2019agence iVOX pour le compte de Protime. 1.000 employ\u00e9s belges francophones ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s. L\u2019enqu\u00eate est repr\u00e9sentative en termes de genre, d\u2019\u00e2ge et de dipl\u00f4me.
