Seul un employeur sur sept redoute de devoir licencier du personnel en raison de la r\u00e9volution de l\u2019IA. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019affirment la plupart des dirigeants d\u2019entreprise belges dans une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de services RH Acerta. M\u00eame si plusieurs outils ayant recours \u00e0 l\u2019IA, dont ChatGPT, sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien \u00e9tablis, 8 entrepreneurs sur 10 affirment que leurs besoins en personnel seront toujours aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Seuls 14% s\u2019attendent \u00e0 devoir proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des licenciements. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les entreprises ne doivent n\u00e9anmoins pas prendre \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re l\u2019incidence potentielle de l\u2019IA sur le milieu professionnel. La main-d\u2019\u0153uvre ne diminuera peut-\u00eatre pas, mais le contenu d\u2019un grand nombre d\u2019emplois sera modifi\u00e9 de fond en comble\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, selon Acerta.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des licenciements limit\u00e9s dus \u00e0 l\u2019IA<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si ChatGPT et les autres outils utilisant l\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA) s\u2019\u00e9tablissent de plus en plus dans les milieux professionnels, l\u2019automatisation et la robotisation accrues ne conduiront pas \u00e0 des licenciements massifs. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019affirment les dirigeants d\u2019entreprise belges dans une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Acerta aupr\u00e8s de 250 entreprises sur l\u2019impact de l\u2019IA au travail. Plus de huit employeurs sur dix (82%) estiment que m\u00eame avec une IA avanc\u00e9e, ils auront toujours besoin d\u2019autant de travailleurs. Seuls 14% d\u2019entre eux s\u2019attendent \u00e0 ce que l\u2019IA les pousse \u00e0 r\u00e9duire leurs effectifs. 4% s\u2019attendent m\u00eame \u00e0 avoir besoin d\u2019engager davantage de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>Benoit Caufrier, director chez Acerta Consult, indique : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le fait qu\u2019une grande majorit\u00e9 d\u2019employeurs ne consid\u00e8re pas l\u2019IA comme une menace pour leur personnel est une bonne nouvelle en soi. Il est toutefois important que les entreprises s\u2019int\u00e9ressent de pr\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019impact de l\u2019IA sur leur milieu professionnel. En effet, m\u00eame si l\u2019IA n\u2019a que peu ou pas d\u2019influence sur le nombre de travailleurs, elle affectera tout de m\u00eame leur r\u00f4le au sein de l\u2019organisation dans un avenir proche. Une chose est s\u00fbre : l\u2019intelligence artificielle va profond\u00e9ment modifier le contenu du travail dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La formation \u00e0 l\u2019IA<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le travailleur moyen est-il pr\u00eat \u00e0 ce que l\u2019IA modifie profond\u00e9ment son travail d\u2019ici peu\u2009? Selon les dirigeants d\u2019entreprise interrog\u00e9s, ce n\u2019est pas le cas pour le moment. La moiti\u00e9 (51 %) des employeurs indiquent que leur personnel a besoin d\u2019une pr\u00e9paration suppl\u00e9mentaire pour utiliser correctement les outils ayant recours \u00e0 l\u2019IA, dont Chat GPT. De nombreuses entreprises ne sont toutefois pas encore press\u00e9es de se pr\u00e9parer : 56 % des entreprises n\u2019ont pas encore entam\u00e9 la formation de leur personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Benoit Caufrier poursuit : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Ainsi, un employeur sur deux estime qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire de pr\u00e9parer davantage le personnel \u00e0 l\u2019IA. Cependant, les employeurs ne doivent surtout pas sous-estimer l\u2019influence de l\u2019IA, car son adoption ne sera couronn\u00e9e de succ\u00e8s que si elle s\u2019accompagne de la formation n\u00e9cessaire sur le lieu de travail.
