L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate intitul\u00e9e <em>\u201cPreparing to Power Up : EMEA Leads the Way to an AI-Driven Future\u201d<\/em>, r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les dirigeants sont conscients des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices que peuvent tirer leurs entreprises de technologies telles que l\u2019IA et le ML, en d\u00e9pit des divergences d\u2019opinions au sein de leurs conseils d\u2019administration. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Une meilleure r\u00e9glementation stimule l\u2019optimisme et la volont\u00e9 d\u2019investir<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>56 % des dirigeants du Belux se r\u00e9jouissent des opportunit\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par l\u2019IA et le ML pour leur entreprise, contre 50 % des r\u00e9pondants am\u00e9ricains et 46 % des sond\u00e9s en Asie-Pacifique. L\u2019Autriche (62 %) et le Royaume-Uni (60 %) sont clairement enthousiastes, alors que la Norv\u00e8ge (40 %), le Danemark (44 %) et l\u2019Allemagne (45 %) sont plus r\u00e9ticents. Aussi, 44 % des entreprises europ\u00e9ennes ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des changements afin d\u2019\u00eatre suffisamment agiles et de r\u00e9affecter rapidement leurs ressources au besoin.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate indique \u00e9galement que les dirigeants europ\u00e9ens ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement confiance en l\u2019IA et au ML. A la suite de l\u2019introduction du R\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la protection des donn\u00e9es (RGPD), l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne s\u2019efforce de proposer un nouveau cadre juridique, notamment avec une loi sur l\u2019IA. Celle-ci a pour but de renforcer la gouvernance quant \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, la transparence et la supervision humaine, afin d\u2019instaurer un climat de confiance.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enthousiasme suscit\u00e9 par l\u2019IA et le ML aupr\u00e8s des dirigeants europ\u00e9ens ainsi que les \u00e9volutions en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9glementations contribuent \u00e0 encourager les investissements dans le domaine. Les organisations nord-europ\u00e9ennes montrent la voie en termes d\u2019investissement dans l\u2019IA et le ML tandis que les entreprises sud-europ\u00e9ennes adoptent une approche plus conservatrice.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des divergences en mati\u00e8re d\u2019adoption de l\u2019IA et du ML au sein des conseils d\u2019administration<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9pit d\u2019un vif enthousiasme, \u200b diff\u00e9rentes fonctions de l\u2019entreprise ont des opinions divergentes sur l\u2019IA et le ML, ainsi que sur l\u2019adoption de ces technologies.<\/p>\n<p>Les PDG sont les champions de l\u2019IA et du ML : bien que pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par de potentielles erreurs que ces technologies pourraient provoquer, 53 % des PDG en Europe se d\u00e9clarent impatients.<\/p>\n<p>La fonction Finance se d\u00e9marque en mati\u00e8re d\u2019impl\u00e9mentation : en Europe, les \u00e9quipes financi\u00e8res sont les plus avanc\u00e9es dans la mise en \u0153uvre de ces technologies au quotidien \u2013 19 % des DAF affirment que leurs \u00e9quipes d\u00e9ploient actuellement l\u2019IA ou ont atteint le stade de la maturit\u00e9 au sein de leurs entreprises, soit pr\u00e8s de trois fois plus que sur le continent am\u00e9ricain (7 %). Les directeurs financiers europ\u00e9ens \u200b s\u2019appuient sur l\u2019IA\/le ML pour am\u00e9liorer leur pr\u00e9visionnel, leurs d\u00e9cisions budg\u00e9taires et leur planification de sc\u00e9narios, ainsi que pour soutenir la planification strat\u00e9gique dans l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Les RH sont en revanche \u00e0 la tra\u00eene : en effet, elles affichent les taux d\u2019adoption les plus faibles, et si 44 % des responsables europ\u00e9ens sont enthousiastes quant au potentiel de l\u2019IA et du ML, 49 % d\u2019entre eux attendent encore de voir ces technologies mises en place au sein de leurs \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p>Les responsables IT sont les plus nombreux (51 %) \u00e0 affirmer que l\u2019IA et le ML les aideront \u00e0 soutenir d\u2019autres fonctions, ou leur permettront de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer plus de valeur strat\u00e9gique. Ces r\u00e9sultats indiquent un changement culturel positif envers l\u2019IA et le ML au sein de ces d\u00e9partements \u00e0 travers l\u2019Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les silos de donn\u00e9es et l\u2019administratif freinent les organisations<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Outre les taux d\u2019adoption variables, le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019IA et du ML est \u00e9galement affect\u00e9 par d\u2019autres probl\u00e9matiques. L\u2019enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le que la gestion des donn\u00e9es et les processus administratifs emp\u00eachent les dirigeants d\u2019entreprises d\u2019adopter pleinement ces technologies. Ainsi, 60 % des entreprises europ\u00e9ennes d\u00e9clarent que leurs donn\u00e9es sont cloisonn\u00e9es, rendant difficile l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des informations exploitables en temps r\u00e9el. Aussi, seul un peu plus d\u2019un tiers (36 %) des organisations du Belux ont progress\u00e9 dans la suppression des processus administratifs qui ralentissent leur prise de d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Pour de nombreuses entreprises, un meilleur usage de l\u2019IA et du ML n\u00e9cessite un changement culturel majeur qui s\u2019op\u00e8re avant tout par la pleine adh\u00e9sion des leaders. Malheureusement, selon les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, 37 % des dirigeants europ\u00e9ens estiment que leurs sup\u00e9rieurs ne sont pas encore conscients du r\u00f4le crucial que joueront ces technologies. Pour le Belux, ce chiffre est encore plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, avec 46 %.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L\u2019heure est venue d\u2019agir<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En Europe, les cadres sont enthousiastes quant au potentiel de l\u2019IA et du ML, en particulier lorsqu\u2019il s&rsquo;agit d\u2019optimiser les processus RH et financiers. En adoptant des solutions de pointe, les organisations peuvent consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9liorer leurs r\u00e9sultats et assurer leur r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cPour tirer partie de la valeur de l\u2019IA et du ML, les entreprises doivent aligner leurs attentes sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, et faire des enjeux m\u00e9tiers une priorit\u00e9,\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> d\u00e9clare Jens L\u00f6hmar, CTO continental and DACH, Workday. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il faut s\u2019assurer que les entreprises puissent mettre en \u0153uvre ces technologies de mani\u00e8re efficace, en identifiant et en r\u00e9solvant les probl\u00e8mes de capacit\u00e9. Leurs opportunit\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre align\u00e9es avec leurs strat\u00e9gies et leurs besoins.
